Have purchased a Ford Edge from Village Auto last March. Have already put 8,000 miles on this car. Ive never bought a used car that with the exception of light bulbs , rides and feels like a new car...Wish I could get another one from Village Auto for my wife. I,m retired so Ive had many cars over the years but this is without question the best experience I,ve had to date.

Went yesterday 1/14 to look at a Honda CRV that I was told was on site. Upon arrival, there's no CRV in their very small lot. Guy in the shop tells me his guy is on a test drive with another customer in the car I'm here to look at, no problem I've got time. About ten minutes goes by and I'm greeted by a guy who begins to show me pictures of the CRV on his phone? Sketchy. I said "Ok lets go out and see" to which I was told the car was not at this location, but at this random guys shop in NORTH HAVEN! He wanted me to follow to his shop in North Haven and test there. Absolutely not. I was told the car was at this location available to test drive anytime. Very sketchy way to go about this, will never recommend them to anyone.

Carlos is a good man! Knows what he is doing and is a man of his word. He doesn't rip people off , has reasonable prices and stands by his work ! Never go to a dealership if this shop is near you. Will continue to bring my car to him for the life of it.

I bought a Ford van there. After two days, several lights on the panel came on, the tire started to shake, the rear door and the side door did not close properly, when I got home I saw that there was no step tire or tire change kit. In this local, they have those who sell, there are those who finance, there are mechanics, but in fact it's a bunch of people with the purpose of deceiving other people. They keep asking you about money, money, money... run away from this local.

unreliable people, they have no commitment to their customers and so little respect. I went there to see a car that interested me but I couldn't do the driving test because the car was behind the others and the owner didn't want to move it so I could drive it, so we arranged to come back the next day at the same time so I could could drive the car, and so it was, I was there the next day but not the car, he came and told me that it was already sold! lack of respect and character with their customers
