Smashed up my fender on my precious 2019 VW bug. Got some outrageous quotes until I found myself at Vortec's. Jaime dropped the car back to me today and it looks fantastic. Perfect paint match, no indication of the previous damage. Cost was totally reasonable and the car came back early. Total thumbs up to these guys. Great, professional work!

Great people and customer service. I went to get a set of aftermarket tow mirrors installed. The mirrors didn't come with instructions for some reason, but they were able to figure it out and get everything installed correctly. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was able to see some of the work they had going on while I was there. You can tell they take pride in their work. This was my first time visiting this shop, and now I will definitely be a loyal customer.

I will always recommend Vortec’s when it comes to auto body! They took me in with no hesitation, Jaime was always in contact with me throughout the whole process of my car getting fixed as I was a first timer, even took time out to call the adjuster himself while I was on the phone! A great body shop. I was able to get an estimate on replacing a damaged bumper right away. Other shops had 1 week waiting lists just to get an estimate. Vortec's was able to procure multiple replacement parts in a very short time and the installation and painting only took 1 week. Workmanship and paint color match was excellent. Great people there. Vortec's Auto Body did an outstanding job yesterday solving the mystery of an incessant rattle in my Lexus. Jaime, the owner of the shop, went above and beyond to give me exceptional service from the moment I arrived at the shop. I was first impressed by the kindness and respect he showed my elderly parents, who initially brought him the car for minor body work. But he fully impressed me with his positivity and perseverance toward finding the source of the noise issue, which he did in a very methodical manner. Success!!! I would highly recommend Vortec's.

I highly recommend this Auto Shop! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and efficient. They repaired my vehicle after an accident that overwhelmed me, but they left it looking brand new in a matter of days! Not only that, but they also validated my feelings, which they didn’t have to do, making it feel like I was family vs. a client. This, in turn, made the whole situation less stressful. I had some body damage to my car that I didn’t want to go through insurance for & I had talked to multiple shops & repairmen trying to see my options. They all gave me different answers, with the last person convincing me I would need a whole new door. I decided to give Vortec’s a call & they were the only business that was able to see my car the same day to give me an estimate. Once there, they assured me they could repair it without having to replace & quoted me a reasonable price. Not only that, they were able to get me in almost right away. They ended up finishing up the repairs quicker than I expected, saving me money on a rental car & my car looked brand new again just as they had promised. A lot of auto shops can be suspicious or deceitful but I really feel like this is one of the best here. Super grateful for the work Vortec’s does & hopefully I never need to but I would absolutely come back again.

Vortec’s came highly recommended to us by another shop when my daughter‘s car needed auto body repair work. We came in on a walk on basis and Jaime greeted us in the most professional, kind, honest, and helpful manner. He explained everything in great detail and helped us understand navigating the insurance process. He made everything so easy. The repair turn around time was quick and they did a very high quality repair- restoring the car to the way it looked like the day we drove it off the lot at the car dealership. I cannot overstate enough how good these guys are at their job. We had a car going to the Pebble Beach Concours (the most prestigious event in the automotive world) and our car had an issue during transport where a fender got damaged. Within a very short amount of time we had to get our fender fixed, so we had to find the right shop. Jamie and his team at Vortec's were exactly that. Many other shops would turn a job like that down or complain about the short timeline. Not them, they helped us in a timely manner and it was fixed like nothing ever happened. We went on to win a class award at the most prestigious car show in the world and that would not have been possible without them. Whether its your daily driver or a multi-million dollar show car, these guys can do the job a the highest level for a fair price. Cannot recommend them enough
