Horrible horrible experience. My finance made an appointment last week to get my tires changed at 2 today. We prepaid for everything. We also paid for them to fix a flat tire. I stayed home with our kids while we went to get the tires changed. After 2 hours, they finally got my car done only to find out that THEY ONLY FIXED THE FLAT TIRE!! They had my car for 2 hours and my fiancé waited for 2 hours for a flat tire! If he didn’t check the tires when he got the car back, we would have been driving away with no new tires even after we prepaid for all of it. There were 10 young guys just hanging out doing nothing while we waited for 2 hours for them to not even finish the job. We will never ever use this location again.★☆☆☆☆ 5 months ago

I gave a one star review because there is not a minus Zero score. I had my oil changed drove home and three screws that hold the skid plate under the engine of my SUV were missing and the corner was dragging the ground. I replaced one screw and noticed three others are missing. There is no excuse for this poor quality of service.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

Overall, my experience with the service provided from Alex was great. Due to the pandemic, it was closed from the last time I visited back in October. But Alex was able to look through my previous car report from them and make note of my air filters to replace. I got my filters and oil changed in timely manner. But from picking up my keys and paying for my total from Allen the assistant manager could of done a better job with customer service. 3/5 Stars for him! It would of been nice to know what else verbally was done and potentially for me to take a further look at for the near future visit with my car. Thanks again!★★★★★ 3 years ago
