Worst Walmart auto center I have ever been to. I was told I was next. Than three other cars went ahead of me for oil changes. It takes them approximately 30 minutes to do a 15 minute oil change. Guys hanging around talking and smoking cigarettes. The manager should be fired. Horrible customer service.

AFTER A 2 HOUR WAIT I GOT MY KEYS BACK AND LEFT. If your time is valuable DO NOT USE THIS AUTO CARE CENTER ! I waited 2 hours for a tire change and my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I got there one hour before shift change and the mechanics did not work on one car; all the work bays were empty. The day shift unloaded tires from a truck rather than help customers. When the next shift came on they were backed up for 4-5 hours. I WOULD RATHER PAY $200 MORE TO RECEIVE SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Worst experience I've had since living in SWFL, from their employees to the customers. It is not advisable to go with children (a fight or aggression is something easy to find in that place) in my 2 hours of waiting in that place I saw people protest for not receiving all the maintenance they needed (which is why they went) and having been charged, no use of hygienic resources (oil and dirt inside the cars by the hands of mechanics who do not use gloves) and in my private house they charged my account for items that were never installed or required in advance. I will try to scale this experience to corporate. a site with such management is simply unacceptable

They're grumpy at first, but real brutally honest and kind after, I guess they just need time to warm up too. I appreciate them checking out my vehicles tire, thought I had a bad tire, turns out it's just fine and it was the surface I was driving on where I was. Thanks again!

Went in a week prior to today with my 19 and 20 year old was told no appointments for tires. Today they were taking all appointments as I waited 1hr45min. With Disability on leave from Glioblastoma Multiforme. The only guy in the shop with ANY respect worked in the bay and held the door for me as I asked for my keys and left. Unbelievable. When I confronted the man at the counter who initiated the service he preceded to argue when I said I was there 2 hours. I'm pretty sure that's the last thing he needed to worry about. I stood corrected as a Florida Educator!! And left respectfully. I refuse to have them work on my car when they have such disorganization and miscommunication.

Never again will I ever use there automotive department. Installed the WRONG SIZE TIRES and now not doing anything to fix. They also charged me for the more expensive tires size. The automotive manager (David) has no customer service skills to show as well. Worst experience to date. Need a complete training for the entire department.

Took 61/2 hours just to change a tire. When called and asked about the status of the car Willy was rude & unprofessional , cutting us off on the phone assuming he already Knows what we’re going to say. We were told after the fact that we were supposed to get a text message when the car was done and never got a message. Anyone can change a tire so I guess I will be going elsewhere next time

Have had my vehicle for 10 plus years and got tire work done every few years. Employee named jorge recently rotated my tires and did not correctly place rim cover plate back on. Long story short after i drove for a day or so i realized it was missing so it was never replaced properly. Tried to address the issue with management and they claim i could have “hit a pothole”. Ive hit plenty of potholes the past 10 years and never has it caused my rim cover to come off. Anyways now it’s my loss for trying to save on a tire rotation. I will use another walmart in the future seems this one has people working who are a bit clueless.

Walmart used to be a great place to come to get your tires. Their prices couldn't be beat on decent mid range tires. They had older, experienced tire techs that took pride in their work and got you in and out quickly, and were friendly. The front counter guys were friendly and efficient and happy to help you and gave good advice about selecting tires. Not anymore. The techs are younger, much less experienced, and slow. The front counter personnel are annoyed they have to help you and barely look at you when you tell them what you need. I came in for a simple tire repair and made sure I got there at 7 am. to be the first in line because if you're not early, be prepared to wait for hours to get your tires finished. A simple plug repair to my tire and a balance and remount on the car took 2 hours! I also asked for my tires to be rotated and discovered after waiting 2 hours that they had not been when I returned to my car. They also tried to charge me $15 for the plug repair when I had the road hazard warranty on all the tires, which caused another 15 minute delay after I pointed this out and everything had to be redone on the service order and receipt. It seems every time I come in to get new tires or have them repaired, I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to have it done by rude, sullen employees who could care less about my valuable time or the need to practice good customer service and get the order right the first time. I will not be back for tires here again unless I am forced to by a limited budget or to have tires I have already purchased here serviced under the road hazard warranty I bought with them. Do better Walmart.

Booked online to have two new tires installed. Arrived right on time, checked in, and handed them my keys so they could get started. It wasn't until THIRTY minutes later that I got a call that they wouldn't be able to perform my service because they don't have the correct lift and it could damage the bottom of my car. Why would you even allow someone to book this service when you know my make & model & are aware you cannot perform the service? Another note is that the girl at the front desk checking me in (name similar to Sanai or something) seemed pretty clueless about tires. I feel like she should have a little more knowledge for customers asking questions or asking her questions. She was not very friendly. I was warned not to go to Walmart, and now I completely understand why.

Need any kind of auto service done? Not today. Do you have an appointment? Don't expect service without one. Hardly convenient. Good luck.

I went in to get a headlight bulb replaced. I gave the person at the register in the auto center all of my information. They said it would be about a one and a half hours wait to put the new bulb in. Two hours later I hadn’t received any updates so returned to the auto center desk and asked for an update. They said they hadn’t looked at the car yet. Then they informed me that they don’t replace the headlight bulbs on my make and model of car. So, I decided I would replace the bulb myself and got the replacement bulb off the shelf and walked up to the counter to purchase it. Fifteen minutes later and I still couldn’t get anyone to ring up my purchase. I took the bulb to the registers at the front of the store and rang it up in the self checkout in about fifteen seconds. I’m giving them two stars because the staff in the auto center were very pleasant whenever I spoke with them. But I’ve been to other Walmart Auto Centers that had good service, and I can’t imagine that I would ever return to this one.

Had an appointment for 8am. Got there @ 7:40am to not be serviced until 10am. This is very unprofessional. What’s the point of having an appointment if you aren’t going to get attended on time. Didn’t expect to be there all morning never again will I come to this Walmart Auto. Their very slow & they walk around like they don’t wanna work. Worst experience!!! Car is parked in the same place I’ve parked it this morning.

i don’t usually do this, but I honestly can’t even believe the service I received/ did not receive tonight. I walked in at noon to schedule 4 tire mount, with my 1 year old, made an appointment for 4pm, come at 4, WAS THERE 3 HOURS, I did not get told until 6:45 that they couldn’t get the lock off my tire and couldn’t even perform the service due to them not having a tool to remove them since my tire key wasn’t working. I have a screaming starving toddler, 2 nails in my tire and no service provided. There were so many ways this could have gone smoother and a manager should be aware of the lack of transparency in that department because EVERYONE in there tonight was complaining about the customer service.

Went to get tires, made an appointment paid for everything online, "easy". Was told it's going to take 45min to an hour, 3 technicians were o stand-by. Went to do some shopping and returned after a hour, my car was outside and I thought it's done but they haven't even started. I got yelled at in spanish by some lady that was acting important and was told i have to wait. They finally started working on my tires and about 35 minutes in the same lady canceled my appointment and accused me of canceling. Had to pay again for the service. When the tires got installed for whatever reason 2 of the technicians opened the trunk and did an inspection?? Another one took my car for a test drive in the parking lot and when I asked why I was told that that's what they do to make sure there are no problems with the tires. On my way home when I checked the tire pressure left side had 31 psi right 34 front and rear. My car is asking for 35. I had another appointment for my other car the next day and decided to actually cancel it and returned the tires. I had the pleasure of dealing with the same lady and got yelled at again, she was telling me that I can't return the tires because they were already installed. I finally managed to explain that I got 2 sets for 2 different vehicles and went across the street to Discount where with no appointment they got everything done in 32 minutes

It's unbelievable that a supermarket chain that receives so many vehicles would provide such amateurish and terrible service. I went to have two rear tires replaced on my car, and they told me it was impossible because they couldn't remove one of the tires. So, I went to another place, and they did an excellent job. They were able to remove the bolt, but they informed me that the problem wasn't with removing it, but rather that they had tried to remove it, put it back in, and that's when the bolt and the screw that tightens the wheel were damaged. I had to replace them myself, and they never responded to my complaints. It was terrible service, to say the least. If you can, don't go there.
