BE WARNED - With no warning, car died while driving in the left lane going over a bridge on the way home from purchase. No apology. Refused to pay for towing. Refused to take the car back. Said they would fix; they did not. Made appointment to get car fixed. After driving 1 3/4 hours to get there, they didn't touch the car for hours and wasted our whole day. A few days later, I called (after they did not), and they said it was fixed. By "fixed," they meant that they had reset the check engine light. Vehicle died a second time. A real mechanic found three check engine codes: one dead cylinder, faulty gas gauge, and a hole in the rusted out exhaust system.

Brothers don't take the cars here all cars is broken I took the one jeep here and they are gave the 3 month worty and after that They don't care about the damage to the car.that's why dont take to car here the worst place in new jersey

They are very kind and good to you when selling the car. I started using it after selling the car and ten days later my car started to malfunction. I took the car there and they gave me a refund saying my car was fixed. Two days after I bought the car the same problem started again and today it is almost the fifth month and my car is still malfunctioning and they did not fix the malfunction in any way.

Be very very careful when buying car from this place because once you leave they don’t care. I purchased this car about 3 months now and as a first time buyer here I always wanted my dream car and they happened to have the car which i saw on car max that i like. So i went to get the car and the salesman is pretty good at his job he will definitely tell you what you need to hear to convince you to buy, car looks pretty decent and everything but the car has a ton of issues after a week of driving the roof became sagging( maybe I’ll post that pic another time) the steering became tougher, there’s clunking when I’m driving, When it rains the roof leaks, the car was hit but obviously and the repairs wasn’t done properly, the car had old oil in the engine with a VNC sticker on it saying the service is due the next 3k miles and the service light came on in the following week from purchase and when i changed the oil it was completely black even the guy at the service center where i went to do the oil change is asking me who change the oil before so luckily i didn’t wait until i drove the 3k to change the oil. I was being told by the salesman that this is the best car i will ever buy but the car was hit and whoever had hit the car just replaced the bumper and the hood of the car which wasn’t done properly so my mechanic saw it and pointed out a few things to me and showed me all the obvious things he observed so i dig deeper into removing the bumper to check behind it and boy oh boy (see pics below) it’s all broken parts behind the bumper, The air intake box assembly broken wide open underneath, there’s no passenger side headlight brackets no part whatsoever just two screws holding the headlight, the reinforcement bracket is damaged so bad it’s bent on both ends, the radiator support is damaged, there’s oil leaking from the valve cover etc and all of these damages were caused from the side that had the hit based off observation. So being how upset i was i called to see if they could help me clarify something and the guy doesn’t seems to care one bit all he’s saying is he showed me the Carfax and i was aware and they are NOT a body shop but upon purchasing the car he told me that the difference between them and other used car dealers is that once they get their car from the auction or wherever they do their own work on the car to make sure that the car is good to go which made me comfortable into buying this vehicle but there is so much issues with this car in such a short period of time that is very costly and giving me hell. People buy used car everyday but has way less issues, they need to check their cars properly before selling it to the public because people work hard to save their money to buy cars that gives so much issues especially from a registered business like this. So Save your money and go buy a good car from a trusted dealer don’t make the same mistake i make or if you ever planning on going here Please bring a mechanic or someone that knows about cars more than you do and make sure they have a diagnostic machine to check whichever car your interested in before and also check the body of the cars both in and out before you make your decision thats just my take, My problem was i felt too comfortable because in the back of my mind I’m buying from a used car dealer.
