Austin and his team at Les Schwab were absolutely fantastic. I asked a lot of questions, and Austin took the time to answer each one kindly and professionally. I never felt rushed or dismissed — just respected and taken care of. That kind of service builds trust, and it’s why I’ll definitely be back. I’ll also be sending the people I care about their way. They’ve earned it.

I recently got new wheels and tires, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience, especially thanks to Austen. From the moment I walked in, he made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered great recommendations, and made sure I got the best fit for my car. The selection of wheels and tires was impressive, and Austen's expertise helped me make the perfect choice. The installation was quick, and my car rides fantastic with the new set. I truly appreciated his friendly attitude and professionalism throughout the entire process. If you're in the market for new wheels and tires, definitely ask for Austen, you won't be disappointed!

If you dont want any of your lug nuts torqued to spec this is the place for you. Just spent the last hour and a half trying to get my lug nuts off with a star wrench. You can tell they just put the drill gun to it and hammered away. Thanks les schwab

I always go to Les Schwab to check the air pressure in my tires, because they do it with a smile and for free!! I went to this location because it was the closest to my job. When I went in I asked if they would see if there was a hole in one of the tires because I kept having to fill it with air every couple of days, they told me that it would be about 30 minutes, which was frustrating because I didn’t want to wait there for that long, it had been a long day at work and I already didn’t want to be there, and above all that I had a 30+ minute commute home. I was over it. Hunter stepped in and got it done so quick! Super grateful for him. Walker then informs me that there was a dent in one of my rims, that’s why I kept needing to put in air to that specific tire. He then told me that I would need to exchange the rim because it’s not safe. I was nervous wondering how I would be able to afford the new rim, but the Lord ALWAYS comes through for me! They switched out the dented rim for one they’ve had sitting in the back collecting dust as a sign of good faith! What a blessing! I live far from this location but with how they went above and beyond for me like that, this is now the ONLY location I’m going to for anything car related! I dislike doing “mechanical things” without my husband in fear I would be taken advantage of, but it was not like this, not at this Les Schwab. Shout out to Hunter & Walker! Thank you for a superb job but most importantly for the great experience.

My appointment was at 2, but arrived at 1:40 and checked in. By 2:45 no one had touched my car despite there being no one in the bays or waiting area. Seems like they all took their time and didn’t give a hoot about mine. First and last time frequenting this establishment.

Les Schwab is great. I have used these guys for years. Free flat repair without buying a warranty. They are quick and do a great job. Tires are very competitive and rims are as well. Very clean and waiting area is open and distanced. I can't wait for the popcorn machine to come back from covid vacation.

They did an oil change and patched my back left tire that had a screw in it. I failed to ask for a tire rotation at the beginning so they took the car back in and I waited an additional 30 minutes. When they were done the tech went into great detail on how they rotated the tires to achieve even wear out of them. Later that evening I glanced at my tires and noticed they didn't rotate my tires at all. They flat out lied to me. Now today my tire pressure light is on and the tire (back left) that they patched is losing air. I'm starting to question if they even changed my oil...

If you're not already a Les Schwab customer, you should be. These guys deserve 10 stars! We just had new tires put on a week ago for our road trip to Texas. While we were on the highway 13 miles before town, we heard a pop and our back right wheel completely sheared off the bolts. Thank God we didn't get into or cause an accident while the wheel bounced across to the field beside the highway. We were towed to Les Schwab and "camped" overnight in our van until they opened Monday morning. They were able to get us in immediately and obtain ALL the parts needed to fix our rotor, spindle, hub, shock, custom parts, etc. Dalton and Froy and I believe a couple of other employees worked on it all day. We were expecting to have to get a hotel and wait a few days for various parts to get in, but these guys were the bomb! Their entire team is incredible and currently they are working on finishing up our van so we can get back on the road again. We cannot say enough about not only this Les Schwab, but the greater Les Schwab company as a whole. The Les Schwab who had just put our tires on last Monday in the PNW, took full responsibility and is covering all the expenses for us. We have been loyal supporters of Les Schwab for over 20 years and will continue to be. Our friends who were caravanning with us told us that based on this experience that they were switching from Discount Tires to Les Schwab. Thank you Dalton and West Valley team for the outstanding customer service. We heard Dalton just got promoted, but he and his team deserve to be promoted again!

I have a les Schwab by my house, less than 2 minutes. Worst service 😡I drive 3x further to come to the west valley location! They have been the best ❤️. They always go above and beyond. They have demonstrated they care. They don't try to up-sale, they just want to help. They have provided me with service that no other location has been able to provide. Thanks Dalton and all the staff. This remains my home base for all tire needs 👏🏼

This location has caused me more frustration in experiences than any other Les Schwab location I’ve been to. A few months ago, I went in to have my TMPS sensor fixed, and not even a week later the sensor light turned back on, I recently took it back in due to issues with my brakes, being told it was the master cylinder, they “replaced” it for me, and not even a week later my brakes are back to not feeling correct. Not to mention during that last visit I brought up my concerns that the sensor was still not correct just to be dismissed by THREE employees (including the manager) that it was just my tire pressure light due to the cold. I asked them to check anyways and fill tires if needed and was told it was taken care of. When picking up my car the sensor light is still on, and I can confirm it is not due to tire pressure changes from the cold as this has been on since they last tried to replace it. Avoid this location. They charge you over and over and do terrible work.

Beware of the people at this location, some of them are shady. I've been bringing my vehicles here for various things for 15+ years. Took a 94 gmc pick up truck over and 200 dollars later had more problems than I dropped it off with. The night before I took it to them I had the rear differential apart chasing a noise, no noise from inside the differential, replaced a seal I had pulled out, didn't replace the other because it wasn't bad, nothing wrong was sealing just fine. Replaced a wheel cylinder and a brake line. We'll I work so I can pay someone else to do things I don't want to do, took it to them and asked for a brake bleed, few hours later they call and say I needed a new axle seal on the one I didn't replace, a new wheel cylinder and to have the drum brakes rebuilt. I said ok, for now let's bleed the brakes and give me a quote on rebuilding the drums because thats where the tech believed the noise was coming from. Then called them back and said put in a new wheel cylinder new too that's fine. They kept the truck over night, the next day i seen it sitting outside for about 2 hours before calling and asking if it was ready, they said yes they just pulled it out(which was a lie). Went over, paid, got in the truck, brakes are still squishy like nothing was done, thought maybe it's cause of the drums needing the rebuild. The next morning(sunday) leaking from the master cylinder on my driveway. Alright whatever little quirks of an old truck nothing I can't fix, reset the gasket, buttoned everything up, and thought it was fine. Drive around a little bit, still no pressure in the line. Parked it, was going to let my girlfriend take it to work on Monday morning, went out to look it over, leaking a giant puddle from the passenger rear wheel. Went to work, came home, took the wheel and the drum off, gear oil everywhere. Investigated and learned that the axle seal had been broken by human interface, conveniently right on the bottom so it would lose more fluid quicker. (This is the axle seal I didn't replace because nothing was wrong with it). I know this truck like I know the back of my hand, I have built it from the front back, I put the engine in it with my 2 hands I rebuilt the front end twice with my 2 hands and I rebuilt the differential with my 2 hands, then the differential again the night before taking it to these guys. So when I say I know this truck like the back of my hand I know exactly what I'm talking about. (I've also rebuilt 4 of these old 90s OBS trucks and own 2 of them.) So I took some pictures, went over to talk with them and asked to see the video recordings of the day my truck was there, and all they did was stay quite and deny that they did anything, then some manager or something came out continued denying anything and told told me that the trucks brakes and everything were fine when they had it, but also said he didn't test drive it, so how would he know everything was fine? Got home from trying to talk to them, redid the differential for the 3rd time now, and decided to bleed the brakes myself just to see. Well the wheel cylinder I had them replace had ZERO brake fluid in it and was pushing air. Fixed that, so $212 to them and everything from autozone for me to fix a problem I didn't make, and now the truck is just fine. So thanks for reading my horror story about these guys at this location, I know that they make their money banking on people not knowing anything about the cars they drive, but like I said I know this truck like the back of my hand. Beware if you have them do any work, save yourself the time and money and go to a small shop where you can develop a relationship with the mechanic. These guys are just money hungry and will do anything to make sure you have to bring your car back.

There is a wait usually but, they will help and a quick air pressure check or screw in a tire are free to fix.
