I recently had the pleasure of working with Philip Scharff, the team lead at the Grassfield Walmart Automotive Department, and I cannot praise him enough for his outstanding customer service. After a frustrating week of trying to process a return for an online tire purchase—navigating through online chats and speaking with various store employees—I finally connected with Philip.
In just one interaction, he handled my situation with remarkable efficiency and genuine care. Even though their system was down at that moment, he assured me he would follow up. True to his word, eight hours later, he called to let me know my return was successfully processed. This level of dedication and follow-through is a breath of fresh air in today’s retail landscape.
Philip exemplifies what customer service should be—attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping customers. Walmart is incredibly fortunate to have him on their team, and I urge everyone to recognize and appreciate his hard work. He truly is a gem, and I hope he receives all the praise he deserves! Thank you, Philip, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one!

John serviced my car and did a great job! Phil was nice and helped me check in and out. Cleaned my floor mats and filled up my windshield wiper fluid. Went in for an oil change and it was half the price of Firestone and waited half the amount of time. 100% recommend and will be back.

Quick and easy to deal with.. had new tires installed and out the door on a busy day week before the holidays. They normally have some of the best prices for new tires.. but they do not offer military discount 🤔🤔

I went here to get my tires changed. Here is the story: So I call the day before and ask if I needed an appointment for my tires and was told I did not and confirmed their operating hours. I get there at 706AM, yes AM! I am approached by a young lady that tells me that it’s going to be a hour for my car and I said that’s fine. As we walk inside I see what I believe is a Manager and another employee maybe having a meeting. As soon as we walk in the alleged Manager says out loud.. no no we have appointments this morning so if they don’t have an airman then we can’t take them. Neither one of them looked at me and the young lady turns to me and says I’m sorry we can’t take you if you don’t have an appointment because we are short staffed. I can’t deal with the non existence customer service, I will not be back

Huge thanks to the guys at the Grassfield Walmart Auto Care Center. We had just set out on RV trip and we experienced a valve stem malfunction on one of the inner-dully tires. We were near the Walmart and figured we would stop and ask them for help. Unfortunately that particular Walmart could not service RV’s. However, to our surprise, Andrew, Josh, and Phil offered to help anyways. They identified and fixed the problem on the spot. It was an amazing experience and good to know there are still people out they’re willing to help a weary traveler. Awesome work guys!!! I cannot thank you enough. You all deserve raises for your great customer service, professionalism, and kindness.
