Front desk people are tremendous. Excellent communication and kept me apprised of the service process. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when my oil filter was changed oil was spilled all over the front under carriage of my still new truck, and not cleaned up. When I got home there was oil leaking on my drive way, and only reason I caught it. Disappointed that there was no attempt to clean up the mess that was made.

Purchased a used truck from these guys and the process positive. They treated me fair and answered all of my questions that I had. I picked the bank and they pushed it through very quick. If and when you see these guys ask for Ezra and Jason- There was ZERO pressure on doing business with them!!

I have been going to Ken Garff West Valley Dodge for many many years. Lucas Lindsay is the service writer that I always ask for. He's always treated me very well I also ask for the technician Aaron. Both Lucas and Aaron are top-notch people. I've never had a bad experience there.

Ken Garff West Valley is our family’s favorite dealership! The service dept. is always so friendly and helpful! Brent VanTussenbroek was so patient when helping me find the problem with my vehicle. Everyone is so friendly! We will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

Austin was great in all aspects, communication was on top. Can’t lie but the cost to just run a diagnose to a vehicle was a bit high but everything else was done properly.

Took my truck in for a recall, and got it back making a weird noise. I brought it back in, and they fixed the problem (that was caused by one of their techs), but it was a hassle to deal with. Glad they stood by their work but would’ve liked to not been without a car for longer than was needed.

Beth was very nice, with all attention to my concerns and clear to make the job done as I needed. I'm very happy with the service. And Sonia was there prompt to help me pick up my car.

Multiple horrible and disappointing experience with Austin in the Service department. He told me I needed to replace that where replaced the previous month, said my Radiator needed to be replaced. I went to other Jeep dealership and had them check this out and they said my Radiator was in perfect condition. I am frustrated I purchased my OIL package there and after I am done I will never go back and I will tell everyone i know about this experience. They also said my brake system was bad when it was great the month before and I also had this checked and no problems at all

I've been doing my business here for a long time unfortunately because it's the closest dealer but every year it seems like it gets worse and worse. You would think they would keep track of everything you've had done to your vehicle but it seems like they don't so you have to be really careful and make sure that you document what maintenance you've had done and haven't had done to give an example I have my spark plugs replaced about 10,000 miles ago and you should only have to do spark plugs for my vehicle every 100,000 miles I went in for a repair and the technician suggested all this maintenance work including spark plugs and what the price would be and I was a little upset thinking that all they want is money because I literally just had them done. Another complaint is obviously no matter where you go prices are ridiculous and everything is expensive but for how much they charge to diagnose even when you know what the problem is is a little ridiculous you can walk in tell him exactly what's broken and What needs fixed and they will still charge you over $200 to diagnose and tell you the exact same thing you told them which I think is very unethical. Last but not least I always buy the three oil change package which should come with tire rotation and car wash every time yet every time I pick up my vehicle it is never washed obviously it's not a big deal but it just shows how much they care about their customers it's right there plainly written on the contract that it's three oil changes three tire rotations and three car washes yet they never do the car washes even though it's so simple to just drive it through a car wash real fast it's not about the car wash it's the principle of it. Oh sorry one more thing I love that you do business with them for a year after year after year and when it's in having repairs or something they can't even do something as simple as refill the washer fluid I always have to ask so unless you are really on top of them they will not treat you right you really have to advocate for yourself. So honestly I wouldn't suggest doing business with them if you can avoid it but unfortunately I have done business with them for a long time and maybe someday they'll realize that and honor my loyalty to them but probably not.

Service was quick. My advisor responded quickly and was easy to get a hold of. My only issues ut the inside of my vehicle was left with the mud or dirt o. My driver side carpet. Other than that everything was great.

Five stars to the Service tech Anastasia for going above and beyond to resolve my car computer issue and fee. I’m still going to leave My other review up because I think it’s important for others to realize if you buy a car from Ken Garff West Valley your sales rep doesn’t really have your back or at least mine didn’t. And they appear to guard their managers from actually interacting with the public.

This location is always so friendly and can get you scheduled for appointments quickly. Lucas Lindsay helped me with a few issues I had wrong with my Durango and helped me research new tires and helped me find the best ones within my budget! I also purchased an oil change package, but ended up getting a new car. They were so nice to switch the package to my new Cherokee and get my appointment done quickly.

I had the recall for software updates along with checking the hv battery on my Jeep Rubicon 4xE. My only complaint was vehicle didn’t get an exterior wash which other dealers I do business with always do. Overall though great experience and thank you.

I was happy with the service, but when I got home and looked things over I found a missing bolt on the access door for the oil change on my skid plate. It would have been nice if the dealer would have notified me that it was missing. I understand that it's a specially product and I would have to replace it myself, being aware that it was missing would have been wonderful.

Second time my trucks have gone in for repairs and had to go back in. First almost killed my wife with missing hardware on a suspension repair. Second time they broke the wire harness on my bumper while taking a look and told me it wasn’t warranty worthy. Then refused to take responsibility for it. Paying out of pocket to fix it myself. Don’t go to Ken Garf, don’t give them your money and especially don’t trust their staff. Service is just doing their job, but it’s a sleazy business and not to be worked with. More like watched and held accountable with videos and lawyers from now on.

I brought my Jeep in to have work done on the rear doors, but I was forced to pay diagnostic fee (about $200) even though their website states clearly that this service is free (see photo of their website) and I did not need anything under the hood checked at all. After I picked up my vehicle and drove it home, I discovered the rear differential cap was not put back on - I get this happens but again, I brought my vehicle in to have the doors fixed, why were they messing around with the rear differential? I have grease stains all over my car port now too. The dealership did agree to tow the jeep back and replace the fluid, but almost a month later I’m still waiting to be reimbursed for the rental car I had to go get. Not a good experience.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend working with this service department. Let me front load this by saying, the staff were polite, helpful and took time to talk to me and explain things. I appreciate that. My issue is with parts pricing. $400 for a key fob for an 11 year old car. The car was only $4000. In what world does it make sense to pay 10% of the vehicle value for a key. It’s completely unreasonable. Imagine yourself for even a moment in someone else’s shoes. Wonder how if feels to not be in the service industry, to be a customer and then in those terms think about the pricing. Think about the number of hours someone might have to work to pay for a simple car key. I respect the fact that good service techs deserve great pay and I support that, but what about the parts? These are easily inflated 600% to 800%. Odds are the response will pass the buck to the faceless corporate entity, but you shouldn’t. Because they’re not the ones who lose the sale, or live in your community, or have to deal with google reviews. They just get to put their logo on your building and take responsibility for nothing.

Ken Garf worked on the front end of my truck, removed the wheels, replaced the ujoints and did a brake job. 4000 miles later, the wheel falls off on the freeway. I could have died. Even though they have a warranty on their work, they have refused to honor it. It is costing me thousands in work, due to the damage done to the front end as well as having to replace all 4 wheels so as not to run mismatched wheels. This is totally unacceptable. I view it as a breach of contract due to them not honoring the warranty. I wonder if Gephardt can help. We'll see.
