They charged me $145 just for labor to replace the headlight on my car. Unfortunately for them, I knew it was just a matter of disconnecting a part by hand (no tools), which I was able to do in 3 minutes. A place where dishonesty reigns is one I avoid. In their response to this review, they are trying to place the blame elsewhere. But no, my review refers to the West Valley Location. And it happened the same week I wrote the review. Just a small edit here to avoid confusing anyone reading their response. This just shows how dishonest they are, even trying to deceive through Google Review.

Wanted $412 for a $100 part plus $500 in labor. Ended up going elsewhere. I just paid the useful diagnostic part and then fixed it cheaper myself using OEM part. On another visit they fixed the AC on my Chrysler in a pinch. And it’s been working well for one month now. On another visit they fixed my dodge journey AC but we are still working on finding the leak because it keeps leaking.

Manager is nice, everyone else who has ever worker on our car is not. Wife and I have been taken advantage of multiple times by this location. Go in with one problem, get it "fixed" leave with no one doing a test drive to find a different problem that was not happening before we brought it in. Within 3 days we go from a serpentine belt problem, to oh no a caliper issue, oh no, your break lines are leaking because I definitely did not cut them, no sir. After consulting with others in the auto industry they state too we have been taken advantage of. After our first visit I had faith in this group, but now I have none in this location. $2000 in the hole because of these techs at this location. Save your money, stay away, go to a dealership and ask for a master technician.
