Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Extremely honest and precise. I've been coming here for over 10 years. Never had a complaint. Any time I've gone somewhere else I have regretted it greatly. This man wonderfully breaks the stereotype about mechanics being sneaky, dishonest, scheming, or sexist (women often pay more for less work on their vehicles among other issues) Whether you are a first time or regular, you get the same honest friendly treatment. DO NOT COME HERE !!! I was having issues with my brakes and the car would shake in the freeway . I went to this place and they told me it was 2 separate issues. Took 2 days to fix and was told it was good to go. Spent 1,200 dollars. "It won't happen again" They said . Well it did . 3 months later its having problems with the shaking when I reach high velocity. Went back and they said they needed the receipt but I could not find it . They have computers and I should be in the system but for some miraculous reason they told me it would be difficult to find . Strange right ?? They should be able to put my name in and it should pop up . But NO. 60 dollars for another check up just so he could say it would be almost 2,000 dollars . Why another 2,000 ??? When it should have been fixed the 1st time. Apparently they couldn't have found the issue because they didn't test drive it . When they told me they did test drive it. Tried to treat me like some Punk who doesn't Know about cars. Well I don't know much about cars but I know when I'm being scammed. If you go to this place you will notice that there will be 2 workers there going over the ISSUES IT HAS with a hefty price behind said issues. They both repeat the same things and will agree with each other so you can feel pretty certain that it needs to be fixed . Not professional at all . How they have 5 stars beats me . I'm sure they created fake accounts to post reviews on themselves. DON'T GO YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!! IF YOU DO GO KEEP YOUR RECEIPT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for my Mercedes to have my oil change and AC checked out, I called around other shops locally here in Chula Vista and VMG was able to get my car serviced the same day, I was really surprised they didn't try to up-sell me when they asked what type of car I owned. I'm used to shops trying to rip me off just because I own a certain type of vehicle. Synthetic Mercedes oil was used, I was so happy to have found a shop I can trust to service my car without having to pay Dealer prices...

Good afternoon, as many people are looking around for an honest, reliable, great price auto shop. Well... look no further. This is the spot!! My truck has over 100k views on you tube. That being said. I need it to preform at the highest level it can. I’ve only been to VMG 4 times and they are better and better every time. From your normal every day oil change, ac repair, to a full high output radiator swap out. All in the same day!!! Awesome customer service with awesome honest prices. Tell them fern sent ya!
