Valley Glass was great at taking care of my install. Due to the complexity of radars and sensors in these newer vehicles, they also performed a calibration after the windshield replacement. A plastic clip that helped hold the cover for the sensor snapped, and Valley Glass ordered a replacement part without hesitation. I'll definitely recommend and will be back. But hopefully not too soon

David Beck and his team were awesome. I had recently bought a used car that I needed a new windshield. When they replaced the windshield, they noticed that there was an Issue with the camera system. David decided to fix it even though we couldn’t identify where the issue came from. His team called me when the part was in and they did another calibration and installed the part. I just bought my dream car a week ago and part of my deal was to have the windshield replaced. I took it here as per the dealerships contract to have the windshield replaced, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I drove 45 minutes just to get there, and what I got back was: • A windshield that isn’t even sealed properly—it’s literally sticking out in multiple places. There are parts where the seal is on the inside and then moves crooked and ends up on the outside. There is NO seal on the top of my windshield AT ALL. The top edge is completely sticking out and exposed. I don’t even feel comfortable driving it in the rain or in the carwash. • Dried blood spots (yes, actual blood—disgusting and unacceptable) the tech must have cut himself during installation and dripped blood all over my pearl white paint. • Scratched blue paint on the door handle that was 100% not there before. To make things worse, the man doing the job showed zero professionalism. No apology. No accountability. Just excuse after excuse for his obviously botched work. Gave me the runaround and told me I would have to take his work up with the dealership. His whole demeanor and appearance didn’t exactly inspire confidence either—I’ll leave it at that. Bottom line: This place is a nightmare. If you care about your car even a little, go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or risk your vehicle on this kind of sloppy, careless, and unprofessional service.

This is the place you need to go for anything glass repair or headlight restoration. Had a rock chip on my windshield and they repaired 2 of them for the price of 1. I also made an appointment to get my headlights restored since they were really bad and I couldn’t see at night and had to use my high beams often. Well the headlights came out great! They are very friendly and do high quality work.

Absolutely outstanding service — I highly recommend Valley Glass! After a window on my Subaru shattered on a Friday afternoon, I immediately started calling around for quotes. Out of four companies I contacted, Valley Glass not only had the most reasonable pricing, but they were also the most responsive and genuinely helpful.
