Purchased Battery (in stock) that was quickly installed, and received a discount. I was a walk in on a snowy day when the mechanics only had to finish 1 car before it was my turn. The quick turnaround was kind of a fluke, but saved time none the less. Customer service was great. The woman running the show deserves a big raise. She was multitasking and doing the jobs of 3 people!

Poor customer service!! I waited 3 hours to have my tire patched from a nail and an oil change. Everything seemed fine until I got in my car the next day only to see that my tire pressure light was on and the same tire was low again. They DID NOT remove the nail and when I called the store the girl on the phone told me “my tech didn’t see anything wrong with it”. This place is extremely unorganized and the people working the desk are the furthest thing from helpful. I will not be back!

I would give zero stars if I could. They had me wait over an hour with zero communication for an oil change. I called and asked what was going on and they told me they “Don’t know what oil the car takes. We tried to GOOGLE it, but we found three different answers and don’t know what’s right, so we’re scared to do it” I came and picked up my car after they so clearly wasted my time and all i got was a lousy “sorry”. The fact that your employees are googling how to do automotive work is insane. Will not return, I guess that’s what you get for going to Walmart I should’ve expected it.

I'll give you 3 only because you got the oil change actually finished, however, I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm and when I showed up they put 2 people in front of me for tires and then tell me I'll have to wait about an hour and 15 minutes. That wasn't right. I scheduled sonI don't have to wait like that and you screw me over and put 2 people in front of me. Not cool.

I pulled in to the lube bay to get my car in for an oil change, watched an employee stand there on her phone and no one came to ask me if I needed help. Parked and went inside to get help and they told me it’d be a 3.5 hour wait yet there were no cars being serviced in the lube bay. I won’t return.

I went there to get an oil change it was a Thursday around 1030 and I was the only car there at the moment. I gave him my number cause they supposed to text you when they done. So my son and I went shopping while we waited 1 hour later I went back to see if I was done and he said they will text when it's done. So another hour went buy no text. I sat back there cause the man was so busy walking back in forth outside and in I figured he would see me and let me know. Another hour went buy without a text and he finally said what car is yours I told him and he said oh its been done for a few hours. I Never Got The Text and he kept telling me to wait for the text. I waited 3 hours but it's all good my car is much happier now and my son got to play around walmart all day!

I arrived without an appointment, and was able to get in and out in no time. Gina at the counter was so sweet, tracking down inventory and making sure I had what I needed. A in the back was an absolute sweetheart as well, finding a leak in one of my tires I wasn’t planning on replacing and letting me know I could get it patched. These two made the experience absolutely wonderful, with incredible, over the top customer service, and great attitudes only two days before Christmas. I would literally take my business to any where they are. I’m so thankful for them, they made the daunting task of taking my van in the shop absolutely wonderful.

What happened guys? I've been going to this location for tires and oil change, and I never had a problem with them until today. I was in for three things. Oil change, a new headlight, and a repair for my tire.They said it would take like two hour wait due to other cars being in front of me, which is fine. Got around 10:30, and just walked around the area while waiting for my car to get fix up. When they called me they said they couldn't do an oil change because the dipstick is broken. Personally, I didn't think a broken dipstick was an excuse since it only checks the oil level. They could of just empty it and calculate how much they can put in, but no big deal. One of my tires got a flat by a big metal piece last Tuesday, and I need to get a repair. They said they'll do a road hazard repair while I'm waiting. When I got another call from the auto center, they said the tire wasn't fixable and I need to buy a new tire. It's fine, I was expecting the worst anyway, but I wished they would at least checked twice on the tire before misleading me. I'm not sure what happened while i was setting up the tire payment, but I wouldn't be surprised that the employee that was working in the shop had skipped me to work on another car. Which I had to wait another hour to get a new tire. So they installed a new headlight for my car, gave an excuse for not doing an oil change and put my car to the side and forced me to wait another hour to get new tire? What? The employee who installed the new tire didn't look like she didn't care. After she was finished, she had the audacity to put my new tire on the side of the entry way and not installing on my car. Not even mounting it on my car? How lazy are we going to be? Anyone could have stolen the tire and probably sell it to someone else. I have to say that this was a disappointing visit and I'm not coming back. You blew it!

Thank you for getting my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. I appreciate that they (can’t remember her name) answered the phone, checked the schedule and said if I got there in 15 minutes my wait wouldn’t be long. They weren’t lying. I received a text notifying me when they started my car and when they finished and it was under an hour. The entire team in the automotive center was great. I appreciate how prompt they were and how friendly they were and just need to say thank you so much!

worst experience. my husband went to get his oil changed and he was the only car there. they didn’t start until an hour after he dropped it off. and it took them another hour to do the oil change. we called and they told us 5 more minutes and that turned into 30. the technicians were complete idiots who had no idea what they were doing. i do not recommend coming here at all.

Don’t go here. You’ll be better off somewhere else. It’s honestly a waste of time to try to get anything does here. The staff is rude and lazy. There was no cars they were working on. I just needed my tire patched & the guy asked the mechanic if he had time to do it and said I don’t know if you want to. There was literally no one else there. They eventually said yes they can fix it to wait until it’s done because it’ll be fast. Then they said they can’t fix it because my tread was too low. I went to Goodyear 5 mins down the road and they fixed it no problem. Just don’t go here.

Two days prior to the tire purchase I made, Daniel G (Daniel) was at the automotive counter and assisted me with information needed for a 2 tire purchase. He asked me some questions that I did not know the answer to so he walked out to the car with me. He did not send me out to get the info by myself, but walked out to the car with me. Back at the shop counter we discussed pricing and contracts. He gave me a print out of the estimate and I told him I would first shop around. Before he left he told me about, and showed me the only tire he had instock. I called a couple of other places for estimates, but not only were they just matter-of-fact sales people, but their prices were also higher. On the 12th I returned and searched Daniel out. Told him I wanted to make the tire purchase. He took the time to search high and low and found, not just 2 but, 4 tires. He put my name on all 4 tires. The 13th I returned, paid, and Daniel & Nico S installed. EXCELLENT AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

I re-purchased a tire and was told it can not be installed. The crew was really slow to do anything! I was here for 2 Hrs only for them to change one tire on the rim and didn’t even install it on my truck

No organization. Scheduled tire rotation twice, got there and 4 hour wait and they said I can't schedule that service. I had called and scheduled it... I also called 15 mins before my 10a apt to confirm they were on time and how long it would be. They said they were barely behind, but should have it done by 11a. I came in 15 mins later and they said it would be 4 hours or more!! This happened Both times I tried to come there for this simple job and they never got the job done. After all that, they looked at my car in the lot and said since I'm missing one lugnut that they will not do the rotation. I'm sure there are some good hard workers there, but the management and scheduling is a joke! I went home and did the job myself in 1 hour. Never coming back and wasting my time again.

I took my car in for an oil change. When I picked up the car, the technician commented that there was a spark and a loose wire underneath the car. I took my car home to then call different auto shops. I went to the auto shop and the employee there informed me that the cap to the oil filter was never put back on. Oil spilled everywhere and they informed me that there is NOT a loose wire. I drove home and drove to the auto center with oil spilling everywhere. This could have damaged my vehicle. This was dangerous. I will never bring my car to this auto center.

INCOMPETENT WORKERS! I changed tires twice and every time I had problems: they worked so slow, they didn’t understand how to make return in their Walmart software (I’ve bought tires from theirs partners and needed to make a return), after tire changing all tires had different pressure, they told me that my car doesn’t have tire pressure sensor, so they can’t check it, but it DOES! They even couldn’t find a wheel lock key in the trunk although I told them where it was….

The service is terrible. I tried to write a review but it keeps cancelling it. I arrived at the center behind. There was woman and man smoking. The women aggressively approach me, asking what I was doing there. She literally attached me because I was in the garage (which was empty) she stated that I shouldn't be there!!! While smoking and visibly disturbed by my presence. Her and the man continue talking. Then she asked about my name like a police man questioning a criminal, request me to repeat several times. I state that I am picking up tires. I waited until those two finish smoking. Then they said to follow them. They look me in the corridor between the service garage and their reception. The man and woman keep talking passionately to each other, ignoring me. Then a woman arrive inside of the store and they started talking to her. The older women was talking while the man was nodding his head. Doing nothing. I was there already 15 min picking up curbside order- which nobody wants to give me. Finally they let me in. Give me the tires and I had to carry them myself alone. I wanted a receipt which wasn't provided to me. Very nasty people there. Terrible not friendly, aggressive and I would say I feel not safe and uneasy. Just owful. Do not go there alone! Odd and scary.
