Its a parts store. Some have what you want and some things are missing. Its what you get these days. The manager is quite helpful and she's really cute too. I must say the staff here are a bit more likeable than most stores.

I was often told not to come here. After tonight's visit, I've got to give them a five for their AMAZING customer service. Had the manager and employee both assisting me and they were both awesome at helping me find the right products for my vehicle.

The staff here are very kind and helpful! Then again, I've never been to a horrible O'Reilly shop before. I will definitely keep coming back here.

Besides being 5 minutes from home the best O'Reilly in Las Cruces. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Gentleman named Carlos usually goes out of his way to help with whatever we may need. Keep up the great work!!

I want to thank O'Reilly Auto Parts for their Excellent Customer Service. Especially to Rocky at the North Main Street. I am a widowed lady and my check engine light came on. I went to their competitors for a diagnostic test scan and felt belittled 😳 for being a woman and not knowing what a check engine light was for. I called O'Reilly Auto Parts with my competitor's report and he stated to check my oil level and that I should be fine to drive the car until I get it into the shop. A special thanks to Rocky at O'Reilly Auto Parts store on North Main Street, Las Cruces, NM.

I think the 1 star says enough. Try the dona ana on Thorpe Rd! Or even on picacho! Great workers that are willing to help.

This O'Reilly's has everything, but don't expect help from the employees, so make sure you do your own research before hand. Find your own part numbers and stuff like that, cause they guys will act blind deaf and mute when trying to help you locate parts in their system. I tried again, simple thing as a battery for my key fob, the employee did everything he could to get me to go to any other store. They obviously don't want to help

Horrible employees, you better not go in and ask for help looking up a part of looking into a warranty. They won't help, they won't find the warranty or the part you need. Then you'll go to any other O'Reilly's and within seconds they will be able to help you

The staff here is excellent. In particular, Carlos was very friendly and helpful every time I've had a question. I highly recommend going to this shop for any vehicle needs!

I'd rather shop for my car parts anywhere but this location. Every employee is rude! From store manager to the drivers and commercial area. All a bunch of rude men and women with the nastiest attitudes. If I could give negative stars I would. Fire them all

Stellar people! I brought in my dead battery prepared to buy a new one. Brennen and the “Boss Man “ GAVE me the new one with recommendations on what else might be needed to remedy the problem that may have killed the old battery. I’d give them 10 stars!

Just went in to try and dumb oil, guy was bitching about the container it was in saying we can’t accept that oil because it’s in an old degreaser bucket. Went down the street to Autozone and they gladly took it. Workers like this drive people away from your business, was looking to buy other parts while I was there, he just ruined the whole sale by doing bullshit like this, will definitely keep taking my business to autozone

Went here to pick up a part and the staff was unsure of the name the order was placed under. A specific guy placed the order and wasn’t in and they kept telling me we have to wait for that specific guy to get the order. I had to come back to the store 3 times and the third time my boyfriend came the bald guy said he didn’t even want to try looking for it because he’s already been yelled at enough already. We got the guys personal number that ordered it and was able to get our part but they definitely need to fire that bald guy very rude and unhelpful but had enough time to be on his phone.

Funny how all the 1-star reviews are just mad because they don’t know the difference between a battery and a brake pad. Every time I’ve come to this O’Reilly’s, the employees have actually done their jobs, looked up my parts, explained stuff clearly, and didn’t waste my time. Y’all are just upset they couldn’t magically fix your car for free. Maybe learn a thing or two before blaming the people who actually know what they’re doing.

Staff has always been very helpful. They answer my questions and willing to assist. Been in at least three times. Twice to pick up replacement parts and once to ask about a retainer clips.

Good customer service most of the time. Sometimes they won't take returns, it all depends of who is working that day. They are supposed to take all returns that aren't used. In My experience I have had to take over a $200 in loss do to them not taking it back. I have never had a problem with AutoZone taking back product.
