Edit: Emailed the Chad below, and have gotten no response, as expected. Had a key stolen, and called inquiring explicitly about getting not only a new key programmed, but having my truck re-keyed so the stolen key could not gain entry to my vehicle. Reaffirmed this multiple times while setting up appointment, and then asked about it during my appointment when I didn't see it done, and that was ignore. No remediation offered—just offered to get me a new quote for additional work. Should've gone with Glen's who quoted slightly less—I trust they would've done the re-keying for their quoted price and not ignored half my request like Ken Garff.

Nathan Kester (Service Advisor) is great; he provides amazing attention and service, excellent communication to explain in detail everything about the service and what the car might need, as well as how to resolve any issues the car may have. He is the best service advisor. All Service Advisors should be like Nathan Kester, he is great.

Exceptional Service from Rami! I visited twice—first for an oil change and inspection, then for pillar trim work. Both times, Rami provided outstanding service. He was proactive, quick to resolve issues, and always communicated in a kind and professional way. He was easy to reach, extremely knowledgeable, and offered consistent support throughout both visits. Truly the best customer service experience highly recommend asking for Rami!

We had an Oil change and replacing of vehicle lights all around as needed. All im trying to say is do your job right the first time and dont just take our money making the customer think that the job is done when really it isn't. This wasn't the first time it has happened to us before bringing in our vehicle multiple times to finish a job. I don't have that kind of time!

Edit: The Service Director took ownership of these issues and they were resolved satisfactorily. --- Picked up my 2022 Raptor with 22k miles yesterday from the dealership. I had it in for an oil change and to look at a problem with the front differential that seems to be overheating again (after they completely overhauled it a year ago, a $10k repair if it wasn't under warranty). The differential fluid is a very distinctive smell when it overheats, and when bad enough (like previously) it blows diff oil all over the entire engine and undercarriage. They were unable to find the issue with the front differential, so I was left with instructions to test it out. This morning I woke up to oil spots on my driveway. Upon further inspection, I found a missing bolt on the filter access panel of the skid plate, and oil literally everywhere under the front end of the vehicle. I just spent hundreds having it detailed inside and out, so this is all a fresh mess. We'll see what happens next, but I'm highly concerned that other bolts could be missing, not torqued down properly, or that it may have damaged differential seals. Who knows... But very disappointed in the service at this point.

So far service is amazing compared to other dealerships I’ve been to. They’re nice and professional over the phone and in person. Had an oil change scheduled for 11 am, they picked up my vehicle at 10, and got my truck back to my house at 12 pm. Amazing service and would 100% recommend them to anyone over other dealerships.

Had a great experience with the service team it's not usual when taking a vehicle in for a recall that your treated like you just spent 30k! Brandon from the service team was awesome and the recall was fixed before the time promised. They even washed my truck before I left. If you need your vehicle serviced or your in the market to buy a new vehicle I highly recommend using Ken Garrf Ford West Valley. The team there are very knowledgeable and always great to work with!

The service was great including the rental provided while my vehicle was in the workshop but after all was done I wanted to check my options in getting a newer vehicle. I was there with my wife and 3 year old son. We were asked to go to a great salesman who was going to work some numbers for us. I would like to add that recently I applied for bankruptcy but knowing that even then there are options. I had to go pick up my daughter from school while number's were worked for another vehicle. When I came back, the gentleman helping us was no where to be found. Multiple people said oh we called him and he should be on his way. No one cake, 1 waited there with my family for what it seemed like forever and apparently a manager came and told me he was the one working the numbers and it will take all day so we will be contacted the next day about the results. Been over 2 weeks, no word from anyone. We as a family felt disgraced and got treated like crap with this single act. We were made feel that we didn't belong there. If we were told that we didn't have any options, that would be a sincere act of professionalism.

This was a terrible experience! It was just a recall, and they made me wait for about an hour. At the end, they had to order the part. Worst of all, I don’t know if they’ve received it yet after 2 months. They never call me back. The only Ford dealer I recommend is the one in Draper. They’re responsible and do their job right. Don’t waste your time and money with this place. They’re just like the American Fork Ford dealer.

Happy to get wipers replaced & will be happier when the fuel pump recall is done. I've had great experience with them. The only problem was getting my truck dropped off at my work by non Ford employee, it looked like Uber/Lifted drivers. That was my only issue.

Valet service was good and convenient. Tire pressure was set to high after specifically bringing it to advisors attention. Didn't receive car wash per oil change package. Video didn't load. Not sure if they rotated tires. Not much trust in service department. First time using your dealership.

My newly purchased truck had a mechanical problem the day after taking it home . When the service department became aware , I had a phone call from a technician who asked me about the problem and kindly listened to my description . We arranged to meet a few hours later and in the meantime another technician evaluated my truck but could not identify the problem . When I arrived I had a thorough conversation with Ron who sent me to test drive with the other technician . When the problem did not manifest Ron went with me himself and tried every conceivable means to get the problem to happen again, but it did not. I was treated with kindness and respect and not as though I had imagined this issue. Along the way I was generously given information about the functions of my truck. I saw and experienced genuine interest in identifying and finding a solution for my problem, and I feel that I can confidently , without hesitation reach out to the service team and find help should the problem arise again .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional service when we needed it most We had an outstanding experience with Christian Contreras, Service Advisor, and Sandra Atkinson, Rental Car Manager at Ken Garff Ford. We found ourselves stranded in Salt Lake City while traveling out of state when our car unexpectedly stopped working — never a fun situation. From the moment we arrived, Christian went above and beyond. He got us in right away, assessed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and let us know the repair would take a few days due to the part not being immediately available. He also proactively confirmed that we were still under warranty and that a rental car was included — something we truly appreciated during a stressful moment. Christian then connected us with Sandra, who was absolutely AMAZING. She was kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and so reassuring. Traveling through from out of state with a broken-down vehicle can be overwhelming, but Sandra made the rental process seamless and stress-free. She set us up with a rental car that worked perfectly for our needs, and thanks to her, we were back on the road within the hour. The follow-up communication on our vehicle repair was stellar, and when it came time to return the rental and pick up our repaired car — despite having to travel back through — the process was smooth and effortless. 2024 F-350 6.7L HO I went to Ken Garff West valley Ford to get the air-conditioning condenser fixed, which had got a hole popped in it from a chunk of Tire hitting it on the highway. I had an oil change done while it was there. After the repairs were made and oil change done. I picked up the truck couple weeks later. ( waited for a new grill) the next morning my check engine light pops on. Before going home, I stopped back by the dealer. A tech plugged it in, and it shows inner cooler below threshold. He cleared the code, a few hours later it pops back on. After I got home to Ely, Nevada 250 miles away. I parked the truck the next morning. I see a puddle of oil underneath my truck. Upon inspection, I noticed oil on the filter and all over the undercarriage of the truck. Then I noticed the drain plug on the oil pan was only finger tight after tightening it up about 4 to 5 complete rotations to tighten it. I checked the oil. It did not register on the dipstick, it took a gallon and a half of oil. I then noticed that the clear antifreeze radiator was low on antifreeze as was the engine radiator. That Also took about a gallon and a half of antifreeze to bring up to the proper levels. After replacing the air conditioner condenser, they never filled the radiators however they charged for antifreeze. I cannot believe the diesel did not shut down due to low oil and I’m very concerned of the possible engine damage that was caused running a gallon and a half low on oil. Beyond words!!!
