I bought a battery back in March from them and when I went to the dealership a month later for oil change they told me I had a bad battery. I went to Auto Zone for a second opinion and they told me same thing. When I went back they tried telling me the battery was fine. I get the feeling they won't replace it and honor the warranty. I'm reluctant to go back. Please save yourself the trouble and don't go here. Sometimes it's best left to people who actual know what they are doing :(

I got my oil changed here and they left the engine oil cap off. Luckily I checked it before driving away but that could have ended badly for me. The oil itself seemed kind of dirty, and the oil change only took them 15 minutes. I suspect they only changed half the oil. They didn't offer any kind of apology when I brought this to their attention. I strongly suggest you look somewhere else to get your oil changed.

I took my car to automotive to get an oil change and the associate came out pretty quick but it was slow for them and didnt have many cars to service. But I was in and out in under 45 minutes but like I said it was slow. When they're busy I can usually expect a wait of an hour or a little more.

They do things fast. Had both our tires in stock. Head them mounted balanced valve stems installed and ready to go in 30 mins. Can't complain about that!

I had a wonderful experience here. I got an oil change. Customer service was extremely kind and answered all my questions professionally. Everyone was very attentive and got my oil change done efficiently. Would definitely come back here again!

My mother went here this morning and she told them about her tire pressure sensor fault light being on and they looked at her tires and straight up told her that her rims are broken and scratched the tires and told her that no one is going to be able to fix the situation. but we went somewhere else and they told us that nothing is wrong with the rims and that the tires are slightly scratched on the actual tire.

So about Walmart and ordering online. I ordered 3 tires on a Thursday and scheduled installation on the following Saturday. I never received an email but said they would be ready for Saturday. So Saturday I get a notice to bring my car in through message so I get down there 2 o’clock and they couldn’t find but two tires. It took them about 45 minutes they looked everywhere and they said it was coming from Fort Worth Texas FedEx and it should be there the next day or the following day, so they went ahead and put the two tires on all three tires were coming from the same place but they all three shipped separately that doesn’t make any sense so the car is in the shop getting repairs and so I asked him if they would hold the tire for me so then I got a notice that the tire was there and it’s just a big mess today. I look at my bank account and they have put the amount for 1 tire on my account, but it wasn’t credited to my balance. They sent the manager to talk to me on that Saturday. His name was Jesus. He was extremely polite very apologetic and he offered me a $20 gift card plus the warranty on the tire which I thought was very nice so if you’re in dire need of tires, you might want to reconsider ordering online For Walmart tires.

Ordered and bought tires online. Made an appointment. Show up and it takes them close to half an hour just to find and process my already paid for order. Told it will take an hour and a half to install 4 tires when mine is the only vehicle there. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible service, had my VW Passat taken in for an oil change and was done incorrectly. The oil filter o-ring was not put on properly and all oil drained from the vehicle. Never going back and will insist no one get service here.

I was helped very quickly and greeting with friendly auto staff members. I just needed a battery replacement that was within warranty, and they staff happily helped me out. The transaction needed a manager to approve the exchange since I didn't have my receipt from 3 years ago. Carmen was helping me out and called for a manager to come to the auto center more than four times and took 9 to 10 minutes for anyone to show up. When someone did show up, his name was robert, he was only three aisles away from where I was but apparently cannot be bothered by Carmen paging him or any other manager that was in the same area. This is exactly why I don't shop at any Walmart stores.

Service was outstanding, workers worked fast and price was low, purchased 1 brand new quality tire With 1 year warranty cheaper than any other tire shop in town. Staff was extremely helpful and polite the work environment was great, and inside i was able to find and purchase oil filter and 7 quarts of high quality synthetic motor oil cheaper than any other auto part store in town. 5 stars for fast tire service, outstanding customer service, and customer convenience.

Was in line at 8 am, one car ahead of me, 15 minutes later they were backing my vehicle out of service bay to work on another vehicle. When I brought it to one of tech's attention,his response was, this vehicle was ahead of me. Also, they showed 35 psi on all 4 tires, on receipt, I had tired checked at another service center, one day prior, all at 40 psi. They never even checked air pressure.

thee most worst customer service. had a horrible experience with worker angel. not to mention poorly organized. i can see manger tried but also was frustrated with my complaint she really didn’t try to do anything to resolve or make the situation better. i highly don’t recommend it.

I would never bring your vehicle here for any kind of service. I brought my vehicle here to this Walmart on Walton Blvd and I paid for oil change which comes with 5 quarts of oil and I paid extra for 6 quarts because that is what my car takes. After I left and got home my husband checked my dip stick and noticed my oil was very low about 3 quarts low. I went and bought a jug of oil for another $26 and filled my oil and it was exactly 3 quarts low after I paid for a l quart oil change. I paid $68 for the oil change plus year $26 because they didn't put enough oil. They put blue shit on my drain plug bolt that looks like locktite and they claim it is a tamper seal and not to worry. To me it looked my they broke my drain plug bolt and try to seal it with locktite and I honestly will not know if it is locktite until I have my next oil change and hope and pray that my drain bolt comes off. No reason at all should I of been 3 quarts low on oil an hour after my oil change. Would definitely never take my vehicle back here again. I could of went to the dealership and none of this would of happened and I wouldn't of had to go buy more oil right after my oil change.

Absolutely horrible service. Xavier knows absolutely nothing yet is somehow in charge of the front cash register area. Went to pick up my vehicle from an oil change and he told me there was an issue with one of my tires and they were still working on fixing that. So I left and went back home, got a call a few hours later from him telling me my car was done with the oil change, I asked about the tire issue and he said what issue? I repeated what he told me when I went to pick it up and he denied the entire thing and said there was never an issue with it. Wasted my time and uber money going back and forth waiting for it to be ready. Beware the prices are cheap here but that’s about the only pro.

Dropped my car of for an oil change with bottle service. Took about 45 minutes. When I picked up the car, the cost was higher than discussed. Figured out they used full synthetic instead of the blend I requested. They also did not give me the bottle with the remaining oil. Had to wait about 20 minutes for them to find the cap to it and bag it up. They left my car dirty with oil on the steering wheel and all over the paint around the back of my car. Staff were not friendly or professional.
