Waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and they had not even started working on it. Waiting time was suppose to be 1 1/2 hour. Only one employee working on oil change. They need to hire more employees for that department.

Not very good. Manager at the tire department would not answer her phone when associates would call. Could not believe the customer service that was provided. Will not be coming back and most definitely not recommend to family or friends.

These guys are idiots! They charged me to replace a bad tire that I had purchased a warranty on! It would've been cheaper if I had not purchased it! The auto manager, Mike, was a complete douche and threatened to charge me full price for the tire plus labor when I asked about it! Oh, and I had to buy the warranty on the new tire on the threat of paying full price for everything! NEVER GO HERE! They are a bunch of incompetent morons!

I love Walmart. But today they open at 7:13 the shop and the door by the garage at 7:20! I'm disabled had to walk thru shop ,Saw Manager playing with employee and she said" stop" not good for Walmart! Besides that all great! Thanks

They told me it would take 30 - 40 Mins for an oil change (no big deal). It actually took 3 hours ONLY for them to DECLINE SERVICE to my vehicle due to some factor that according to another Auto Service Shop was no reason for decline of service.

Went to the one on Boca Chica and they took extremely long for not having that many vehicles and had at least 3 other customers as desperate and anxious waiting. Extremely disappointed the front desk girl was careless about the complaints and not helpful at all. Defenately not going back. The one on Ruben Torres has way better customer service and faster wait times.

No joke, it took an hour and a half for an oil change. When I rolled up, there wasn’t a single car in the shop. Took 15 minutes for someone to come up to me and then an hour and a half until my truck came out. And this ain’t one of those reviews where it turns out the guy got a tire change or something too. It was honest to goodness just a standard oil change with no one in front of me when I got there. Im pretty sure I can do an oil change faster than that... and I’d have to pull up YouTube to do it. idk what they’re doing over there. Maybe they refine the oil themselves because that took forever.

I was assisted immediately upon arrival, the mechanic was very nice and initially I came in to get the air in my tires evened out because one was really low, turns out I had nails in both my rear tires, so they were able to fix my tires for me, for a reasonable price and now I have peace of mind knowing that I will not end up with a flat tire because of those nails.

Took 2 hours to fix a tire with a nail in it. Only reason I waited was because the tires have warranty. Tire shop would have taken 15 minutes tops. Not worth it guys go somewhere else, they’re just like Pep-boys. Takes hours for minor things, ridiculous.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from the Walmart tire center this afternoon. Not only did they lie about losing my tire screws, but they made me feel like I was mistaken and did not take responsibility for their mistake. This lack of accountability and dishonesty is unacceptable and has greatly affected my trust in their services. I will not be returning to the Walmart tire center for any future tire needs. I’ve added a photo of how they “fixed” their mistake. Mediocre and unprofessional to say the least.
