2025 Update: Well, I needed them again. About a year later and still the same great service. Back window got popped again, called them up and had an appointment within the hour. Quick, professional and kind. Comfy little waiting room with water and coffee available. Local family business with the service to match. Out of curiosity I called Safelite, and they wanted $500 and an appointment for next week, I walked out the door for $250 and same day here, and they vacuumed my car! Highly recommend bringing your car here if you find yourself in need of some automotive glass. 2024: Quick and professional service. Hopefully won't need them again, but if I do, I'm coming here.

My first experience with Old Town Auto Glass I could tell they cared more about their customer than themselves. After we got a chip in our recently installed windshield I went back expecting a charge to fix the chip. Old Town Auto Glass got us right in and said "no charge". He quoted me the price said as soon as the part comes in it should take no more than 45 min. I had to leave so I told them I would be back the next day. I went in the next day and it was fixed in about 30 min. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the service they provide. If I ever have this issue with my other door I know where I'm gonna get it fixed.

Excellent work. Adrian with old town auto glass correct windshield repair job someone else messed up. Reasonable priced, honest, explained what he was going to do and what could be problems. No leaks and cosmetically great something that the other company couldn't and didn't do. To top everything off week after Adrian reached out to me to check if work was good or any problems. Jay and his sons do excellent work. Jay explained to me how to navigate through my insurance company, and the paperwork was flawless. Jay even called me, to notify me about the replacement glass not being identical, due to the original not being available. It was just as good, and maybe better. Nice to know, that there were no 'unexpected' surprises. I would definitely use their services in the future, and recommend them to family & friends. Jay makes you feel valued and appreciated, which is rare these days. No getting herded like cattle, in this operation.
