I had an appointment for 12:00 noon and when I got to Walmart it took 15 minutes for someone to even speak to me then another 15 minutes for them to actually bring the vehicle in to get the tires put on that I have brought with me. If I did not have an appointment I would have been waiting forever so if you're going to go you're definitely make an appointment because you will be skipped if someone arrives who has an appointment even if they arrive after you got there. I'm giving this place three stars because they finished only 15 minutes after they said they would even though they started 30 minutes late and it seems that the install is fine and the tires are properly balanced. I'm also a Walmart Plus subscriber so to install and balance two tires with the two year road hazard warranty on them was only $34 total. If the install was twice that amount then the headache involved in actually getting someone to pay attention to me and begin to service my vehicle would not be worth the savings of using this facility. They need better customer service and they need to treat the customers better at this location. Multiple employees walked past me while I was waiting at the counter for someone to speak to me and just completely ignored me until I somewhat aggressively sought out help. This is not how a business should be run, it seemed like every employee didn't want to be there. If the job is so bad then go find a job at a place you don't hate to work for.

The guy that changed my front tires didn't even bother to wash his hands covered in grease before handing my my car keys, he got dirt and grease all over my steering wheel, and when he pulled my car out back, I saw him drive my car pretty quickly in a circle multiple times, in the rear lot really close to a dumpster out back, then he proceeds to drive counter clockwise really fast a few times in my car then speeds to the front lot! I saw him do doughnuts in my car through the window of the waiting area! It seems that they have no respect for other people's cars! π‘ My tire pressure light went on last night for one of my rear tires, so after I added air air to it, I decided to check the air pressure of my new front tires, and they were both OVERINFLATED! The driver side was at 44 psi, the passenger side was at 37 psi! This is after the temperature dropped 30 degrees after my 12 hour shift at work! The tires were supposed to be set at 32 psi as stated on the door sticker! I could've had a blow out on the highway! It's no wonder why my car didn't track straight! What other damage to my suspension could've been done while he was doing doughnuts in my car with OVERINFLATED front tires?!?!?!?!?!! This person should be fired or retrained! π€¬π‘π€¬π‘π€¬ This is the last time I use Walmart on Lincoln Highway East auto services for anything!

Their air compressor is currently out of order right now but I may not have been able to get my tires installed on my set appointment date but they did call me to notify me. I was also able to take the tires that I paid for and bring them some place else if I need to. Great communication and customer service

Made an oil change appointment for 7:30 they changed it to 8:30 I arrived 25 minutes prior to appointment and was told it would be an hour wait. Its now close to 10 still waiting I can see 15-30 minutes but not this is not working for me.

Asked about tires and they said they had them in stock. Couldn't pirce match, no big deal so told them I'd order online. When I changed my mind and went back, not 5 minutes later they proceeded to tell me they didn't have them in stock and wouldn't do it. Told me I have to order online and schedule and appointment. When I asked more questions she spoke to her coworker in Spanish and they settled it by simply saying, can't do it and don't have them.

This place needs to do a serious reorg in the tire shop. Went it to get a tire because my wife got a nail in it only to be greeted by this little spanish girl who claimed she was the manager. She had an attitude immediately when talking to me and when I asked about a tire she said she couldnβt get to it for three hours. I proceeded to tell her that was fine and we just needed a tire and that we would purchase the tire and leave the car here for them to work on. She then started flipping out on me a cursing for no reason because we wanted to leave the car there while it got worked on. Apparently you canβt leave and have your car worked on you have to sit and wait for it for hours. I will never buy one thing from Walmart again if this is how they treat there customers.

If I could put a zero star I would. I arrived at 7:45 a.m. for an 8:00 a.m. tire installation appointment. I waited out in my car until after 8:30 until anyone came to my car. You need to have your place properly staffed and prepared for people's appointments when they come. Despicable

So nine months ago, I purchased 4 tires and the full road hazard warranty for all four tires. Fast forward, nine months, and Iβm getting a side bubbling on my front right tire. This occurred on its own, due to a manufacturer defect, and there are no road marks whatsoever on the tire. I contacted the Walmart store on Lincoln Highway in Lancaster PA to inquire about the warranty that I paid for, and I was told that because itβs not on the tread, that they would not honor the warranty. I would have to purchase a new tire, pay for another warranty and install. This is definitely NOT what I was expecting when I purchased the road hazard warranty. Buyer beware !!!!

It was easy to schedule at oil change, but not to get done. They received me early but didn't I had ask them about my car outside. They informed that a car wasn't able to receive an oil change because they didn't have the oil filter. He had to look in the computer to tell me it was my car. He asked me if I wanted to reschedule my oil change. I said no. I don't understand why Walmart can't get an oil filter from a place like Advanced Auto Parts, being they are next door to them. Gross incompetence!

I want to give a big shoutout to Louis at the Walmart Tire Center for going above and beyond. Even though the shop was busy and there were plenty of people waiting, Louis took the time to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. He didnβt rush, and he made sure everything was done rightβwhich says a lot about his work ethic and character. I have been using Walmart Auto care for my car oil change and tires rotation from long time. I was very satisfied with the quality of service and technical care at Walmart Auto Care in Ottawa, IL. I just moved to here in this city. I scheduled for oil change and tried to schedule tire rotation too but didnβt see option for tire rotation. I came for service as scheduled and Employees said they canβt do tire rotation today and need to be scheduled. I did reschedule for oil change and tires rotation for next day. Next day they changed oil but they couldnβt remove lug nuts. I asked them if other technicians can give a try but all employees including manager were so rude. They didnβt try because they just wanted to make excuses. I have life time tire rotation so they know they will not get paid for that. The quality of service was too bad. Now I will not go to this Auto care anymore.

Ordered my tires online. Schedule an appointment for installation. Received notification when the tires arrived at the store. Received notification tires were ready for installation. When I arrived I was greeted by very friendly, professional staff. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I was very very very pleased. Had a comfortable lounge area while I waited.
