Good luck finding workers that speak English or helpful. This Walmart is always dirty. One of the worst customer experiences i've ever had at any walmarts.★☆☆☆☆ 2 months ago

I did not get all of my products. I also have a membership fee. I also spent over $35.00 to get delivery fees exempted. So please reimburse my money on card. Also when I call no one answers the phones. This is in all the departments. Is everyone on break?★☆☆☆☆ 3 months ago

Found a product online that I needed that day, so I drove there and picked it up. At the check out it was $50 more than I saw it online. The cashier told me he can do nothing about it I should talk to customer service, which I did. She couldn't help me either and told me that this is an online price she can't match even from their own store. I ordered the item that I had in my hand already online in front of her and I had to wait for the curbside pickup to get it ready. The app said it will be ready the next day at 11:00 a.m. which is a saturday. So they don't even try to keep customers from coming there on a busy day. I'm at the pickup now that Saturday and wait for over an hour for that one item.★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago

Low prices are only the beginning… inconvenience, aggravation, poor customer service, and wasting your time is how the story ends! DO NOT TRUST THEM TO ORDER THE CORRECT TIRES FOR YOU! I took my light commercial Ford transit connect to get new tires puton. They looked at the vehicle to see what type of tires I needed, they ordered the tires, I set an appointment to have the tires installed, I come in at 7 AM for my appointment and they told me they are the wrong tires they cannot install them. They told me that I ordered the wrong ones (NO, they ordered the wrong ones) so let’s try this again… They came out and inspected the vehicle, checked the tire size and type needed for my light commercial vehicle, explaining that I needed a tire with extra load bearing capacity. OK, wasted morning, service truck tied up. Refund given, I asked them to doublecheck to make sure this doesn’t happen again, after much deliberation, they ordered the tires they say I needed, tires paid for, appointment rescheduled for a week later to install new correct tire tires. I show up a week later for my appointment after the tires came in and guess what? They told me again that I ordered the wrong size tires on walmart.com. I explained to them that they ordered them for me through walmart.com, they proceeded to tell me “no we don’t do that”. You must’ve ordered them, finally proved to them that they ordered the wrong tires again! The manager would not come out and speak to me, but after a few minutes they told me that I needed to go to the counter and get a refund and then go and order the tires on walmart.com myself and that they would do a free installation. NO THANK YOU! I would not come back if they were free at this point! I make my money in that service vehicle, had to reschedule and put off some of my customers to get it serviced, I have lost money at this point. I have learned my lesson! The people at the counter are fairly nice, but have no clue when it comes to anything out of the ordinary. I blame management! NEVER AGAIN! I will go elsewhere and pay a little more. If you are retired and have nothing better to do and need to save money and you could deal with the aggravation, go for it. Otherwise, if you value your time and peace of mind, run to a real tire store, pay a little more and get it right the first time. I’m sure this won’t matter to Walmart management in the least, i’m sure they don’t even care about their customers and I’m sure that they don’t care that their tire center needs some serious training on products, procedures and customer service. By local and support small local family owned businesses that actually care about their customers! That is all, rant over.★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago

After waiting an exorbitant amount of time for my pickup order We asked about our order with an employee. We were informed that Delivery orders are processed first- before personal orders so that’s we are waiting. It’s been 50 minutes and still no groceries. I had to cancel the Walmart plus because the delivery people could not figure out how to get to my house. Now pickup is no more. Publix for now on.★☆☆☆☆ 3 months ago

The staff were genuinely helpful, even while I was in a rush. They quickly pointed me to the beets, the self-checkout employee made the process seamless, and the greeter verified my in-app purchase without delay. Everything was fast, efficient, and professional—leaving me impressed and happy with the Walmart app experience.★★★★★ 5 months ago

Thank you for packaging a Christmas toy in one bag with the entire toy part sticking out. And thank you to the delivery driver for then facing that toy towards my door so my daughter could see the ONLY thing she asked Santa for being delivered to our house. It’s December do better.★☆☆☆☆ 2 months ago

Don’t use Walmart + with this location! The shoppers are scammers! Too many times I have the quantity of an ordered “changed” then the shopper says “out of stock” but I’m still charged for it and then when going to dispute the charge for the item the quantity only says 1 but the Shopper changed it to 10!! I’m not sure what’s going on and HOLIDAYS make it worse but just go to store yourself!★☆☆☆☆ 2 months ago

There was ab extremely unprofessional and upsetting incident that occurred at Walmart involving an employee named Jadirna. I came to the customer service desk to return two bicycles that I had purchased for my children. I explained to the associate, Jadirna, that I did not have the receipt but had the cards I used for the purchase. She asked me to insert the card, which I did, but then stated that she couldn’t find the transaction. While trying to verify which card I used, I told her to give me a moment while I logged into my online banking. Another employee came over, and the two began speaking, i did not understand what they where saying, while inspecting the bicycles. Feeling uncomfortable, I said, “I didn’t steal the bikes; I paid for them.” At that moment, Jadirna suddenly yelled, “Ma’am, I am the one you should be talking to!” Her tone was aggressive, loud, and completely unnecessary. Around that same time, I found the transition for the 3 bikes, the transaction on my phone and showed it to her, saying, “Look, here is the transaction—I paid with this card.” Instead of resolving the issue, she shouted again, “Ma’am, I can’t find any of your transactions in my system!” When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she abruptly said, “Let me record you before I call the cops on you.” That statement was shocking, unprofessional, and deeply offensive. I felt threatened and racially profiled, as if I were being treated like a criminal simply. I insisted on speaking to a manager. Two other employees came over, and as Jadirna tried to explain what happened, I also began to explain my side. Shockingly, they told me to “shut up”, saying they didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. One of them identified herself as the shift lead and claimed she was the manager. When I challenged that, she called someone who admitted that the store manager was not available at the time. It was also clear that Jadirna was already upset before my interaction. Earlier, she was serving a man who, from their conversation, appeared to be her boyfriend. During that transaction, she was screaming at guy and banging on the counter, and she eventually used what appeared to be a food stamp card to pay for his groceries, which I believe is against Walmart policy. She carried that frustration over to my situation, transferring her aggression toward me. Her conduct was completely unacceptable. She was unprofessional, aggressive, and disrespectful, and her threat to call the police was not only inappropriate but discriminatory. Her behavior, along with the dismissive attitude of the other employees who told me to “shut up,” left me humiliated and shaken. I will be requesting a full investigation into this matter, including a review of security footage and transaction records from October 4, 2025 at about 19:25pm to ensure accountability and prevent this type of behavior from happening again. No customer should ever be treated in this manner—especially one who has done nothing wrong. I expect Walmart to uphold its standards of respect, professionalism, and non-discrimination for all customers.★☆☆☆☆ 5 months ago

Worst Walmart ever. Tried to solve something and since I used the self checkout it was my fault and couldn’t do anything for me. Even though is self checkout they should’ve have helped since is the store and I had my receipt proving that it was bought there and it was just forgotten and someone took it. But whatever couldn’t do anything for me to solve my problem. Not going back for anything ever again.★☆☆☆☆ 2 months ago

The place is always packed and there's never enough buggies for everyone. Last time I was there my buggy was stolen with all the groceries I picked out for last 2 hours along with my brand new solar power charging Bank $100 stolen along with my groceries that I had in my buggy they weren't paid for yet however it was time I spent collecting items for my household that I did not have time for to do alloveragain because there was no buggies up front so someone helped themselves to my buggy when I turned around! R=[and I found my buggy up front at customer service and the manager supposedly didn't see anything even though my buggy was stolen and plain sight on a main aisle and we all know how good their security system is and all the cameras they got they didn't see who took my buggy along with my brand new solar powered Bank yeah 🙄right. Think I'll just start ordering my stuff online you know it cost more it's worth not having to deal with the frustration of the🥰🥱 overcrowdedness the stolen buggies and the lack of care from the management oh also and expensive personal belongings getting stolen and nobody seen or gives a hoot! But let that person steal from Walmart and they'll have the swat team on them in less then 5minutes. Mine was similar to the ones pictured below 👇★☆☆☆☆ 8 months ago

Very busy, but we'll organized. However, I would suggest shopping g on your own and not pickup. Today was my third time picking up my online order from this location. Each time I have had missing items. The amount of time to get your own items would avoid the headache. If you can shop on your own I would. Every person picking up has missing items. This is counter productive and a waste of resources. Update: 45 minutes later, my missing item, laundry detergent, still not here lost 1 star. I'm going to wait out to incompetence to see where we are at. I had to go to the manager. She heard my concerns got me my item and took care of me and the situation as a manager should in this situation. Thanks for making it right.★★★★☆ Edited 2 months ago

This place is getting better. Some positive changes have been made to the overall organization of the store, the checkout process, and security. Several items I was looking for were missing from the shelf and it's still more stressful to me than Publix but I will likely go back again.★★★☆☆ a month ago

Completed a curbside order received text at 12:01pm. My order was ready for pick up. Parked in designated parking spots for pick up at 6:26pm. Worker comes to window 10mins later hand me my order with 1 item missing. When I explained I was missing something she spoke in Spanish to another worker and both walk away. I was under assumption item was not in bag due to being slight larger and that they were going to get missed item. At 6:46 my app say picked up, however I was still sitting there waiting, so I reach out through app explaining everything to them. He shows my whole order was picked up and tell me to go to the door. Explain everything again to another and says she will "go and check", while she goes the other 2 ladies walk by saying nothing. At 7:08 she comes back stating the dont have the item. They had 7 hours to tell me this!!! This was never communicated till after waiting for over 45 mins! I will never order from Walmart again!★☆☆☆☆ Edited 3 months ago

My husband and I visited the Walmart on Lee Boulevard yesterday to pick up a few items. While in the store, my husband asked a floor associate named Luz for assistance in Spanish with locating a particular item. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. Luz corrected his Spanish in front of others and was not pleasant or helpful during the exchange. In a customer service environment—especially in an area where both English and Spanish are commonly spoken—customers should feel comfortable asking for help without being embarrassed or corrected in an unprofessional manner. When we attempted to explain our concern, it did not seem to be understood or acknowledged. As a result of this experience, we have decided we will not be returning to this Walmart location. That said, I would like to recognize Felix, the cashier who assisted us during checkout. He was very professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service, which we truly appreciated.★★☆☆☆ a month ago

Akim was my cashier tonight. He is such a gem , a great asset for this company! Very courteous, efficient, treated all of us with respect, placed all items in the bags gently, to not bruise the produce. Hard working, very promising. The one ( in this case Akim) faithful in small things, will be faithful when entrusted with bigger things, higher roles/ positions. Very pleased with tonight's experience. Keep up the good job, Akim, and a big thank you for being such a good employee. I plan on returning for more shopping at this branch in Lehigh acres.★★★★★ 3 weeks ago
