I was having intermittent trouble starting my truck when I turned the key. I took it in to the Walmart Auto Center and they took a look at it right away. They tested the battery, alternator, and starter and showed me the results of the tests. I purchased a new battery and they installed it while I shopped in the Walmart store. I received a page to return to the auto center once it was done. It couldn't have been more convenient! Renee and Brannert (I'm not sure if that is the correct spelling) were so friendly and made be feel comfortable even though I know very little about cars. They also do oil changes there, and I will return for sure when the truck is due. What a nice service!

My car hasn't been running right since I had to replace to parts around where the oil filter is. I got oil change sep 5 only had my car two months friend had it before me no problems. Broke down on September 6. I'm only the 3rd owner I have a Volkswagen and I'm sure they put wrong oil in my car.Dont recommend Walmart theres plenty other places. If u must go there please take your own oil.

My wife had some shrapnel in her passenger rear tire on Friday. We've been so busy couldn't get to it. I tried one place, they said they couldn't do anything until Monday. Finally on Sunday I called Walmart. They said bring it in first come first serve. I quickly brought it over. They were very courteous in asking about the issue. I was told half an hour to an hour. We left, they texted to let me know it was ready a little over an hour later. Well done job!

Got my oil changed there last year and it was timely and a great customer experience. Called a year later for 4 new tires and an oil change and I ended up having to hang up the phone the man on the phone was so rude and even complained about my son in the background who is TWO years old and was just babbling while he was coloring…not screaming or anything. Almost spent 450 there but I’ll make a point to never spend a dime at that Walmart again.

They are fast, inexpensive, and reliable. I've never had any problems here. Edit: I had them restore my headlights, and I'm absolutely delighted with what they did. My headlights look new, and I have probably 5 times more light. Have your headlights become dull and foggy? Go to Walmart auto care today!

But these people were very friendly and professional and thorough, letting me know that I had an worn control arm bushing, and following all my nit-picky requests about balancing and which tires I wanted to keep. The difficult one is me. These guys and gals did an excellent job!

They told me it would take an hour and a half to patch two tires, I waited for over two hours and asked about the status. They said it should be in the garage now, and they had something more important come up so that's why it was taking longer. I ended up waiting for more than three hours for them to work on my car. I wish they would have told me when they found out it was going to take longer than an hour and a half, because then I would have left. Staff are nice, I just want better communication.

While the people working at the front are very nice, they didn’t have the filter I needed and I had to drive to 3 autozones to get it instead of them offering to order it for me. After returning, they didn’t give me a discount even though I had to go out and buy my own filter ($12) and spend hours/gas running around. I would just keep this in mind if they don’t have a filter when you come in for a service. Do not get it done here.

The employees working back at the auto care center were nice and very helpful. The price is always competitive, and you get what you paid for. I have never had an issue at this location. I would rate five stars if the wait was a little shorter. Still, always plan a shopping trip to maximize your time!

This was my second time trying to get a nail out of a tire. The first time, it took an hour and a half before I was seen, and I ran out of time to get it fixed. I was disappointed, but I thought I should give them a second try. This time, it took almost 3 hours, and they never even got the car in the bay! Both times, they weren't honest/realistic about the amount of time it was going to take to get the job done. They don't seem to have respect for people's time, or they know how to schedule and communicate with customers. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU THINK YOUR TIME IS WORTH ANYTHING! I set up an appointment, got there 23 min early, and after 1 hour, they finally called me asking where my tire lug-nut tool was. What ever, so after 2 hours and 38 min later, a guy comes out asking if anyone was there to pick up their vehicle, I said yes, and he took my ticket, went back, came back up front and said they were just starting it, I looked through the window and they had the tires off and already back on my car and it was just sitting there. Then the front lady was ringing my up and I asked her about "MY TIME" is worth anything? She wouldn't even look me in the eyes and stuttered around not making eye contact because she knew when I got there that she said it would only be 1 hour. I finally got my keys and left, but no way ever going back there again and I would highly recommend no one else does either.

About 4 days after having them balance my tires, I was driving down the interstate (first time since the service), and felt a vibration in the steering wheel. We stopped to check out what was causing the issue, and found that the tire was about to to fall off! Thankfully, it wasn't our time to exit this world!! This could have caused a serious accident!!!! This is also the reason why I will never go back to Walmart for any "service" regarding my car.

The women there is terrible and rude. She should learn how to talk to customer. I have been to this place several times, other people I met there were super nice and even check my car or fix small issues for free. But this only woman who works here really sucks!!!

I scheduled an oil change on Sep 18th and found my car has been vibrating more than usual when idled. Asked GPT and checked the oil level myself yesterday and found it is significantly overfilled. Went back today again, the crews today confirmed it was overfilled. So I asked them to redo it correctly. Next I asked the manager to leave a record on the paperwork that it was overfilled by their mechanic last time. Just in case anything goes wrong with my engine. And this big Karen, Renee, I think whose name is, pretended she didn't hear me and said she doesn't know anything about it after I asked three times. I told her if you don’t know, you can have your mechanic come and confirm with you. And she still acted like she doesn't understand. I’ve never seen anyone being this incompetent, irresponsible and ignorance. AVOID!!! FYI, the engine vibration is gone after they fixed the oil level. _

Went there first time. Got told no appointment needed. go next day to do car maintenance plus tired rotation and alignment. Got told no alignment needed. I drove to New York City . Came back and take a look to my tire . Big risk. This Auto care clearly doesn’t care about their customers.
