Had a vehicle towed here in March that would not start. In July I paid to have it towed somewhere else because after 4+ months and almost no communication I got worried this mechanic was not capable. When we started to inspect his work, we found the parts he installed were 1. Not the correct model for my vin and 2. Had a broken retaining clip on the part so the wire was not secure. He disassembled my tipm and left it apart. He exposed wires and didn't wrap them with tape when done. One does not need to peal back an inch of wire coating to get contact with the wire to do a test. Every single person I asked about this shop said they were A plus. I watched him discharge my air conditioner freon into the Atmosphere because he didn't bother to read the AllData and remove it from the top so he went and removed the air conditioner compressor and left it discharged on me. He seems like a great guy, maybe 20 years ago things were different. With computer scanners and all data my car should have been returned in 21 days or less. 4.5 months is unacceptable. He told me my alternator was the reason the starter would not try to engage. Not expecting the reader to be a mechanic but he says whatever sounds good like the circuit needs a circle so the starter can engage. Like I'm an idiot and don't know how to jump my starter with jumper cables to test if the solenoid works. Nothing can be said to justify not communicating with me for 4 months. When I came to pay for the work he did even though he could not fix it he had the nerve to tell me he had the part to fix my car for weeks but just didn't have the time. Good luck and best wishes.

My wife called today because we had a rattle coming from the front left suspension. She was told to bring the car in, and they’d take a look. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue as the sway bar and immediately called around to get the parts. They said it would be fixed in about an hour and a half — and they didn’t disappoint! They also noticed the car was due for an oil change and took care of that as well. Needless to say, this was our first experience here, as we're new to the area, but it definitely won’t be our last. Straightforward communication, fair pricing, and great attention to detail — we’ll be recommending them to anyone we know. Thank you again for the excellent service. It was truly a breath of fresh air!
