I had a truly amazing experience with Rick in automotive. It just so happened that both of our car batteries died within a week of each other so I was going in to get the second car battery replaced because I had an job appointment that I couldn’t miss. When I got there though they were too busy and said that they wouldn’t be able to get to it so I just said that I would buy the battery and do it myself, I got the battery and a shirt to change into so I didn’t get my other shirt dirty but when I was checking out, Rick said that he was going to take his lunch break and help me put the battery in. He Came out change the battery and help me bring the other two dead batteries back in And help me return the black shirt I no longer needed! Faith in humanity restored today. Thank you Rick!!

Was in Spokane looking for tires, they didn't have mine in stock. They sent me out to Post Falls. I called 3 times while driving out there, nobody ever answered. Upon arrival, I parked out back and came in the service door passing 2 cars in the bay and maybe 4 workers? I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for help before realizing I had to push the button on the credit card reader to get an associate. After the PA system announced help needed in auto, another 10 minutes went by and 3 people standing there at the counter. I and another ended up leaving. Guess they didn't want my business today. Definitely don't recommend, just go to a major tire center where someone actually wants your business.

They got my oil changed, but didn't reset my miles to service. Had to go back and ask them to do it and asked them to remove my dashboard lights and they didn't do it. That was yesterday. Update, this is old news by now. Somehow all my steering fluid was gone, a hose was completely loose and was leaking oil. When I went to the auto body shop in downtown Rathdrum. They replaced my steering fluid, got the lights off, reattached the hose and I had them check up just in case.

If you need HELP! or a HIGH-5!! or a HERO! Then you need to go see "H", Yes, "H" at Walmart Tire Center on Mullan Ave, in Post Falls, Idaho! I went there today to get 4 new tires, but i had ordered the wrong tires because i ordered what the car was and didn't realize the metal things on the tires were a larger size? It could have been a disaster and my son was having an Anxiety Attack. "H" is the Manager of Mullan Ave Walmart Tire Center in Idaho and he is a HERO in my book. His entire team stayed cool & kept Happy smiles while my son caused Kaos. I'm so sorry i didn't see the Lady's name who also Saved the Day - she has a Tracheotomy and is so brave and was so kind to us. Thank you for taking a NightMare and changing into a Hi-5 DAY!

I went in for an oil change, and they not only took care of that but also topped off all my fluids and did a safety check. The service was efficient, and my car was ready by the time I finished shopping. I also had some questions about my car, and a team member gave me helpful advice on where to go for further repairs. These people are great. I ordered tires and they installed them quickly. They also fixed up my spare as it had a nail in it. I appreciate them looking out for safety. This is my third round of tires on two cars and been happy with the installation and the quality. Save me a lot of money.

I made an appointment- dropped off my car - then they canceled my appointment because they don't carry the oil filter for my car. No phone call, no text, no communication at all.. horrible customer service. Don't trust this service center at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Just a word of advice getting your oil changed here before leaving the property pop your hood and check and make sure your cap and dipstick are still there just drove by and there was somebody's oil cap just sitting outside of a service Bay on the ground if you're missing your oil cap my wife posted it on Facebook get a hold of me I still have it told the people in Walmart about it and they didn't care

Came in to get 4 tires mount and balance and they said can't do without going online to setup and appointment they were booked thru December. When I got there they were all standing around doing nothing and there were no cars in parking lot. Worst service I ever had a as a veteran this was total bullshit

Great for saving money. TERRIBLE for saving time. Thought I'd be able to drop my car at the scheduled appointment time and shop for a hour. Well an hour later I'm done shopping and it's JUST getting onto the lift. I've sat in automotive for over an hour now, totaling 2 hours to get new tires on. I'll be lucky to finish at my NEXT STOP before they close. I don't recommend it if you have anything else to do in your day.

I needed one tire ordered and put on. When I came in to pay to have the tire ordered they had the wrong tire. A week later I came in for my appointment since it took a week for the tire to come in. I went to check in for my appointment and they said my appointment was canceled because there was a note saying I did not pay for the tire. I showed my receipt saying I had paid a week prior and they said they couldn't get me in for my appointment because someone took my spot and I had to reschedule. I decided to take the tire and have another place put it on. I then realized they ordered the mud terrain version of the tire not the rough terrain tire I had requested. So both orders for my tire were wrong and my appointment got canceled without my knowledge. Will never go here again!!

Came here for tires and an oil change. I left without either because the service was so bad. I will never go back. Ended up spending twice as much somewhere else, but it was definitely worth paying more.

I can not believe the service here!! Made an appointment a week ago. Came in for my appointment, checked in, walked around the store. I got a message 5 mins later saying, the service has started. 8 mins later got a message saying, action required to continue service, please call or come to the desk. 4 mins later I got an email saying they canceled my appointment. I asked why! They told me, "the dipstick was broken and they couldn't do the the oil change." I will never return to these incompetent people again!!! What are they, new or lazy!!! Makes me wonder who the real DIPSTICK is!!!!! I went to AutoZone and got what I needed! Did it myself!!!! See photos of what's broke. Obviously you can still pull it out!!!

Highly do not recommend!! they dont know what they are doing and it takes 4 hrs for an oil change. Had them change my headlights and they touched the bulb and made it burst!!!! Another 4 hrs wasted. Do not come here!!! - update , H made it right and rushed my headlights in and got me out of there. even comped my service for the day for waiting so long ❤️

I stopped in for an Oil change like I have done multiple times in the Past. I parked and went inside to the service desk. I waited for 5-10 mins while the Tschnician and Service desk person helped other customers. Eventually the Lady asked me if I needed Tire or Oil services. I told her I needed and Oil change. She informed me that they only take walking until 3pm. It was 3:05pm. When I mentioned that I had been waiting for a few minutes. She did not care. So... I walked out. I do not recommend going to this service center. It is not worth the Time or convenience to deal with Bad Service.

Becca was amazing. Top quality customer service she greeted me when I walked in while she was serving another customer. She multitask to find out what I needed, and she went above and beyond to find a receipt, which was an out-of-state receipt for the warranty protection on the tires I had a leaky tire two other a few otherWalmart couldn’t find the receipt. Even the one I bought it from I happen to be out of state she found it she is personable

Post falls Walmart automotive is a joke. They refused to service my scheduled appointment today by saying my bolt and oil pan needed to be repaired and I had brought it in multiple times to mechanic shops and they said it was fine and I had continued to keep getting oil changed unaware they kept pumping out my oil through evacuations. I brought oreillys they said they couldnt see at all why they thought that but I bought the bolt just in case and brought to jiffy lube who then inspected it had no issues remove the bolt from the pan. Nothing was damaged or needing repaired like post falls Walmart automotive had said. I spoke to the manager they were not helpful and very disregarding of my time wasted, my money wasted. I get it you’re a big coporation and could care less about the minority’s and deal with what they choose but that was really was uncalled for and handled poorly. Idc if I sound like a Karen. I normally don’t feel the need to do this but it’s been a rough day and you didn’t even bother to look for yourself and kept contradicting everything said, giving me the run around trying to confuse me. People struggle and unfortunately that was my most affordable option and I had to pay double of what I didn’t already have. I already live 45 minutes out of town in the country single pregnant mother. Terrible customer service. I believe the manager name was Jodi.

They literally saved our Christmas! 🎄🚗 On the way to our Christmas Eve family dinner, my car battery completely died. After getting a jump, I made it to Walmart, and Post Falls Auto Center came to the rescue in the best way possible. Not only did they have the battery I needed in stock, but they had my car ready to go in about 15 minutes—which felt like a Christmas miracle in itself! Just when I thought the stress was over, I realized they don’t accept Apple Pay and I had left my wallet at home—panic mode activated. The cashier was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and walked me step-by-step through paying on the Walmart app by scanning the QR code. Crisis completely averted! This entire team was beyond amazing—professional, fast, and genuinely caring. They absolutely deserve a raise! Huge THANK YOU to Post Falls Auto Center for getting us back on the road and to our family Christmas dinner. We are so grateful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
