DO NOT COME HERE. They made me wait 3 hours for an oil change. And then told me they couldn’t do the oil change. Completely wasted my morning. Also within those 3 hours. I talked to 5 different employees and not a single one could get an employee with keys to open the locked section so I could purchase some brake lights.

Long line but they got me in and it didn't take much time at all. I do feel they need to get their prices in order. I got 3 different prices before I paid. Each time it went up. Bought 2 tires. Called a head of time to make sure they were in stock and how much. I was quoted $128 and paid $150.

Very bad experiment. Recently I have took my car in and got a oil changed, somehow the next day my engine light came on. As long as I have got my car, the engine light have never came on, I am always up to date with my maintenance, until March 22, 2022. So I called Walmart the next day and complained about my situation and all they said was for me to bring my car back in and have them recheck what they have done to my car, but before I took it back in, I have my father, who is a retirement automatic recheck for me. My father have found a problem. Somehow my radiator was filled up with a blue solution which he think they must of have mistaken and use the washer wiper (blue solution) in it. I was so angry! So Of course I had my father go with me to take my car in at Walmart to see what they say.... After they rechecked the answer they gave me was not what I expected. I actually wanted my refund back because my dad and I tried to explained to them what they might have done wrong and they didn't want to hear us out. All they said was, "everything seem to be correct and tighten up. We checked through our computer and it says (a sensor crankshaft and coolant thermostat)." The coolant thermostat was exactly what my father have mention to me whoever changed my oil must of have mistaken and put the washer wiper solution in my radiator. I was so heated up and told my dad let's go to AutoZone and flush it out. After my father flushing it out and put in new coolant. My check engine was gone. Now I have been driving for a week and my check engine have not turn on. As a loyal customer and always take my car to Walmart and get my oil changed, this was by far the worst experiment. They should of have offer me for my refund back or credit me back. I will for sure will not be going back to the Walmart on Shaw and peach in Clovis.

Stood there waiting at the desk area for nearly 20 minutes. Associates would come in, help customers get their car and check them out, waiting room had 4 people in there but none would acknowledge us standing there with my battery in the cart. Was there to get my core charge refund. After the 4th time someone came in I spoke up and asked if there was anyone who was available to process my refund. FINALLY I got reluctant help. Clearly under staffed. Hard to blame the emoyees at that point.

Needed a new set of tires before going on a cross country road trip. I made a 9 am appointment and arrived at 8:45 we signed the paperwork and I told them the lug nut jey was in the glovebox, they then said that there was on car ahead of us and we should be done in an hour and a half to 2 hours two hours came and went and when I went back to check on it they had not even started working on it. By 12:30 three and half hours later they told us they could not find the lug nut key and where canceling the service. Going back I got the key from the technician went to my car promptly took the lug nut key out of the glove box and returned to the desk and gave it to the technician. He stated that it would be another 2 hours before it was ready due to other cars being in the bay after 5 hours my car is finally being worked on. What even is the point of making an appointment in the first place. My advice just save your money and your time and go to a real tire shop.

This tire service center is a joke! I had a 7 am appointment. I arrived at 645 and waited in line behind 2 other vehicles. No one came out to even speak to customers until 710. At 730 I flagged down an employee just coming in to work and asked for the manager's name (Joelle?) and asked why they schedule appointments if they take drive ups first. The employee began making excuses for the process but couldn't explain why they were already doing an oil change and "writing up" a tire sale, but hadn't even attempted to find the 7 am appointment which already had mad a tire purchase online. I had already waited for 6 days. I made the appointment at 7 because I had another appointment later the same morning. I know about how long it takes to change, mount and balance a set of tires and they didn't even have anyone in the bay that does that. Because they hadn't even attempted to speak to me I had no choice but to let the employee know I needed to leave. They should change the name to the 3 stooges waiting center

Wasted 2 hours here. Got here early at 6:40 am. for an oil change, I'm 1st. 7:15 got checked in at 8:00 am. My vehicle gets pulled into the bay. 8:45 I ask how much longer. 8:50 receive text just started service. 9:00 a.m., a service representative tells me they can't service my vehicle do to oil drain plug is plastic. Wow, I had oil changes here before. It's like they make up policy to not service vehicles. The auto service center is so understaffed that they don't even have a manager . They even stopped accepting new customers. Who do you complain to.

It’s convenient you can do your shopping while you’re waiting for your old oil change to be finished. They were busy so the wait was a little long. Another customer and I laughed because the guys work on the vehicles are super chatty with each other. You have all these men are standing around talking and really only one working

Don't waste your time here!!!! Was waiting for 4 tires to be change on rims, they didn't even have to install it on car. Had an appointment at 7:15am and was here by 6:50am. Its noon and they still are not done. Will not come for their poor services here again. Walmart worker BOBBY was taking his sweet time with one tire at a time, walking away every Installation Other customers here for an oil change and been here since 8:30am and still not done. Disappointed..

The service is fair-good. The wait was too long, it was a walk in but I arrived at 8:30 am and left at 12:30 pm and it wasn’t for oil change or replacing tires that takes a little longer.

Terrible service! I went just for an oil change (they only had the most expensive one) I arrived at 8:36am and I was waiting for my car until 12:13pm I went out to look at my car and it was still parked outside.. Don't waste your time coming here, it's horrible.

Just go somewhere even if it's a little bit expensive than walmart's fee. It was our first time trying their auto center and will never go back. Worst costumer service! It doesn't matter if you have an apointment coz you go there early yet there will be a long car in line and you will end up wasting you whole day just for a change oil. We left the auto center immediately upon seeing that the cars infront of us are not moving but good thing we had a back up reservation in Honda auto center. So yeah! don't recommend this auto center at all!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Appointment is at 6pm I was already here by 5:30!!! JUST TO REPLACE ONE TIRE!!! ITS TAKING THEM MORE THAN 1hr and 30mins! They made an excuse that they only have one jack. Lol. An auto shop with only one jack. Im still here waiting for my car! They wont value your time here!!! If you wanna save a few dollars but wanna waste your time then its perfect for you!

I took my car in today to get an oil change. As I was waiting, one of the service techs told me that they couldn't do the oil change because my oil filter was on too tight. I then took it back to oil changers who did my last oil change and they took it off with little to no effort. On top of all that when I first arrived it didn't seem like the guys that were on shift wanted to work.

Steer clear from this place. Go somewhere else. My sister needed new tires to get through the year. They had some decent good year tires. Decided to get the whole install bundle. Arrived at 4:45pm. Not a single vehicle for tires change ahead of me. Waited 2 whole hours. Finally finished at 6:50. Ridiculous service. Learned my lesson, never coming back here.

1st time here for Tire Install for the tire I ordered and Ready to Install today. My install appointment is at 7AM so I came around 645 and there were 4 cars ahead of me. 725AM and ALL cars still waiting and not being served. 1 guy said they dont start if not fully staffed yet (they are late??) Looks like they started taking in cars at 727am.. I got checked in 749am, what a waste of time and gas! Then the guy said they are understaffed, but another guy is coming in soon at 9AM. I borrowed my car so I can get my laptop and was back 9AM and Service started! I got out 1002AM.. I enjoyed talking to people though having their car Oil Changed for more than hour. Good luck everyone probably not a good sign doing business here. Please value our time if it is not valuable to you

I had an appointment 12/20/2025 came by 10 mins before. Tech came and told me they couldn't install the tire because door panel size says 245 and the tire I ordered is 255. My current tires is 255 and you guys installed them before. Tech says the new management won't install them. They told me to park so I can get a refund. I waited over 30 mins and no one came by so I asked them again. That's when they started to move. The people working here are unprofessional
