Terrible place I do not recommend anybody with a new car to take your car here I took my car here they ended up breaking one of the the screws that hold the tire and instead of taking the responsibility to fix what they broke , still want to charge you to fix it ,any car from 2019 and up do not take your car here

Awesome guys! From out of town, pulled in at 4:15 pm a Saturday needing a new alternator on our Dodge Ram. Joe and his staff got right to work and had it repaired in an hour. Very bad experience and customer service. 1st quote was raised 40%. Then at the time of charging I was being charged an extra $40 and only cash. I also had 4 hunting cameras and 2 were taken. I normally went to then but apparently they changed owners. PLEASE BEWARE!

Owners a good guy treated me good, but cant say i left a happy customer... wheels got all scrapped and scratched where machine grabs the wheel. Didnt bother checking them after i left since i went in feeling like i was in good hands, since he's a buddys dad. Realized all my wheels to my 2021 f150 got eaten up when i stopped to calibrate the air pressure on my wheels. Once i let owner know he said it wasnt possible his machines did that but i went in there with clean wheels i detail the truck every weekend and am aware of the trucks imperfections and the wheels had none. Owner told me wheels went already damaged, but supposedly didnt let me know cuase he thought i was aware. Truck gets driven 2days out of the whole week and ive only had it for 5months truck sees no kind of abuse just like the rest of my vehicles. Just wish owner would take a little more responsibility for what his machines did. Im not here to talk bad about any one or any buisness just want to make people of aware so they can inspect there vehicles after service. Poor customer service after initially charging me 110 dollars for resurfacing brakes and exchange when vehicle was picked up it shaked like it was done wrong took it back and then they tried to recharge me 80.00 BE AWARE OWNER AND WIFE HAVE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND GREAT SERVICE MEANS RECOMMENDATIONS. SAD THAT THEY HANDLED THE ISSUE AS IF I WAS TRYING TO STEAL FROM THEM WHEN THEY WHERE TRYING TO UP CHARGE ME FOR BAD SERVICE.! Word of advice your son has a better understanding he’s a great person and helps. PARENTS ARE MONEY HUNGRY SAD !!!
