Horrible service. I showed up 5 different times just have tires put on and then I was going to just buy the tires and take them somewhere else to have done and they wouldn’t even sell them to me ! Defiantly don’t recommend you go here .

Horrible! Went for an oil change, well I was outside the garage watching the entire time, they took my car up on the lift an proceeded to take pictures of themselves in my car on the lift... Worst service I've ever received!! I'd recommend you not to go to Lorain Walmart!!

Great service. Plus it affordable and they don't try to up sale you for things you don't even need. And or charge any extra nonsense fees that don't make sense. Plus while your waiting you can get everyday things you might need for the house as well. Thanks for being you Walmart.

Went there at 7am to get tires .too busy made a appointment for 11 go there at 11 .haha there be two hour wait .i guess they dont under stand what appointment means.worst service i every had.

Going to get a headlight fixed Was told it will be a lottle bit of wait. They pulled my car into the shop and I waited nearly 4 hours. For a headlight switch. They never asked me which bulb I want. They assumed I wanted the most expensive one . so I go to pay and its 28$ for ONE headlight. I said. Did they gige me the most expensive one. Hes like no they gave you the better one... So instead of having them take it out and put a new one in he let me pay 10$ not 18$ . Anyways I get into my car and see all the dirt they left in my car. Its ridiculous. I'm better off going to Elyria Wal-Mart than lorain. I didnt want to stero-type lorain Wal-Mart but they proved me right. Poor service, lack of commnication. Was ignored when I asked a question. Won't return for car service. Have to ask them politley to clean there mess if I do.

Daniel there is an absolute beast! I brought in my 2003 Camry with 175k miles on it with cloudy yellow headlights and he turned them into glass in an hour. Great place to go for an oil change or simple work if you have time to drop off your car.

I tried getting an oil change here. Instead they accidentally drained my transmission fluid and sent me on my way. My car was jolting and making noises so I immediately drove it back. It has taken 4 hours total so far today and I'm still waiting for my refund and claim information to file a damage claim.

What’s the point in making an appointment for an oil change at 12:30pm for them to start working on my car at 2pm? Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth coming here at all.

I am giving one star..I just had work done on my car and I first out Wakmart never took time to change my filter when I had my oil changed..My advice ..like me I will not be going there anymore for oil change..If you guys can't take time and do what's needed..don't mess up people's cars...not fair

The guy checking me in was helpful and nice but no where to set, just getting a replacement tire for one I previously bought it the Avon Walmart. I chose to come here since I had a flat tire and didnt want to drive far on the donut. Ive been here so far and hour and 15 minutes, 2 bays open and they have not taken my car in yet.

On Nov 29 I ordered 4 tires for pick up. Dec 3 still don't have and no one knows where they are. Walmart put Kmart out of business and now they need to be put out of business due to poor customer service and lack of follow through. This is unacceptable! I can't even say they performed a service because I don't have my tires!! Oh, and they don't want to answer the phone! 3 phone calls at maximum ring time before they answered. NOT where this American is going to shop!

Purchased 4 brand new tires a week ago. They messed up and my sensor is not detecting. I was told come back in and they would fix it immediately. I come in and I’m told they can’t. I would have to wait over 5 hours and no apology told it could be my fault etc. How is this a good business practice. Totally unacceptable, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car prior just needed new tires put on the car. I can’t even believe this is how customers are treated.

Needed two new tires with a tire rotation, the customer service guy Sam was so polite, knowledgeable and helpful! The price was very reasonable and I actually got good tires! He carried himself very well with ignoring rude unnecessary customers and stating facts and did it respectfully!

Supposed to open at 7 am but nope, finally gets unlocked and opened at 7:20, all the garage guys just waiting for manager to unlock door. There to have an 8 month old tire replaced that I bought the roadside Hazzard for, so should have been a free replacement. Ofcourse none of those tires in stock, so in order to do it I have to replace another tire so there are 2 matching now, they wouldn't put 1 different tire on, I get that. So pay to replace an 8 month old tire and my "free" tire. So ofcourse time to check out and manager I dealt with is nowhere to be found they ring it up and I'm at $280! What? Eventually he comes back reduces the price to an acceptable amount and I leave 3 hours and 40 minutes later. Everytime I've ever been there it's just mass chaos. There was another lady there briefly same story but she decided to leave without getting her warranty tire replaced. I should have taken a picture of their "make sure to push extras" sign they had in the back!

Lazy as hell. They always can't get you in. They come with most excuses. Want you to make an appointment now, the last couple times. They clearly are suppose to do walk-ins. Never pleasant always and attitude, like they hate they job. So sad.

First experience at this location. Simple oil change. Only a 45 minute wait which was pretty reasonable considering the location and it was a Saturday. No issues. Was in and out. Side note: while waiting a customer was outright rude, demanding, throwing a tantrum like a toddler and treating the technicians like dirt. They handled themselves with class. And deserve a metal!

Walmart stripped a stud on my car's front driver's side wheel. The store lacks the equipment and knowledge to fix their error so they cannot complete even the first tire rotation following purchase of the tires. Walmart shouldn't be selling or servicing tires. My cars will never be worked on in any Walmart anywhere ever again. I wasted an hour walking around the store during which they never called me to tell me they couldn't complete the tire rotation. Unprofessional, inept, rip off.

If I could give zero stars I would. About a month ago I had a new battery installed in my 2020 explorer, at this location. Soon after installation, a warning would intermittently come up on my dash. 'Charge system service now', and a red image of a battery. I thought oh great my alternator or serpentine belt is next. Im gonna ride it out because I cant afford that. This morning my truck completely freaked out and was like, dont you dare try to drive me anywhere. I swear I will leave you stranded on the side of the road waiting on a tow truck freezing cold. Called off work. Called the kids off school. Called a tow truck, had it towed to AutoNation in Amherst, which by the way has been the most amazing dealership hands down.. Paid a $99 diagnostic fee (plus fees and tax) for the warning on the dash... come to find out, walmart never connected the bolts to the new battery. The battery and alternator weren't even connected at all at this point. $130 spent because of what? Laziness? Weakness? Not paying attention? Ill never go to Lorain Walmart for ANY car service ever again.

If you need car service done save your time and go anywhere else in northeast Ohio, I can assure you they'll be better. Went in for a tire change on my front passenger side tire, and an oil change, paid and left. By the time I got home my passenger side back tire had went flat and popped in 5 different places on the back side of the inner tube, and there was a massive grease mark on the side of the tire that hadn't been there before. Took it back up the next day to explain what happened and they said it couldn't have possibly been them, and that someone must've gotten under my car at night and stabbed the inside of my tire 5 times evenly (seriously their argument) so I would have to pay for a whole new tire. I decided to just do it because I did have warranty and they said since I had over 90 percent tread still id probably not have to pay much out of pocket. They schedule me for five days out and I come in on a Friday before I have to work, and they said my tire change will take about 1hr to 2hrs give our take and that I have to pay half price. I was pretty upset by this but I still decided to wait anyways because I need a car for work and school and it is the end of my semester, but after waiting 40 minutes they tell me that they don't actually have my tire, and that the only way I can get my tire is to place an order with them and pay FULL PRICE THEN, and then next week I can come get my tire. It was at this point I decided I definitely needed to speak to someone higher up, I called and was able to speak to a store manager named Johnny King who said he would give a free tire whenever they were available, and four new ones if problems consisted, called back the day they said the tire would be in and they said they actually never said that and they don't have my tire, and I'd have to pay full price. I called costumer service and had a case opened and was promised a call from the store managager Monday at the latest. It is currently Thursday no call. No to mention one of the bigger guys put his hands on my mom, but don't worry, according to his coworker (he was just trying to make sure someone walking by didn't bump into her) truly the worst costumer service and worst overall car service I have ever been to and I'm now over three weeks without a viable car because the lack of professionalism by this staff. For your sake, stay as far away from this place as possible!
