Wife took in 6.0 excursion for a oil change got it back leaks oil took it back was told bad rear main then transmission leak but never leaked before had oil cleaned from underneath found to be leaking from oil drain plug jokers

Called in to get an estimated wait time and was told to come in and that they would be able to take care of me right away. I arrived and there was a 1.5 hour wait. Very frustrating. No other customers or their vehicles were even visible.

Not a good experience. My mom who is 72 was overcharged almost every time she brought her vehicle in. She believes that because she has a Ford it needs to be serviced at a Ford dealership, it does her family no good to try and convince her otherwise. So we just shake our heads in disbelief when she tells us how much they charged her for the most recent repair.

I see all the bad reviews but I have been coming here for years and they have always been fast and great. The manager is always the first one I see, he knows me by name and does whatever possible for me. I don't even own a Ford any more and I still take my truck in to them. I give this place 5/5 !!! Amazing place along with great people.

called them up for the works service to be done on my 2011 F150 was told the service was 39.99 plus an additional quart of oil for the truck so asked for the price out the door she had to transfer me to someone else (not sure why this information is not available to everyone ) so they didn't answer so got kicked to front so after 2 times on hold told them to just call me back with information. so 10 minutes later they call me back with a $69 quote and said that was a special and expired last month. so I called ken garff quick lane they gave me a out the door prize 46.10 and got me in asap had a donut and hot coco and they even washed it job well done

Was going to give fewer stars, because the customer service wasn't great at all. On hold for a while, just to be transferred to another department where there was no answer. That happened tree times. I almost gave up and went somewhere else, until I spoke with Sierra, she was so friendly and helpful. I will be bringing my car in for service from now on. Thank you Sierra.

Great service, I service both my vehicles here and they have been right on the money when it comes to fixing and preventative maintenance. I bought my car when they were Henry Day Ford. I kept coming back because of the customer service, getting the service done right, even though they can be pricier than other places.

I arrived for my 7:00 AM appointment 10 minutes early, parked and went to the Quick Lane door. Lights were on and two individuals were sitting at the counter talking. I tried the door and it was locked. They heard the rattle, looked at the door, saw me, and ignored me. I would not normally complain about this but it was snowing and 25 degrees outside. They would NOT unlock the door to let anyone in (I was the only customer there). Do they think they are a bank or something else that requires a lot of security? It was several minutes after 7:00 before they would unlock the door, even though the posted opening time is 7:00 AM. This is how they treat people!! There are a lot of other dealers in town and I’m sure they treat people better than this!!

Had a scheduled appointment at 8:30am with a confirmation email, and was told “sorry we don’t make appointments”. “It’s a 2 hour wait”. Tried showing the confirmation email and service advisor didn’t care. Drove to Performance Ford Bountiful, took me right in with no hesitation. Out the door in about an hour. I will drive 40 minutes to Bountiful before I ever go back to Henry Day Ford.

Their oil change special is great if you want to drop off your car for a day or two until they get to it. You make an appt they tell you it will be an hour or hour and a half. No communication during that time. You go back in and they say actually we haven’t got to it yet. Do t waste your money here. So frustrating and worst customer service.

ZERO STARS, negative if i could! Service sucks... took my explorer in for an oil change. Get it home it's leaking antifreeze. I call, the lady tells me they can make an appointment for a month out, i hung up on her. Call back immediately and asked for a manager, never spoke with 1 the advisor just said bring it in. Take it in the manager Chad told us it's just overflowing because the tech over filled it... 2 weeks later still leaking, and a lot more, on my way to drop it off it starts over heating. It was the water pump. Now, I had suspension work done, get it home, it's knocking under the front end when I turn the wheel. I called, they tried scheduling me the middle of September! Asked for a manager to call me back, over 24 hours later, no call from Chad. Left a voice mail after closing because the hours are false on Google, still no call back. Terrible service. Terrible place. Thinking of ditching ford ALL TOGETHER! This place is beyond terrible!

I just called to schedule my 2022 F150 that I have 3 recall notices for. After going though about 4 different phone trees I finally got to talk to a person that told me all recalls were complete and there were no other open programs on my truck. She even read my vin back to me to make sure she had the correct one. I was a bit confused when I got off the phone, so I did a search and the Ford website shows all three recalls open and needing to be completed. Guess I will need to find another dealership.

Tell me why when I drop my vehicle off that the office I check into is different each time. No sign or paper saying which office it will be today. It’s starting to piss me off that I drop my vehicle off and have to guess which office to go into for them to tell me it’s the other side. A paper or sign would be nice so I would know where to go.

I brought my truck in for its third Advantage Care service. Nathan Kester was my Service Advisor and was extremely professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. The wait time for service was far less than some other places for the same comparable services. We have always received nothing but the best from Ken Garff Ford.
