I have been taking my cars here for years. They have done everything from complete engine rebuild on my 1991 Honda Civic after it reached 250k miles to diagnostics on a old truck I bought. These guys gave my civic a new life, now I am having a hard time selling it because the engine rides like new. I had to buy a disposable 2016 Nissan to get some of the conviniences of a modern car for daily work, but I doubt it will last 250k miles. I appreciat Hector and Angel for their honesty and great skills as auto doctors. If you need your ride to be as elegante y original as possible, have these guys take care if it for you. I know you won't do it.

I setup an appointment several days in advance and made arrangements for the time away from work, rides, etc, to get a 2 hour car repair done there. When I called about it that afternoon I found out they hadn't done any of it and they said they couldn't get to it the next day. What was the purpose of scheduling an appointment if they weren't going to honor it? It was just a huge hassle, and I still have to go through the whole process again to get my car fixed somewhere else. It's also unclear if this is the same place as Koenig Lane Automotive or not, but it may be.

I showed up to get my car checked out as my car was having issues starting and he was locking up and leaving early. Was very dismissive and rude about me showing up 40 minutes before they’re technically supposed to close? Do not recommend.

Just got my oil changed here, it went very smoothly. I live in walking distance so I was able to drop it off and walk home. Easy enough to walk back and pick it up when it was done! They were very polite and professional. There aren’t many signs for Walden particularly so I was a little confused at first standing by Wax Shack, but if you walk to where they do the state inspections they are there. I will come here again for my next oil change!

Prices are reasonable and service was fast. Unfortunately they didn’t put on the oil cap, so our outback leaked oil. On top of that Austin Subaru tried saying the oil leak was a problem with the engine, and it would basically be a new engine for 5k. After going to Buddha’s we learned it was just the oil cap. We stopped going to this place…

Took my father’s car here to have the door handle fixed as the latch on the outside broke(he could still reach in an open from the inside). They had it for over a week, wouldn’t answer or return my calls why?!?!? Because they MADE IT WORSE the door now won’t open at all! They left the whole thing disassembled and all they could do is say try someplace else “sorry” my dad is 80 and crawling over a stick shift to get in his car now and that was the response. He lives in SA and they expected him to come back and leave it again for a “few days” so they could “try” to fix their mistake. I said I can have it here for 1 day if you can just put it back the way it was or replace the whole door. But that was to inconvenient for them. So my 80 yr old father is still crawling in and out of his car until I can find someone to completely rebuild his door for his knows how much $$ in SA where I don’t live.
