Never go here for tire work. My brand new tires were installed last month by these people. My car is only 3 years old (brand new). They must have damaged the valve stems when putting the tires on because I kept getting a message on my dash that said the PSI was dangerously low. These brand new tires wouldn’t take in air- just kept losing air. I drive on the highway all the time. This could’ve been a deadly situation. I should sue them for garbage work.

It's always easy to get my car maintenance and repairs done at this location. They're busy, so be nice. It helps. ✨️

Honest, Friendly, Professional Got 4 tires mounted and balanced by Earl in under an hour. Under an hour! They drive like butter. Gary was super helpful picking out the tires and Christopher broke down all the benefits you get using Walmart’s auto center. (lifetime tire rotations, balancing) Worth every penny.

I've visited this specific Wal-Mart Auto Care in the past to change the oil in my car. This most recent time, as soon as I drove off the coolant sensor went off. Checked the reservoir and it was completely empty. I brought it to their attention and they sent a mechanic to my residence to check it out. He claimed the part was already damaged. And tried to charge me $700 for the repair. I consulted 3 different certified mechanics and they all informed that the part had to be damaged during the oil change when they lifted up the car. I had to pay out of pocket to repair my car for the damage that This Wal-Mart Auto Care performed. Needless to say, I'm not a happy customer. I wouldn't recommend going here to service your vehicle even for a simple oil change.

I took my car in to Walmart Auto due to a loose splash guard that needed to be zip tied secured. Most other shops were packed and had a 4-5 hour wait just to get my car on the rack for a simple 5 min. zip tie job. I spoke with Warren, the auto department manager, and he took my car right up and screwed in the loose splash guard in as little as 15 min himself. Fantastic customer service by Warren!

Most of my comments are re Walmart itself. Chris was awesome!! I scheduled a 2p appt online when I bought my tires. I get to the store and they had no record of it. Chris set up a NEW 2p appt for me. I get an email at 2:27p stating my tires were done. Since that seemed too good to be true, I asked one of the associates working in the Auto Center at 2:40p if that was true. He simply told me they would notify me when I was ready (I was in waiting room). I waited and waited. Finally a few minutes before 4p (so 2 freaking hours) I asked them to check on my car because I had to go to work. They told me it'd be about another 10 mins. What was really frustrating, is that I specifically scheduled my appointment at 2p to give them an extra hour to get it all done, and they still didn't make that deadline...A.Whole. Extra. Hour. And because THEY were late, I was late 20 mins for work. Gary apologized at checkout but no coupon/$X/% off given for the money I lost by being late. Poor customer service. I won't be back to this store if I can help it.

This place never leaves me unsatisfied. I got two new tires for 260$ while st Lucie battery and tire tried to sell me four tires for $1,145. They take some time to fix your car but that is just because of how much business they get. I will come here every time for now on. Thank you!

First of all I was leery of bringing my truck in for a simple oil change after reading reviews. I should add I am I very mechanically inclined person. I just don't have time. I brought my truck in today against online reviews. The customer service agent I was speaking to said 2 1/2 hours, I was good with this because I work next to them( walking distance). I got a call not even a hour after drop off, all bays were full I should add, and my truck was done. I went to pick it up and they informed me I had a oil leak. I knew this prior. I paid, went to my truck and this thing was cleaner than it was after I dropped it off! It was vacuumed and wiped down. They used a digital plug in to determine my mileage because my dash lights broke recently. Nonetheless I was impressed. And, after reading some of these reviews, some of you people should not only learn to drive, and stay off your phone so you don't bend your rims on curbs, but understand that complications come up with auto mechanics. It may take longer, it may go quicker. All in all, don't rush the people working on your vehicle your putting your loved ones in. Have some respect for the working class, and stay classy folks!!

Terrible experience there. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait. I ended up waiting 4 hours. Granted I parked far away from the work bay area, but someone still could've been diligent enough to check both ends of the parking lot area. They said they called me to ask for the location of my vehicle, but I didn't receive a call. To make matters worse, I still ended up paying full price for the oil change. I expected at least a 10% or even 5% discount to offset the massive wait. I wasted a MOST OF MY DAY there just waiting. Worse customer experience I ever had. Most likely will never go back.

I cannot thank the men who took care of me enough. I say took care of me because they made sure to secure my safety by the meticulous and thorough work and thoughtful attention to servicing my car. The team went beyond a simple oil change. They checked everything: from the lights, the battery, the wipers to making sure that the air in the tires were filled, all according to the manufacturer's specifications. They even replenished my windscreen washer fluid. I feel my car is performing better and runs more smoothly than it did when I drove it off the dealer's lot. My sincere thanks to Mr. Earl, Glester, Evan K for keeping me safe and to Ms. Amanda N. for her warm welcome. Well done all!

Been here twice for road hazard repairs on my tires and they were all friendly. Store opens at 6AM and Auto center opens at 7. I Got there at 6:30 and their were 3 people ahead of me at auto center. You have to park and walk to front, but if you want to get in early, that’s the way to do it. If you come later, it’s best to leave your car or shop for a few hours, because they have a small crew. Walmart needs to hire another service technician, but that’s not happening. The techs do a great job and Jamie the young lady on register was great.

Was able to get an appt time 1 wk out, not sooner. That said, the oil chg and rotation of tires was quicker than anticipated. They had a few cancelations that morning so was pleasantly surprised that my car was completed quickly. If I had known, the pick up I had planned with my family member I would have canceled and just waited on-site at the store. They provided me a ticket sku that scanned allowed me to see the progress of the car service on the Wal-Mart application. The service was friendly and the price reasonable compared to neighboring oil chg spots -- about $55 for 5 quarts full synthetic, plus $20 for tire rotation. No recommendations were given for additional service so unsure how to interpret that -- if my car is in no need, or if other items in vehicle were not checked (i.e., brakes, alignment, etc). In summary, for a basic service I would return.

HORRIBLE! Stay away! I was sold bad tires at another Wal-Mart and had to go into this one to switch them out, they switched me out for free BUT when we pulled into the driveway at home after we got the new tires on then the brakes went out and fluid was everywhere! When I called they said that it wasn't them and they didn't touch the brakes. So magically once they changed the tires the brake oil started leaking? And they were so rude about it when I called, DON'T DO IT! Go to St Lucie Battery and Tire for honest, professional service.

Had an appointment scheduled for an oil change at 4 PM. Arrived there at 4 to find out they were over 2 hours behind and still working on their 2 PM appointments. I said no big deal, I have to shop and will take my children to eat to kill time. Received a text at 4:59 that my car was being worked on. 30 minutes later I got a text that my car was ready. Once I got to the desk I was told they didn't work on my vehicle because I had too big of an oil leak and my oil pan had a lot of oil. They denied me an oil change stating "we cannot work on your vehicle, as it is a risk for our employees." The technician talking to me wouldn't look me in my eyes to tell me this because they were lying. They removed me from their queued cars to help them catch up on their 2 hour delay. I went to Valvoline the next day and got an oil change in 15 minutes with no issues or denial of service. I will not be using Wal-Mart Auto again.

I scheduled a 8am appt to have tires put on. At 8:45 the car was still outside. When asked they told me they were bringing the car in now. That was just to appease me as they don’t start on the car till 9:15. Horrible experience I would think twice before coming here

Went to get my battery changed they told me they couldn't do it because I needed to set an appointment, I'm sorry. How do you set an appointment for a dead battery that you didn't know you needed, What? Would have happened if my car couldn't start, Would I have to pay for towing. There was only two vehicles in the garage, It needs to be placed on the website that we need an appointment to go to the walmart auto care, But something that is not planned And is an emergency should be taken care of, He was polite.I was polite and I walked out without saying a word.Set an appointment and left hoping that my car will start. I'm not familiar with port st lucie just driving through I wouldn’t know to set an appointment, first time at Walmart auto care. I was told to go to walmart by someone I met that day.
