Horrible car wash experience, I felt rob. First of all I payed $44 dollars for a “premium car wash” they didn’t even wipe down my dashboard all dusty and dirty spots on the body of the car. This places charges $14 dollars extra to wash/clean your all weather mats!

Went to get a simple oil change and car wash when my car was returned to me the driver side Botton on the switch was broken and the car wash wasn’t even professional still stains on the car and rugs weren’t cleaned at all I am highly unsatisfied and won’t be coming back I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Car wash and detailing is GREAT! I take my Chevy Silverado 1500 2x a month. Get the detailing in and out and it’s worth every penny! Definitely highly recommend! Let me also mention I live in Moosup,CT. so it’s an hour 1/2 drive! So that says it all!

No way I just experienced the worse customer care there. I'm in disbelief lol I called to get a price on oil change and a fluid check up. The spanish lady that picked up said "yes I'll get you the price hold up" she puts the phone down. Then continues to have 3 different conversation in Spanish. I guess she thought I only spoke English. It was clear she wasn't going to go get the information I asked for. Just out of curiosity I pull up to this place and called again to see if I was bring ignored. Sure enough the calls were going to voice mail and the phone was off the hook and she was just standing there. I was in disbelief so I went down the street Instead to Splash car wash. Where I received great service. I would never go to this spot again cause of that lazy lady infront

I went here on Nov 8th at 11AM I got the full service with deep interior clean, washed seats & car wash. They left the side doors white from whatever they were using to clean the car with. My seats had white stains all over. Not to mention that my car had sooo much water marks on the outside that it just looks bad $116 dollars went to waste. I called to see what can be done and all I got was “we don’t use white cleaning products”??? They offered to clean it again but it’s hard for a person who works full time and my only day off is Monday! I recommend going to SPLASH car wash in Westport, you’ll most definitely get your moneys worth!!! UPDATE !!- I got my car cleaned but they would not clean the car seats even though it had white stains for their previous job. BUT THE WORSTPART they scratched up my window tints. I cannot make this up!! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life lol

Went in for a car wash/ detail yesterday, and left with my window tint scratched up ! Needless to say I was upset because I brought attention of the scratches to the attendant who just finished detailing the car … who by the way didn’t speak any English “ I have no problem with that “ let’s be clear ! But could understand what was said, so I went inside for assistance for the front desk clerk, who pointed me in the supervisor “Miguel” I brought him over to the car and showed him that was just freshly scratched as you see in the photos, they began speaking in Spanish and told me the car came in like this ! Are you kidding me !?!???? My window didn’t look like this when I dropped it off… if you did the job and accidentally scratched the tint while whipping it down say this.. don’t try to play it off and say the car came like that because you messed up! Unprofessional! Will never do detailing with these people again. As a business owner myself, this is highly unacceptable! And very disappointed! At this point the scratch can be fixed… but the blatant lie to the face smh

I tell the whole world go to any vip car wash to get ur car done. Everytime time I go I pay for auto detail. My car always look like i just brought it from the dealership. I will always go to vip to have my car shining. Great job vip. Keep up the great work.

Pay 31 dollars for a horrible job and they very unprofessional. Inside of the car was still looking like they did nothing and Front part of my bumper came off while it was in the wash and one had the decently to tell they just put the part in my car and kept going. I will never come to this place again.

They didn't clean well. Rugs are with the same garbage on it. They didn't even vacuum well. I would love to post pictures about the service. I don't recommend this place. Cup holders are still dirty, seats are dirty. I have no idea what they do. When I asked about the bad service, they don't even care. They just rush rush rush people. Horrible service.

They’re using old oil there or I paid extra for a better one and they put a cheaper one instead. I paid for the 5 thousand miles synthetic my car asked me to change again when it was 3 thousand miles. I’ll never go back there again horrible place, horrible costumer service. Keep it your eyes open when going there. There’s a bunch of better places near to go don’t waste your money.

I decided to go all in and pay for the deluxe interior cleaning and car wash/wax. While it was a bit much at $80 plus tax, I definitely got my money's worth. The staff don't talk, they just do the work and keep it moving which is fine by me. I've never seen my car in as amazing condition as it is now. Definitely coming here for now on!

I can't believe that they would charge $45 for an oil change and it wasn't even synthetic I wish I would have realized the price ahead of time because the last time I went it was 29.99how do you go from 29.99 to 44 dollars? I guess I'll be going back to Splash for 29.99

I have been here multiple times and they never wash the car right. Like EVER. If you have trash in your car, they’ll leave it there. They also tried to charge my card $30 dollars more than what it was until I pointed it out. They told me they did something in my car and it was left the same but I still paid for it. I know because I ended up going somewhere else who did the job and I have not had to do it again. Going to these people to do that job I had to go do the same thing to my car the same month. They give you attitude for no reason and steal your things. Your car will come out damaged from here, and they are not to be trusted with the things in your car.

Do not go to this place. I had my car cleaned here and one of the workers put a huge scratch on my driver side window. When I spoke to the manager he denied that anyone could that worked there could do it. He said they don’t wear any watches or jewelry. I then pointed out 3 employees that were wearing watches and rings while cleaning the vehicles. The manager continued to deny it and refused to take responsibility as well as refused to offer to fix the damaged window. Not to mention I paid for the upgraded wash and they left bird crap on my car as well as dirty windows.

I personally Give this place 5 stars bc they do a amazing job with the detailing I got my car detailed a week later there was some mold on the floor bc of humidity so I called the store manager to see what he can do about it he simply said bring the car back and we’ll take care of it and they did a amazing job he even apologized for what had happened and on top of that they do amazing prices all I’m saying is give this place a try and you won’t regret it and if there’s still some imperfections just tell them about it and they’ll hook you up 💯 ⭐️

Terrible service! I paid US$147 to have my car washed inside and out... I should have left it as it was, because it's absurd that the car was so dirty, the seats extremely wet, and even then the manager came to say that the seats wouldn't dry because it was cold! They should have warned me beforehand that their car wash wasn't a dry wash!
