We went to get a tire. Not installed, just to buy a tire. They had no one working in the back. No one! Trust me, I asked. so after a drive to Covington to pick up a tire for my buddy's car, I ended up having to go back the next day and buy one. Waste of gas and time.

Best tire prices in town, especially if you order online, but be prepared to wait. I was there when they opened at 7am and it took them 2.5 hours to install 4 new tires! Nice people though, just not enough of them.

I was told when I arrived that the wait would be two hours. It took 3.5 for my car to enter a bay, and another 2 hours for them to perform a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told it was because they only had three people on staff. I counted five. Two employees kept coming inside to check football scores on the TV in the lounge, and two others spent a significant amount of time talking to each other. I will not be returning for my next oil change/tire rotation.

Brad was awesome! He was very friendly and knowledgeable! I had two tires put on that I ordered through Walmart online. They were very busy but he went out of his way to ask if I knew my hubcap was missing (which I did) and to help me find the right ones for my car and put them on. My car was already outside because he was finished with the tires. He went back out in the rain to bring my car in to put on the hubcaps. I would definitely bring my car there again if he was working.

Don't do it. Went in for an oil change and to change the headlight that was out. Waited 2 hours for the car to be seen was bad enough. Checking to see that the headlight wasn't changed after I paid was another thing. Was told by the manager after I went to ask about it, that the bulb didn't fit. Went home to find that it was the correct bulb. Either the mechanic doesn't know what he's doing or they didn't want to do it. Now, I question if my oil was even changed. Complete waste of time.

Showed up a few times and was not helped. Other Walmart auto center employees locations in the past have been very helpful for similar reasons but not here. Customer service? Nope, these people are definitely burnt out and they are here to collect a paycheck.

I called for an oil change the lady said come early any day or I could make an appointment. So I took my car in absolutely no long wait then they texted me to let me know my car would be ready in 10 minutes so I could check out then go back to automotive to get my car. Whole thing took under an hour and they were just fabulous. Great service and great staff. I love it and will go back.

If i could give a no star i would. I came to get an oil change and I was the onky car in the parking lot. Two hours later I had to try and find someone to get my keys. The waiting room had absorbant pads all over place like walking on wet diapers. This is the second time I have had an experience like this with walmart. I went somewhere else and was able to get it done.

Excellent prices on tires,but it may take a while for your car to be ready. You can also purchase the lifetime balance and rotation and lifetime road hazard warranty; you would have to check prices on this. Thank you.

Great service. I waited about two hours for an oil change, but I didn't have an appointment and was informed that it would be a long wait. They now have comfortable seating in the waiting room and a television. It was showing Count's Customs, a good choice. Everyone was friendly.

Wish I knew this before I wasted my money on tire rotation that you will never ever get help from anyone. I'm a older guy I've seen better managers and better workers then this circus they got now. Last week went to get my tire rotation and nobody inside by the counter, go outside and guy tells me thier backed up come back tomorrow. Well I couldn't because I had plans so next week pops up and I go 2 days in a row still no help from anyone, asked a girl worker she walked right passed me rolled her eyes with a nasty attitude. I said you know what I'm going to rotate my tires myself I don't need you miserable people working on my vehicle after all this. I wasted my money, can't get help, can't get my FREE TIRE ROTATION. I took pictures of everyone standing around talking to girls, one dude look like he was smoking something in parking lot, everyone walking around swinging thier dreads back and forth with not a care in the world. I just want my tires rotated but can't get any help at this Covington, la walmart on 190. I don't understand how these people have a job and not fired yet. Disappointed with walmart auto used to be my favorite place to get tires but I'm changing that now I will go somewhere else where the people actually help you instead of ignoring you.

Came in to buy 2 specific tires & was told their computer says they don’t have them in the store & i’d have to order them online to get them. No big deal. I went online & it said they’d be ready for pickup in 3 hrs. 3 hrs later I show up & I spoke to the same employee from earlier and she was just as confused as me, when i showed her the order confirmation. She goes in the back & pulls the tires out with my name on them. Walmart had the exact tires I was looking for, but their computer system told the employee that they didn’t carry them in the store. Walmart needs to fix this issue because they are potentially missing out on sales by showing that they don’t have a tire in stock that they actually do. I was close to going to a different store to buy them. 5/5 customer service from Molly, but 3/5 for Walmart itself.

I have had so many car troubles recently that when I brought in my flat tire to get it fixed I wasn't surprised that they said the car wouldn't start. Thank God for Red!!! He helped me get a battery and install it plus check to make sure it worked. As a mom with 2 restless kids at walmart (who has now had almost two cars broken down in a few months), Red's kindness really meant a lot. My car guardian angel❤️ also the patients he had with me when answering all my questions, was god tier!

Great price on great tires. You can't find cheaper mounting, balancing and road hazard prices anywhere else. The only issue keeping me from giving this 5 stars was I scheduled a 7am appointment in order to be first in and first out, since I had plans later that morning but the shop was 30 minutes late opening up. I was still first in and out and they knocked out 4 tires in about 1.5 hours.

Have had my oil changes done at Walmarts all over the US. This is by far the worst of any of them. Started off they do not carry the fram oil filters as Fram has went out of business with no back up to replace them . Informed I would have to go purchase my own. They did not give me any money off. Was informed later I could have $1.77 back, but not now. Appointment was for 9:30, 1/2 was spent on me getting the oil filter as I wasn't informed I needed to get one till I got there. Walked out at 11:44. Sat in the waiting area for 1 1/2 hrs. Seemed like the most disorganized auto center. Other customers getting tires that they only had 1 of. Employees walking around with scowls on their faces. As I've said I've seen a lot of auto centers and this is by far the worst.
