Being a novice JAG owner, I decided to choose a JAG service center that made me feel comfortable and had good reviews. I have not been disappointed. Friendly, family atmosphere. Long time customers come in while I am waiting and have nothing but great things to say. I am impressed when Paul did a thorough annual inspection of my car, not just the sloppy routine inspection done by the corner inspection stations. Fast, reliable service always.

I took a 2008 XJ L to Victor's to have it inspected as we are considering purchasing the vehicle. Paul was able to work me in on a 2 hour notice. He was very thorough and took the time to share his knowledge with me as he inspected the vehicle. Mr. Victor himself test drove the car and showed me around the shop, which is quite expansive, and was kind enough to show me his Jaguars. We enjoyed some very nice conversation. I was able to take their recommendations to the dealership, who was actually quite impressed with my thoroughness and knowledge of the make and model (thanks Paul and Mr. Victor). Their shop was chock full of Jag's, a Ferrari or two, and one very beautiful Aston Martin. It's obvious that they are masters of their craft and if the deal goes through they will have earned a customer. Thank you Mr. Victor and Paul for helping me out.

I have been a customer of Victor's Service Center for little over a decade now. They have serviced two of my Jaguar's XJ8 Vanden Plas vehicles, a Ford F150, and a Land Rover LR4. If Google had a rating of 10 stars, I would rate them a 10. Their servicing of vehicles is impeccable! They are honest about the repairs that need to be made, or not be made, and they explain in detail why, and they are not out to perform a service that is not needed, like many other mechanic shops. Their work is high quality, and their pricing for the work they do is fair for the workmanship they provide. You will be very happy with their service! I have been a very happy customer for over a decade now!!! Victor's Service Center is my mechanic of choice for all of my vehicles! PS.. they work on all vehicle types, so check them out, you will be very happy!

I really appreciate Victor's great service and fair pricing. I found them a few years ago when my wife's Jaguar needed some work. I've always been satisfied with the service and cost. Now I take my other vehicles there. Earlier this year (January), I took my 2005 Jeep in for some major brake work. Everything worked out great, but a minor brake squeak developed in July. I dropped it off and they fixed it at no charge. I really appreciated that! Again, great service and fair pricing.

Wish I could give them 10 ⭐️!!! I HIGHLY recommend Victors! We brought my husbands mustang here in hopes that these guys could find out what was causing it to randomly cut off. And I’ll be honest with you, we really didn’t know if they would be able to…since we had three other mechanic shops in three different states “work” on the car and still unable to fix it. The guys at Victors really took the time to find the problem even though it wasn’t easy. They are thorough, honest, communicative and had his car fixed within a week.

I took my 2006 Jaguar S for an oil and filter change. While having the work done, Paul noticed a coolant leak. He ran a pressure test on the system and it turned out to be a leaking radiator seal. His diagnosis saved me from a possible breakdown on the side of the road. The repair work wss done quickly and the price wss reasonable. Victor's is the best as they always look out for your best interest. I highly recommend Victor's and wouldn't take my Jaguar anywhere else.

Paul, from Victor’s Service Center has been taking care of several Jaguars that I have owned in the last 10 years. Currently he replaced the throttle body of my 2000 XKR, that has been giving me trouble for some time. However it was difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem since it was intermittent, and every time I was ready to take it to the shop the problem disappeared without leaving any trouble codes or any way to detect the origin of the problem. Finally after almost a year of on and off troubles, Paul detected that was the throttle body that was the culprit. After the body was replaced my XKR has been running smooth as silk.

I have been taking my cars, an XJ6, XJ8 and an XK to Victor's for +/- 25 years. They know what they are doing, will give you personal attention, and are reasonably priced. I had an issue at the local dealer. They diagnosed a problem and quoted a price. I suspected the diagnosis was incorrect and unnecessary and took the car to Victor's where it was repaired quickly at a fraction of the cost. I drive past many shops to get to a shop I trust and have not been to the dealer since. I have referred several Jaguar owners to Victor's and they have all been very happy with the service.

I have a 2010 Jaguar XKR that I got relatively cheaply, but had some mechanical issues. I fixed some of them, but I had Victor's diagnose/fix the others. They did a great job and really know all the quirks that go along with that vehicle. (It is British, after all.) They diagnosed a problem the Jaguar dealer couldn't diagnose.

We discovered Victor's Service Center about 15 years ago and haven't looked back. Anything from an oil change, to the dreaded water pump, to brakes and air suspension. I know that when I take the car in for "only" an oil change, unlike the dealership, I know I'm going to get fast, fairly priced service without any unnecessary work recommended by a service manager. When you take your car in, you get an HONEST, accurate assessment of what needs to be done and how much it's going to cost. No smoke and mirrors, no surprises. If you own a Jaguar or a Land Rover, you owe it to yourself and your bank account to call Paul at Victor's to schedule your next service.

Been having recurring trouble with engine Failsafe mode coming on every time I drove it. Paul was able to determine it was a faulty brake light switch under the dash was the cause. Made brake lights malfunction also, which is dangerous. Had the part the next day and replaced it. Over 200 miles driven since and fault has not returned.

I arrived at their location and had to walk to their work area to find someone to assist me since no one was around. When a mechanic finally came out, he didn't seem enthusiastic about my presence. I explained that I have a suspension issue and that I’m trying to keep the Jaguar original. The first thing he suggested was to switch to springs instead. Then, he mentioned that he would charge me for two hours of diagnostics at almost $200 per hour, which felt like a way to tell me to leave. It seems they have so much work that they don’t feel the need to be polite to potential customers or to listen to their wants and needs. I strongly do not recommend this place.
