They close early. Sign on the door and online says they close at 10pm. I had an emergency and had to pull in 10 minutes before they close and the doors were locked. So if you need something and it’s 9:50pm, don’t come here.

This is the second closest to me AutoZone that I have been going to for the past couple months quite frequently. Unfortunately the AutoZone closest to me has had some issues and this one is the next closest. I read through some of the reviews and I feel some of them aren't for the correct location. Everytime I've been here besides once they have had the parts I've needed. Always was helped out super quick. I get a welcome as I come in the door just about every time. I've only ever had an issue once and that was to get a lugnut. They only had one and I needed two. Not a big deal of course they can't keep every part in the world in stock. Keep it up.

Great location! Shoutout to the worker Bryan (or branden I know it started with a B) who changed my car battery. He did it way fast as I had no idea how to do that. He seems to be well known there I swear all the customers knew his name. He has great customer service and really goes above and beyond in his job. You don’t see customer service like that now days. Thanks Bryan for taking the time and doing the not fun work of changing out my car battery. Sounds like that place wouldn’t flow without you

Just wanted to share my experience at this Autozone where Terrance and Brian helped me out on a late Saturday evening by letting me borrow their jump starter without any hassle. Terrance seemed very knowledgeable for someone who is so young! He seemed like he really enjoyed his job and helping customers or people in general. I knew my battery was on it's last days so I decided to buy a battery that night as I returned the store's jump starter. Hope the store Manager knows he has great team members and acknowledges them as they should be. I appreciate helpful individuals like these guys. It's tough to find corporate businesses that really seem to want to help people and this location is one of them.

My husband and I run our own little shop and for the past few years we’ve commercial’d with Oreillys. Last year we spend close to $80K at Oreillys alone. We do commercial with auto zone but our auto zone close to us (3500 and 3200) isn’t the best. Service has never been good. I came to this auto zone to get some rotors. It was a rush job so we had to do some filtering between Oreillys and auto zone with who had parts on hand at the time. When we walk into Oreillys, it’s a celebration and we’ve always felt like royalty walking in. I stood in line here and another guy walked in and stood behind me and the cashier addressed him by name as if he were “a regular” - just the same as we would walk into Oreillys. I stood there and thought - that’s so cool that these guys get to know their mechanics and know what projects they’re working on and are very present in seeing them succeed with providing their parts. The way my Oreillys team is to my shop, this autozone is to the guy standing behind me. That’s good service. This auto zone is too far for me be a regular here. But if the team running this store was over at my local auto zone, you better believe, they would know who I am when I walk in. 😊👍🏽

We just had the worst experience at the west valley location on 3500 s and about 4600 w while my boyfriend was waiting for quote on break pads I was browsing looking at stuff and the older women working there started walking right next to me was with in 6inches of me then when I went to show my bf a sign the women told me I can’t be walking around the store with my purse?!? As another women just walked right pass her with a purse didnt stop her she said I had to leave my purse with her I told her no I can’t be walking out my purse in the car she then told us to leave and don’t come back as if I would give her my business after being treated like she treated me last time I checked I never seen a sign stating women can’t have there purse on them when shopping at there store employees like her will hurt your name and business nobody likes a judge mental Karen

Decided to go in for the first time without my brother and was met with complete incompetence and sexism. Asked to get the check engine read and the first girl who was probably new didn’t even know where to plug the device in at. I ended up plugging it in and after it beeped she was struggling to get my key out. Went inside and it wasn’t pulling information up because the odometer and vin were missing which I’m normally asked so they can type it in. She pulls a second employee and he goes to reread it and told me because it won’t give the device the vin or odometer reading they can’t read it and it’s an electrical issue. My brother the same day took it to a different location and told him it was our knock sensor.

Feel bad for the nice gentleman behind the counter just trying to move people through when they have 3 full lines. Guy would not sign receipt and he got frustrated (understandably) and the dumb broad who im assuming was the manager yelled at him. I want the guy to sign as bad as he did im trying to get out of there too 🤣
