Usually very helpful staff. Since the change to total self checkout, not so much. A total of 8 to 10 employees (I counted) over 20 minutes stood, watched, played on their phones, talked about Natrika, (oh girl, you know that trick), and neglected to help anyone, myself included with anything. It was an experience to say the least. I have to go back! After all, they're Wal Mart and they own us.

My home away from home! My go to market. I can always get a good parking place, and zip in and zip out. The produce is always fresh. Very clean and well-kept store, with great customer service. The associates always greet you when you walk through the door with a smile on their face.

This review is for this specific Neighborhood Market. Only one cashier ever. That cashier has 4 customers in line. If you do not mind going through the self-checkout, then this is better than "Super" Walmart. Self-checkout often ends with the need of an employee to enter a code anyway. This person has to oversee multiple registers, and appears more upset that they have to okay an adult's purchase of cold medicine than the customer who has to wait for to get their attention. Remember that with all Walmarts you better grab a shopping cart from the parking lot on your walk in, or you are likely not going to get one at all. Update: This Walmart is still the same. Use pickup and delivery as much as you can to eliminate some of the issues. The deliveries are right 50% of the time. The pickup always has substitutions or things that they are out of, because the inventory numbers are not correct.

I self check out most of them were friendly today. The lady in the cereal isle today was refreshingly happy and nice today and was the 1st to say GD morning. I arrived at 830 am I just got off my 3rd shift job and she was very pleasant after a frustrating night.

Ran into the Neighborhood Wal-Mart to get Rx's and got a few other things..I go to checkout and one of the employees told me all they had was self checkout..I told her that was my last trip in there..if I didn't need the cleaning items I had in the buggy..I would have left it..by the way, 3 employees was in spitting distance while I checked out..why do these stores wait till we get OLD and we have to do everything yourself?? I will be ordering from Amazon in the future!

In and out fast as always. Never been in the store when I had to wait in a line. Also, as soon as you walk through the door staff always says hi, and while shopping staff is always friendly. Makes the shopping experience fast and less stressful. Everything is easy to find. Also use the pharmacy there and love them. Very knowledgeable and helpful and if they know you are waiting in the store for your pick up they are very quick. Love this store.

The workers are so nice there. And they carry a lot of vegan products. If you go in the morning it is not as crowded. I got my favorite dish vegan frozen meal. They quit selling frozen kale. I like to put it in my smoothie. I got almond milk and Polar Water. I got my favorite vegan mozzarella sticks. I got frozen blueberries abd blackberries.

Clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Only downfall is when you have a large grocery cart with needed items and there’s only 1-2 actual employees scanning and bagging items, so you take a chance at the self checkout. I hate the self checkout if you have more than 10 or so items! Never fails that before you finish, an employee has to come to the register several times and when you are finally able to pay, your ice cream has already melted! Other than that, it’s great!

I have shopped this location since it opened. I have had good and bad in store service , but mostly good. I wanted to give the curbside a shout out for always doing a good job. I have picked up my groceries so many times in the rain. Rain or shine they are on time and glad to help. Thank you.

You cannot rely on the pharmacy to have your medication available. I received no notification that it was delayed so I could contact other pharmacies for this much needed medication. I will be changing back to Walgreens.

Well-kept store, fairly well-stocked most days, and the staff here are nice. If you need to use the pharmacy via drive through, be well prepared to wait, as the line can only accommodate 4 cars and most people take upwards of 5-10 minutes to service for some unknown reason. The pharmacy is very quick inside, though.

My last few visits at this Walmart were very uncomfortable. Even to the point where my mom noticed how the associate literally moved to my check out to watch me. He didn’t make it obvious but my mother literally said “Is he watching you?” The last time I visited this Walmart, another associate literally came over to me and only me, in a busy store, and asked if he could scan my water. I have not ever taken or stolen anything, and I pay for everything I leave out of the store with. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. Everytime I have visited this store, I have my son with me as well. I pay out of pocket for everything we get even the toys and candy that my 6 year old son asks for. I ensure that my son is with me at all times and he doesn’t pick up or pocket anything. I don’t understand what the issue is or why they do this, but I don’t like the feeling or energy. I would rather visit a neighborhood Walmart miles away from my home rather than stop at this one for convenience. This is not okay!!!!!!!!

The store is always neat and clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The produce section is nice, fresh and always stocked with great produce and they have a huge variety of items/products (especially foods, not so much for household items) all over the store. It's a very laid back atmosphere and pleasant to shop in the morning hours.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing staff at my loca Walmart l market. They are always so incredibly helpful, no matter how busy it gets. I was looking for something specific the other day and one of the employees went out of their way to help me find it. It's refreshing to see such dedication to customer service.
