They need to adjust their attitudes towards customers big time. The Walmart on Fayetteville Rd in Van Buren is really bad, that is the reason I am giving them one star.

Excellent customer service. Creative solutions! We had a tire blowout on the interstate and got towed into this Walmart near Kelley Highway. The tow truck driver wanted to get our van off his truck asap, even if it meant dragging the bottom end across the cement. The Walmart mechanics changed the tire while it was still on the tow truck and improvised a little exit ramp, so we could drive off the truck without bottoming out. A+

I was having the oil changed in my 2016 Camaro SS and I even checked before hand on how much it would cost the day before bringing my car in to have it done and I was told that the oil change would include 5qts of oil and that I would be charged a flat rate for each additional qt, my car takes 10qts of oil. So I estimated the cost of my oil change at no more than $85 after tax and the tech agreed with me. I took it in the next day to have it done and all of a sudden I'm being charged almost $200. They had charged me for 3 5qt jugs of oil even though my car only takes 2 5qt jugs to begin with. I pointed that out to them and they only took one of the 3 that they charged me with off which still means that they charged me for an additional 5qt jug because one of them was supposed to have been included in the price of the oil change which is what I was told the day before. So even after 3 techs looking at it and then "fixing" it, I was still overcharged. I was impressed with the level of service up until they printed my ticket and then nobody seemed to know what was going on even though it clearly showed I was charged for 3 5qt jugs of oil, at first they were charging me for 4 5qt jugs which is why the total was almost $200. They did a good job changing my oil but if I'm paying over $110 for an oil change I'll just keep doing it myself.

It's been over a yr since I last used their service center & here's why.. I own a 2003 jeep liberty. Spoke with tech before the oil change & was assured that no air wrenches or adhesives would b used. I'm 9k miles overdue for oil change because those idiots not only used an airwrench but also put lockztite on the drain plug!

Didn't have the battery I needed and wasn't willing to try to find one. Autozone went above and beyond to find a battery that would fit and work, Walmart couldn't be bothered. It's like if you don't hire them to shop for you, you are less than. The employees shopping for orders take up all the space and are rude! You can't get by or around them big carts abd the workers act as if they are above the customers!!! Walmart sucks! If I could avoid them forever I would! They know this too! That's why there isn't many other options! If I could give 0 stars I would.

They couldn't change the oil on our truck due to an emergency plug. Our truck died and the lead mechanic there was awesome trying to help us and his advice was great. It was pretty busy when we got there but they were very fast getting the cars in.

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very well taken care of. Great service and a very low price. High mileage oil change with name brand synthetic oil, and they checked EVERYTHING! They even checked adjusted my tire pressure and reset my tire pressure sensor that has been driving me nuts! I will see them again in October.

Had a tire replaced at the autocenter on 62nd. St. In Fort Smith. They crossthreaded the screw into the tire & torqued it on too tight so when my husband went to unscrew it-it snapped off. So upon calling & being told that Robin the head lead manager would call me back in the next few hours before end of shift if she wants...she called back but was extremely rude! The attitude and tone she took with me was very uncalled for-worst customer service! Would not recommend this autocenter. Also, they wouldn't take out the screw that was broke off.

Super helpful employees! Looked for a portable battery charger and got help and advice on what to do to maintain my car. And the advice was worth many times more than the price I paid. Wish I caught the employees name, but she was incredibly helpful and wish I could recommend her for her help!
