The most ridiculous company I have ever worked with If you have any other choice but this I would recommend not using Intoxalot. I cant schedule calibration, CHAT feature NEVER works, device in my car is complete garbage has given multiple false positives until my first calibration. device can and does go off repeatedly during small 7 mile drive to the city in rush hour traffic. In 1 round trip to the city 14 miles it asked for retest 11 times in a 40 minute trip endangering my drive as my car is a manual trans. CS is completely incompetent and worthless overseas dept.

However, this review is specific to California Audio. California Audio installed my Intoxilock quickly, efficiently, and everything works as advertised. More importantly, I was treated with respect!
