Went to go get tires changed. They made me wait 2 hours before telling me that they couldn't change them because a lug nut was missing. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

Outstanding service. Went for oil change. Tech suggested I change the air filter but I couldn't afford it yet. The tech paid for the air filter out of his own pocket. You just cant find that kind of help anymore!

Jeffrey was on it. Fast, simple, and a great price. Didn't expect Walmart's Auto Center to work so fast, but slather me in butter, spank me, and call me a roast chicken - they exceeded expectations. We were fortunate that an appointment had cancelled so we got in within 30 minutes and 4 tire replacements took maybe 45 minutes. For a last minute need to get new tires, this was very smooth and really did exceed my expectations. Amen.

I hit something and knew I had a flat tire and looked for the closest place I could get my vehicle into and I was right by Wal-mart and decided to see if they would be available. They were able to get me in right away and let me know all of my options. First, they tried to patch the tire, but that wasn't possible, so they worked with me on an affordable option to replace the tire. I was also able to get my windshield wipers replaced, all for a little over $100. The employees there were so nice and very understanding to my situation as I was trying to make it into work that morning. I felt like I was taken care of and will definitely go back there to get tires and other automotive maintenance in the future.

I went to get my Mazda’s oil changed at the Walmart in Broomfield, but they damaged the oil drain nut and said it had been previously stripped. They advised me to take it back to the last place I got it changed—Walmart in Westminister. I went there and spoke with Jayse, who was super helpful. His team fixed the issue by replacing the oil and securing the nut. Huge thanks to Jayse and his team for saving the day!

Made appointment for 7am. And the tire shop wasn't open and noone would answer the phone. When they finally showed up The guy broke a lug nut and refused to install my tires

Their oil change area is under construction, so they can’t do any changes if the filter is on the underside of the car. Guy working was polite, and apologized no one called, but said I was the 5th one today they couldn’t do. Not only did I waste an entire day driving around trying to find someone else who could do it, I’ll have to take another day off work to have it done. My appointment was set for a week, the least they could do is call or NOT HAVE THE OPTION AVAILABLE ONLINE

Went in last weekend and Jefferey the manager took such good care of my car. We had a small situation with the appointment app a couple days prior. I wouldn't blame humans for a technological issue. I've been meaning to write this review but life has been a bit busy. A huge shout out to Ryan (service tech) Jeffrey and Loren from the car service desk in being the most kindness, professional and trustworthy. I took my car in on Friday before labor day and they were able to do what no one around the area was willing to do, (a battery change) forever grateful for them in squeezing me in on such a busy weekend and getting my car back to be before lunch time. Will forever come back here!

Ordered tires on line. They said they would be available next day and to set an appointment. When I arrived the next day the tires weren't there. Jeffrey checked and they had some in stock but they could not use them to fulfill my order unless I canceled my on line order. After the tires were installed, I did a walk around my car and found one of my center caps missing. I asked the tire tech where it was and he had left it on his balance machine. He was busy vaping and I would have to wait a minute. Finally a different employee picked it up and handed it to me. Very disappointed in the entire process.

I had an appointment to get tires and 20 minutes in they canceled it because they didn't have the right tool to take my lug nuts off. Said my lugs were swole and they wouldn't even give it a try and sent me away. Then they told me I would need to take it to another shop to have them take the lug nuts off. Then I have to purchase brand new ones and then I can bring my car back and have tires put on 🤣 So I went to the Walmart off 92nd and where I was in and out in 1 1/2 with no appointment. This Walmart is always slacking whether it be their shelves are fairly stocked to lousy workers everywhere. After reading the reviews I'm kind of glad they didn't touch my car. Come on Walmart do better

This Walmart Auto Center on 136th Ave in Westminster is hands-down the best I’ve ever been to. The customer service is exceptional — from the managers to the techs, everyone is helpful, reliable, and genuinely kind. I had new tires installed here, and the entire process was fast, clean, and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and support in an auto center. Highly recommend!

Took my tires in to get mounted and balanced after purchasing online at Walmart.com because they did not have them in stock in store. They tell me it will be another $50 a tire. What a joke. That's another $200. Wish they would have said that on the internet when ordering them. I would have gone to another store that had them in stock and was more reasonable for mounting and balancing.

Worst service ever. I scheduled my appointment in advance, the way I can avoid waiting. They took 3 hours to complete the service. Only one technician was working there & he took forever to done the task. The desk person was very very slow as well. It’s been 4 years I do my auto servicing from Walmart auto, I took services from so many Walmart autos but this one is the worse. I will never come back on this store & will not recommend to others as well

Amazing experience. I had a blown out tire and the gentleman I spoke with (he said to call him the Native American gentleman), got me worked into the schedule ASAP. While my car was there, they checked out my other tires and found an industrial staple causing me to lose tire pressure. Both tires needed to be replaced. It cost me a total of $30 because I have Walmart+ and the gentleman that helped me went to bat for me to make sure that I didn't pay anything other than the mount and alignment. He made sure my Walmart+ covered my warranty on the new tires. It was the BEST experience. Highly recommend Walmart+ tires warranties and this tire shop to people!

Had oil change…paid for, no comments nothing said except have a great. Woke up to find oil spot in driveway. No previous leaks. Came back up to Store talk to auto manager. She said they would take a look at it. She didn’t see anything except for the plug leaking.…( Except for the plug leaking so fix it.)). I was very polite and asked her if they were gonna fix it she said yes she came back out a few minutes later so there were no leaks. Everything was good that I needed to get a plug gasket. The next time I change my oil. I reiterated there are no leaks. She said no there are no leaks. I went out to the parking lot set for five minutes watching it. Leak drive back up to the auto center before I went in. I tried calling to get a hold of a store manager, no one would answer the phone So I went inside No Store manager, nobody answers the phone the one coach manager that’s there doesn’t know anything about the auto department and a manager that was in the auto department. I told me there were absolutely no leaks on my car. I took it out into the parking lot set for five minutes video tape leaking to get back in and they sent me to go get a new gasket seal from my plug because they said it needs to be replaced every oil change or why didn’t you say that you didn’t have the plug or gas gasket and that I needed one before you ever touched my car. Found out later that they did the same thing to my mom and a friend of mine‘s grandmother. It’s not a bad thing to say I don’t have all the parts to change the oil on your vehicle, but if you come back with a gasket, we can get that done instead of doing it half assed and wasting someone’s day. I have three hours to travel home. And now I’m have to wait another hour on top of the four hours. I’ve already been here. Oh… They sent me to AutoZone to get a new gasket. The tech looked at the gasket and literally said I don’t think this is it. They don’t even know what it looks like.
