Do not go here, especially if you are a woman all the men there try to flirt with you and get in your pants instead of doing their job also they forgot to put stuff back on my tires That was there when I brought it in. Made me feel really uncomfortable

I went to Robert tires on king street for state inspection. One the inspector didn’t even attempt to open my hood. Two he said I needed four tires cause they was dry rotted according to him and he said I needed to fix my driver side mirror. Ok the issue I fix the mirror and my hood open and close to top that off I took my car to another tire shop they told me nothing wrong with my tire. So I brought it back and told him and showed him the spot he said was dry rotted was only dry mud. He immediately got upset and said the other shop don’t know what they talking about. Was I rude yes I was cause don’t lie to me and take my money. But I know the real reason he wanted me to buy 4 brand new tires from them instead of calling the other Robert tires to see if they has any used tired. To be honest I believe it was a cause I was black and look young. He taught he could get over on me… but because I paid my money I will get tires that I don’t need just to have him give me my inspection sticker cause I’m not paying again for another inspection somewhere else however this will be reported to the the state and I will never do business there again.

Came in for a new tire and needed an alignment. Ended up getting 2 tires and an alignment which was great. Then I left and it’ll my car wasn’t riding right so took it back and they fixed the issue even though they were closing. They were able to be efficient and rectify and were very pleasant to work with.

I have purchased alot of tires over the years. I really appreciate the shop. I will admit that sometimes there can be a language barrier as i don't speak Spanish. When ever i go to the shop in person, they always fix my problem, and find some really nice tires for my cars.

I needed a tire in an emergency. Literally showed up with my old tire and they hooked me up with what looks like a brand new tire burn an incredibly low price. I had an unexpected nail in my tire today, and my patch wasn’t holding. Since I have low-profile tires, finding the right size on a Saturday felt impossible. After calling around, a friend recommended Roberts Tire, and I’m so glad they did! It took a little while to get through on the phone, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful. She checked for my tire size and let me know they had a used one available at an unbeatable price. I couldn’t believe it all in, including mounting and balancing, was under $70! When I arrived, the shop was busy but full of smiling faces. As soon as I walked into the office, the staff took great care of me. Within five minutes, they had my car in the shop and got right to work. They even let me keep my old tire when I asked. Despite me making it there by 2:30 and with closing at 3 PM, they stayed a little late to make sure the job was done. The team was professional and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I’d rather bring my BMW here any day than pay more elsewhere and wait longer. I’m a 100% satisfied customer, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to Roberts Tires you’ve earned a loyal customer, and I’ll be spreading the word!

Called ahead of time for tire prices I was told they had 2 used tires of the size I needed and I said I would would be there in 30 minutes I got there and sat there for an hour thinking they were changing my tires and a man came back and said they didn’t have any used tires of the ones I needed after driving 30 minutes away they wanted me to pay for new tires when they quoted me for 2 used tires very disappointed with the communication

I pulled in to have my wheels inspected and get minor repair on it since it was punctured by a nail. The service took about 5 minutes and I wasn’t charged for anything at all. They are very skillful and reliable as well.

Got me in and out fast but scratched up my brand new wheels and didn’t balance tires correctly, had vibrations so bad it threw off my alignment. Ended up taking it to a different shop just to be told that there was a excess of 4oz per wheel

Went there to get 4 tires replaced by used ones just for my car to pass inspection until I can get new ones. Some guy recommended the place but I had a terrible experience as a female. They lied over and over again about how good the tires they were replacing were. A lot of gaslighting. One of the tires they replaced was flat the next day. My mechanic called me and sent me a picture of it. So, I called and went there to get it replaced again. The big dominican guy was so misogynistic. They didn't like that I was a female letting them know the wrong they did. They hated that I was on the phone with my mechanic, who was guiding me, while talking to them. They were upset, whispering between them. The big guy was gaslighting me into believing that my tire was great and suggesting to just patch it up to fix the problem when one of the guys who was about to apply a patch FOUND that it had already been patched up before. So the big Domi guy told him something and he went and replaced it with another used one. They were so upset. I left and took my car back to the mechanic for him to call me two days later that he couldn't pass the inspection bc the tire they replaced had a hole from a staple and was rotten and had cracks from being exposed to the sun and rain. So, I went back to this place for a 3RD TIME. Some young guy was so disrespectful, flirting and messing with me while I was trying to communicate the problem again. Then, some guy that looked like their supervisor finally gave them specific instructions and made sure they were doing their job right. He solved the problem. However, the big dominican guy seemed to have no respect for him or no one else bc he even cut him off to sing and yell something out to another guy, making everything a joke. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you're a woman, DON'T GO THERE. NO LO RECOMIENDO SI ERES UNA MUJER. NO RESPETAN, NO HACEN SU TRABAJO BIEN, SON MENTIROSOS Y SON BIEN MACHISTAS.
