The worst tire center I have ever visited, wouldn't change my tires cause the emission fumes. They jacked up my van and 3 workers couldn't find a leak but still turned me away with an dangerous damaged tire and two kids in my car. They flat out refused my business because it was a hot day and they didn't want to work.

2.5 hrs to have my tires rotated. The kid who checks you in has no concept of time or how valuable other people's time is. People checking their vehicles in where told about an hour for the work. But when they came back after browsing the store to find out there's still another hour or more to wait. And Mary who works the counter was grouchy as well. Don't know why I waste my time and money there. Other than the price. Because the service is below 1 star.

Very poor customer service. We arrived at 8am, and were told the service would take approximately an hour. After 2 hours, we were told our oil filter could not be removed and we needed to take the care to the walmart location that had changed the oil last in order to file a claim if they were unable to remove the filter. They still had not rotated the tires within the two hours either. Waste of time, and who knows how long we would have waited had we not gone to check on it. We will not return.

Paid for them to do the oil change that included vacuuming, checking differential, and so on... So i open my door and the popcorn my son got in the back floorboard was still there and i could tell it had not been vacuumed. I looked at my receipt and it said it was swept... Anyway it made me think if this isn't done what else didn't they do. Seems all they did was change the oil.. the differential was low also, luckily i didn't just assume they did everything they said they did... Anyway if you get anything done anywhere check it over. I didn't complain to them or ask for money back i just left, it's not my job to QC them.

Do not get your oil change at this place. My girlfriend took her car here to get a routine oil change about three months ago. She was driving on the freeway today and her car started to shake and stall. Took it to a mechanic and they said that her oil level was very low and looked like it hadn't been changed in a very long time. No leaks or anything, just a straight scam. These guys are lazy crooks who don't care about anyone. Never take your car there.

Paid $36 per wheel just to mount tires on wheels not on a vehicle. I made it easy on them to do, even unloaded them out of my truck bed for them, but still charged more than local places. My spare tire had mud inside the rim, and they didn't bother to clean or knock off the mud and put all kinds of weights on the outside of the rim to balance a muddy tire. Looks terrible all because they were too lazy to clean off some dirt that I didn't notice till after. Now I have to pay someone else to redo that wheel properly.

I got new tires put on my car 2 days ago. When I left, my car was still shaking, telling me it hadn't properly been balanced. I took it back for an oil change and to have the balance rechecked. It took over 2 hours for that to be done. We walked around the store for much longer than it should have taken. And I had to explain what needed to be done several times both times I was there. This was a very frustrating experience.

Good prices for general car care like tire changes, tire rotations and oil changes. It was a pretty large shop and service was pretty quick considering how busy it was. Being located at Walmart made it easy to do a little shopping while I waited for work to be done. Pretty convenient.

So they refuse to put any other tire size on except for what came from the factory. Well in my case the manufacturer also suggested if the ride was too still to put on a one size taller tire for a more comfortable ride. Well even though I showed them the email from Ford, they still refused to do it. On top of that they tried to charge me $128 a piece for tires, but they were $110 online. I had to argue with them for 25 minutes that they had to match their own internet price. Eventually they agreed. I believe it shouldn't have went that far.

Never go here went with a slow leak in the tire. They refused to tell me how long it would take. After asking 3 time just that there were 2 cars ahead of me. After waiting 2 hours all they said was there is no leak. They did not even fill up the air in the tire. The warning light was still on.

The crew & staff were extremely helpful, but the waiting time to get my tires put on was hours longer than I expected, but they told me later, it was because other people had made appointments. So, I highly suggest making an appointment time beforehand, to get your tires put on, to avoid a long wait time. If the appointment option had been suggested to me when I first called to order the tires, I'd been happier with the experience.

I was impressed with my service today. Gary was super nice. They worked fast and the price was lower than I expected. Will definitely return if my tires need to be fixed again or if I need an oil change. Update three months later: I went again and the service was fast and amazing once again!!

Highly dont recommend ANY auto care. Just dealt with the rudest employee named RICHARD. I went in for a basic $28 oil change and a transmissiin fluid check for $12. Later when getting to pay the bill I get informed that the transmission fluid check didnt get done and only the oil change happened. My bill comes out to a $60 total. I question it and this RICHARD gets defensive of me questioning it to appoint where people are looing over. He then "yells" into the garage "someone come help this lady". Now everyones watching. Im getting overcharged for a service not even done, and humiliated. This guy doesnt need to be in retail or with the public. I highly dont recommend any Auto Care here and will never be back.

Last time I came here they were out of the oil filters needed to change the oil in my car. That didn't bother me so much as when I was trying to pull out to leave, one of the technicians nearly collided with me while driving another customer's car. I had to honk to get him to stop the car. Hopefully the Walmart in Barboursville I'll have a less anxiety-inducing experience 😅

Tires were fine . What i ordered the service however not so great , tires arrived early so I called and asked if it was alright if I run up and get them put on . Guy on the phone said that was fine . I get there and I'm guessing its the manager of the dept says that I have to come during the appointment " people that get it done before are just trying to get free tires " , I left and called again . They said to just come back the next day since it was a problem for him . Come back the next morning and its the same thing . Call him on it saying that makes no sense . I've already paid 1300$ and you have to finish out the transaction at the register to complete the order. They don't have much to say back. Then there's an issue with the tire size . It was mentioned that they wouldn't put anything on that wasn't on the door sticker. Told em they can load em up in the back and redund the 200$ for mounting and balancing . They finally break and do the work . Almost 4 hours 1300$ and getting accused of trying to get " free tires " twice . Go to a different Walmart or different tire shop . That was absolutely ridiculous.
