★☆☆☆☆ I went for a emission test and this person his name is Phuc Nguyen the owner told me that he needs to charge me $74.49 just to see what is wrong with my car because of the check engine light on. He charged me for just making the light go off and then it appears again. He make me go 3 times to his shop give me 3 different diagnosis, told me that one diagnose was wrong, and did nothing to my car. No emission no fix on any of the issues NOTHING! I do not recommend going to this place he just steal my money and will do the same to you. Be aware!! In response to your reply. $74.49 just to turn the check engine light off, and knowing that it will come back on again, it’s really pricey, you denied service on my car, you never talk to me about any warranty because you never do anything to my car, and you didn’t plan to do nothing to it from the beginning, you told me to just change the gas cap and you will do the emissions I did and you didn’t do the emissions anyway instead you were looking to find more issues on the car. And finally after making me go 3 times and without any more ways to keep this going on you made up the excuse that somebody touched it and fix it!. It’s better to tell the truth and said that you don’t know what is wrong with the car or you just don’t want to do the emissions on it. Simple as that!

★★★★★ I have been taking my vehicles to Unitech for a couple of years now. It was recommended by a friend. The first time I was quoted for a repair and the end cost came back $50 lower than the quote. My truck was done within a couple hours. I was very pleased. Phuc worked on my 2000 F150 a couple times for minor engine repairs, mainly maintenance. He has also done the breaks, suspension, shocks, bearings, upper/lowers, and sway on our 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Again, his prices come in right at or slightly lower than his quote. With our Jeep he suggested and put in top of the line mega parts (I don't know how else to describe them) because we hunt and are rough on our vehicle. Of course he asked us ahead of time and explained why. We purchased a 2018 Lariate rebuilt title off a private buyer in 2021. I had Phuc look over it. He gave the go ahead and didn't charge me for looking at it at all. A few months later I had a recall on the cam sensors so I took it to the dealership. The dealership didn't do the work they said they did so I took it to Unitech to confirm this. Phuc got on the phone with the Ford dealership service department and fought my case so I didn't have to. Again, no charge. Lastly, I had a noise under my truck so I took it to him. He crawled under and within seconds he told me I needed a muffler shop. Whoever rebuilt it put an after market muffler that is too long and they need to cut part of it then weld it back together. I took it to the muffler place. They literally told me that just isn't right but will look. Well, the after market muffler was too long, needed about 6 inches cut off and welded back together. Phuc had found this in a matter of seconds without even pulling my truck into the shop and he didn't charge me. He is so easy to work with and honest. I have never had an issue with his work.
