Came without an appointment and they assisted me 4/21/24 it was perfect 👍🏽 I needed to get my oil change and I was surprised by the process and the support. They did have a waiting area inside but the chairs were so hard 😳 But nonetheless you can shop or wait. I paid and the entire thing was over in one hour. Definitely recommend this place ❤️❤️

I created an order for my wife, four new wheels for Toyota, plus installation, the total order value is $330. I made an appointment for today on August 10 at 10 a.m., but when my wife arrived, the manager told her that he had sold her wheels for which we paid and waited for another client for a whole week. it’s just nonsense of a gray mare, very beastly attitude to customers. My wife was offered an appointment for tomorrow 5 p.m. I do not advise you to contact this service if you respect yourself and your time.

The customer service is poor. They won’t let you know when your car is ready. Besides the cost, they’re really isn’t much upside to going here.

Terrible experience!!!! I called to make an appointment over the phone, and it took over 4 times of calling just to get an appointment for a tire change. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment and we were informed that they were short staffed and we would need to come back at 4:00pm. No problem. After coming back from a bite to eat at 4:30, we noticed our vehicle parked in the same spot. I chatted with the employee at the counter, who apologized and said they would work on it right away. Another hour passed by and our vehicle was still in the same spot. I talked with another employee, the manager Vic who was incredibly unempethic and short with me. He informed me they called everyone with updates (never happened) and that we would have to wait longer. One more hour passed by, with several employees not caring to stop and talk with us. Tired, and upset at the lack of communication, we asked for our keys and finally left 4 hours past the time we were scheduled for. No communication from staff, very unprofessional. Just becauae the tires are cheap, does not mean the service won't be either.

Came in for my appointment window and they refused to install my tires. Acted incredibly hostile, refused to explain or reschedule. Horrible experience, complete waste of time. To make things worse, when I called customer service to deal with this I was told just to wait and the order would auto cancel and refund. Instead the order got marked as picked up, presumably by an employee. Took tons of time to get my money back.

I Purchased 4 tires for the wife's 2014 Mercedes, Walmart cant mount the rears, The don't have the equipment to mount them. I had to take tires to Jim's tires service center in Simi Valley. It cost $77.00 instead Of $34.00 at Walmart and no lifetime rotation or road hazard that's offered with Walmart purchase as a member. Jim's also left two chips in the chrome of one of the rear wheels. My wife is upset and we are waiting for a response from jims. we filed an online complaint the same day of install 08-30-2025 Kurt Kaufman

I got my tires replaced less than a month ago and one of them popped so I went to get it replaced with the warrantee I bought. After two days of trying to contact someone I went in to talk to someone and they told me I had to buy the new tire and they could give me a refund after. I did that then at the end of the service they said there was a problem in the system and it wasnt giving me the refund and told me to call back when a manager was there. I called back and spent 30 minutes explaining the issue, they said they would call me back and never did. I now have to travel back for a 5th time just to get a refund on a tire I shouldnt have had to buy in the first place because none of them know how to pick up the phone or communicate. insanely unprofessional and rude, will never be using their “services” again.

Walmart auto center in Simi just tried to do an oil change on my friend's car, she was told it was ready to go after paying her bill. She left Walmart then a minute later the car made all this loud hammering noises from the motor. The mechanic forgot to put fresh oil back into the motor. Wow, what great reliable Walmart service. A simple oil change turned into total nightmare ($5000+).

I came to replace all four tires, the process was smooth and the workers were relatively nice about the process. However, how are they going to have 3 technicians (Cheyenne E., Joshua C., and Ashraf A.) working on my car and not tighten my lugnuts properly. I went an entire week driving around before I noticed a worrying sound. I check my tires and was able to twist the lug nuts by hand; this is ridiculous. I had to take it to a mechanic to get them properly tightened. The staff needs to check their equipment and their protocols before giving a customer their car back with a receipt falsely stating that the lugnuts were torqued enough. This is a safety hazard and needs to be given the appropriate attention immediately.

What’s the point of appointments if they do not respect them? Made one for 8:30am (they open at 7:00) and was told there are no mechanics/technicians until 11. (Okay can I wait until then maybe? No we have other appointments, the sooner we can accommodate is the following week, you have to make an appointment)

HORRIBLE! WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Where can I even start? When I first got there I had an appointment (one of my many appts I had to make to even be seen and I was waiting in line to check in and the check in person started helping other people that had gotten there after me, pretty much ignoring me. I paid more to get the better service and get more things done on my car and they said that they did things on my car that they didn't do it all They marked that they checked the windshield wipers and that they were fine which was a lie because they are both broken! They broke my drain plug and just put on my receipt that it was broken and never said anything to me! They put on the receipt that there is a oil leak but said nothing to me about it so I still don't know what they're talking about they failed to tell me anything about how much oil they put in my car or anything like that and they checked none of the fluids and Upon leaving I found that my car is pulling very very hard to the left now so they did something to the alignment That's only some of the problems. I want my money back I didn't pay more I'll need to have them do less! I have to take it to another place now for the same thing!

Wow! What a Sea change!! No doubt the service earlier was lousy at Walmart Auto. However this time, it was a pleasant surprise. I booked online. Easy process. They kept reminding. When we arrived for oil change, the employee came to car and talked about oil change options. No hard sell! One I decided on Oil, handed over the keys. No paperwork. Then we went inside the store for shopping. We kept getting SMS updates. The car got ready in 30 minutes. We paid and walked out. Probably the best oil change experience for me since being in the US. Also, no coupons needed and saved around 30% compared to other shops for a high grade fully synthetic oil.

I will never go back here again, total disorganized place, I was here for a tire installation, they don't care what time your appointment was, after 3 hours my car wasn't ready and they say if you want we can do it another day. Don't waste your time here and don't deal with these unprofessional people.

The employees I met and interacted with were nice and patient but man besides that this place is very dysfunctional. I even made an appointment and came early and it took them over 2 hours to do very simple task. Only had 2 guys running around trying to do everything, I felt bad for them. If I worked here I would quit immediately. You get what you pay for

I did an oil change of my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in Thursday the Jan 9th. I was driving for 2 days and suddenly the check engine light came on. I just opened my hood and found out that the engine oil cap was kept opened. They forgot to put it back! How unprofessional! I am now stuck without a car! Update: My dealership did the diagnosis and they found that Walmart didn't even put the oil in there, it was bone dry which damaged the engine and recommended full engine replacement. I am now renting and it's such a distressing situation I am copying from my dealership's diagnosis - "Verifi ed concern. Inspected vehicle found rough idle and multiple camshaft related DTCs present.Upon further inspection found engine oil fi lter not tightened and cap loose with oil in engine bay.Checked oil dipstick and vehicle dry to the bone. Topped off engine oil and retested. Performedblock test and failed. Upon further examination found engine oil and coolant mixture. The enginesuff ered catastrophic damage due to insuffi cient lubrication. Recommend engine replacement. PARTS: $3417.98 LABOR:30 HRS; $8850.00 TAX: $247.80 TOTAL: $12,515.78

Today I bought headlights. I asked Victor the manager if they installed as it would really help me out. He personally did it, though he didn’t have to, and didn’t even charge me for it. Just a kind gesture. (For those who have replaced headlights before you understand it’s not as easy as just screwing in a lightbulb – you have to work your hand through the engine, sometimes removing engine parts to gain access. Not easy.) Big deal. Victor, you are a big deal and a great leader and example for your team members! I mentioned this heroic act to one of Victor’s subordinates and he replied nonchalantly, “Yeah, that’s Victor. We try to help out where we can.” #sograteful!

Full synthetic oil change with filter for my 2014 Acura MDX was $65 and some change! No worries about the quality of service they provide and they warranty their work. They carry all the top brands. Ladies go there and get treated with respect, I'm just saying.
