Went in for an oil change it took them about an hour and a half to finish my truck. I'd go somewhere else but they're the only people that has the oil that I use. On the plus side you have plenty of time to pick up some things.

I really like the selection in women's clothing here. I love the seasonal displays also. The employees are very nice. I have to say that it is a one stop shop for my family.

Walmart has gone to crap. Their employees are useless and it starts with management. They don't hire enough employees to answer the phone

Worst service.... I wanted to get an oil change guy directing me where to park looked like he hated his job and left me there and walked off so I went to another employee and asked about getting an oil change he said go inside and tell them when I did, the lady said "no go outside and let them know" I couldn't find anyone so i just left I would rather pay more and have someone who knows What they are doing. I read reviews but gave them the benefit of the doubt . What a wasteof my time

Dissatisfied with the worker. I was told a service had been performed when in actuality it was not. The manager Is professional and extremely helpful. If it was not for him I probably would not return. On past visits Dung has helped me and he is great. If I could request a technician It would be him every time.

Where some of the outside staff may be nice people, overall the experience at this location needs improvement. The waiting area has no vending machine, no coffee machine, (it was morning, and no coffee!) no snacks, no water, or refreshments of any kind (This Supercenter has both a deli and a bakery they could have brought day-old back there). There are no magazines to busy yourself during the long wait for your vehicle. There is no television to watch. If you have kids, it's a boring and miserable place for children. The seating they offered were hard metal benches. Very uncomfortable for the long wait. I guess the idea is for you to shop the store and spend more money... The people working inside, are never at their post, It takes forever to check out, and they a rude. I had one item to pay for and there was one person in line behind me, but the cashier felt the need to walk away from the register and leave us waiting. Needless to say, I left without my purchase. Oh, and yes they left off my center cap on my vehicle. No apologies, and no call. I have to go back to get it. It will probably be broken, when and if I get it back. Not worth any price savings, shopping here. It would be more pleasant to take your vehicle almost anywhere else. Also, they did not take the cars in order of arrival. I got there first and they walked up and wrote up the person who came after me, first. Didn't ask who was there first or anything. I could go on, but why bother... If you can avoid using the Walmart TLE, AVOID IT! You will be happier. I had a flat, and they were right there. I should have called roadside assistance.

TERRIBLE. I never leave negative reviews, but this is too awful to go unreported. Long story short: they sent my father off with a flat tire and did not tell him, then hung up on him (twice) when he called the service center. - Terrible customer service - Shockingly poor communication between employees and customers - Horrendous wait times and uncomfortable waiting conditions - Overall, a severely unprofessional environment My dad needed a flat tire repair (on run-flat tires -- these tires do not appear flat even if they are at dangerously low levels). He told the service agent that if a repair was not possible, he would happily purchase a new tire. He waited THREE HOURS. He was informed that there was a hole in the tire causing the flat. The technician removed the tire, and took it to the back (one can assume he is working on repairs?). The same tire was returned to the vehicle. The technician mumbled something about a discount to the front desk agent as he left the room. My dad asked if he received a discount for the tire repair, but the customer service agent ignored him. She handed him a receipt and he left. 20 minutes later, we checked the air pressure in the tire and it was down to 12 lbs of pressure (should be 32). He called the Walmart auto care center, and was immediately put on hold after telling them who he was. He recalled. He spoke with the same woman who he had seen 20 minutes prior, and she claimed not to remember him. After checking the records, the technician reported that the tire and rim would not separate and repair on the hole was not possible. THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO MY FATHER. We then checked the receipt form. The technician marked "DECLINED" for flat repair. (???) TPMS reset was also marked as "DECLINED", but NO ONE asked my father about this either. HE NEVER DECLINED ANY SERVICES. The entire objective for going in was to either 1) fix the flat or 2) get a new one if repairs were not possible. Essentially, they aired up a flat tire, and sent him on his way. To top it all off, the woman he was speaking with HUNG UP ON HIM. Terrible, horrible, awful customer service and communication. Completely unprofessional. What if the tire was not checked after leaving? What if there was an accident due to having a flat tire and not being informed that it WAS NOT REPAIRED AFTER 3 HOURS? Awful. Modica Bros forever after this incident. Do not go to Walmart Auto Care Center. Avoid at all costs.

One star only because there's no zero option. My store visit began at 9:20am Sunday, April 8, 2018. I ordered tires online and received an email that said to go to automotive to pick up the tires or have them installed. Upon arriving inside automotive, waited 5 min to be greeted only to be told I had to go to Pickup for my tires because they weren't there. At Pickup, pushed the screen and waited. No one came. Pushed it again and finally got some one. 9:40am, back to automotive with the tires. Waited and waited and waited some more. At 12:45pm, after noticing every car coming in after me was being tended to by three techs having tires replaced and leaving while my truck sat in the air on jacks, I summoned a manager. After explaining what was occurring and my expectation of having all hands work on my truck until it's complete, she went to the techs. The manager came back to me and said it'd be finished in 15 minutes. During that 15 minutes, they continued to work on the other car owned by an attractive 20 something female then finally got to my truck. I got my keys back at 1:30 PM. The cashier apologized for the wait and I stated 'after waiting four hours they should at least waive the install fees.' He said he couldn't do that and continued to ring me up. I stated that was fine and I'd take it up with his store manager in the morning. He stopped and summoned the manager who looked at me and said 'what's wrong?' So I reminded her and she waived the install fees. But wait, that's not the end! While accelerating to get on the highway, the truck starting shaking. It's obvious they failed to properly balance at least one tire. I phoned the automotive department and asked for the manager. After waiting a minute or two, I notice they dropped the call. I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager. The operator stated he was not there and asked "to what is was pertaining?" I told her I wanted to speak to the highest ranking member of management in the building. The operator angrily said they would NOT allow her to transfer the call without knowing what the call was 'pertaining.' After my stern response to transfer the call, she did. The Co manager answered. I briefly told her about my ordeal and told her I was taking my truck somewhere else to get corrected and asked to whom should I bring the receipt for reimbursement. She said 'oh, I'll transfer you to automotive' and hit the transfer button. Now I'm speaking again to the automotive manager. She stated to bring the receipt to the Service Desk and any manager would be able to reimburse me. Some comments during my four hour observation of their automotive department: - absolutely NO organization of the work effort. - absolutely NO sense of urgency. - they appeared to use use one air ratchet and air hose between the cars in both bays. The techs spent more time moving equipment than working on my truck! I'll leave it at that except to say I'll spend the extra money at Discount Tire and buy from there for now on.

Absolutely unprofessional and dysfunctional. Waited 3.5 hours for them to install ONE tire. Don't waste your time at this location. Go to any other one

Went here for an oil change and to get a tire change. When I got there they told me it would be about 2 hours of a wait, which was fine. Then I do all my shopping and come back a hour and a half later and they tell me it's going to be another 2 hours and 15 minutes. I ended up leaving because I'm not going to wait 4 hours for something simple that should be quicker.

I spoke on the phone with Melissa last night and she was super helpful and nice. I arrived early and was out in a reasonable time frame. Dung serviced my car, he was a sweet guy and helpful. Although Roger was helpful he could be more friendly… Overall I prefer this tire center than the one in Orange.

Worst Walmart I have ever been too! They had manager on staff and 4 employees who worked in the servicing department. Only one employee with long hair actually was working changing tires. The others were moving tires for over two hours from one part of the area to the other. While people were waiting on there cars. I got to Walmart to fix a tire at 830am and got so frustrated that I just had them put my spare on my car. I didn’t get out until 12:30pm. Not sure if Walmart understands they are over staffed with people who cannot work or should I say don’t want to work in there servicing department. I have never seen people who pretend to work so much. Not sure why u even have a manager to oversee employees when she walks around with a tablet and doesn’t do anything. I have never seen so much inefficiency in my life. Walmart if u want to cut cost this department needs a full overhaul you would save so much money and time with better staffing and management.

Do not go here!!! Ordered 4 tires and prepaid for installation . Got all the confirmations and appt date and time and right before my appt time was told they only have 3 of the four tires and that they miss counted and my only option was to cancel everything and they don't know what to do about it. I paid for 4 tires at almost $1000 and they didnt know what to do! I asked when the last tire would come in and they didnt know. All they wanted was for me to cancel and go away. Very unhappy and disappointed in the whole setup from order to store. Unstable system and does not work!!! Go somewhere else to spend your money and time cause this was a huge waste.
