Terrible businesss people. Unprofessional, unreliable. This company took my car for months and never updated me or contacted me on the status if my repairs. Each time I contacted them they told me "two more weeks" or "we're still looking for a part, we'll let you know when we find it."Until finally I could no longer afford car rentals + my car note, I had to sell the unfinished vehicle with its parts all removed. And sitting in my back seat. When the car dealership came to pick it up, they refused to release my car due to a balance they still have yet to contact me about.

These folks did the brakes on my CLS 63AMG and I am extremely happy with the service. I am very selective when it comes to shops touching this car. They had my car for 6 days and gave me the run around. They always seemed annoyed when I called and they would always say they would call back and never did. I honestly feel like they didn’t even work on my car at all. I’ll be updating in a few days after I drive it for the week.

Stay away from this repair shop at all costs. They claimed to have repaired a blown cylinder head gasket on my Kia Sorento with the total cost of $3K. Less than a thousand miles later there is oil seeping into the radiator and coolant evaporating from the system. When asked to fix their faulty repair job, they dodged liability in every way they could. They then offered a band aid to hide the problem using un-matched parts and told me that their service warranty was now void. Immediately after the botched repair, the same problem persists with more oil seeping into the radiator. Beyond the unprofessional work and parts being used, customer service is non-existent having been told lies about the job progress and estimated completion date. Horrible experience working with this shop and now left with a vehicle in worse condition than when it was brought in.
