I'd give these folks 6 stars if I could. From the first time I called Advanced until I picked up my trailer I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My 19" travel trailer needed some attention before I take her across the country next month. Being a single woman, it can be a challenge to be taken serious as I try to complete these things that are socially considered " the man's" work. Back in 2019, I had a very bad experience with a local (Midvale, UT) R.V. "repair shop" and nearly lost my trailer after an axle locked up on the freeway. Come to find out the other shop had only charged me-but not actually done the work, putting myself and a 13 year old in a VERY dangerous situation very far from home. It left me pretty wary of any R.V. shop but my trailer needed new tires and the bearings all needed checking before I travel 3k miles so, I made several calls for quotes and Advanced R.V. had the friendliest staff, best pricing and an opening when I needed it. I was not disappointed!! They didn't refuse to make eye contact with my female self and didn't laugh too much at my lack of knowledge of technical terms like coupler versus clippy thingy. (unlike what I had experienced at the Midvale shop with Duane who would only talk at my chest or address my male companion eye to eye-who didn't have anything to do with the trailer and was along for the ride) I shared a little of my previous experience and feel like the folks at Advanced really care about their customers and they showed me just that. The shop communicated with me on the regular and the front office staff is just amazing. Thank you to DJ, Angie, Justin and the rest who scored themselves a customer for life-and thanks for teaching me what the clippy thingy is really called. :)

I rented a 4 seat wildcat, the machine performed very well. I was supposed to return it Saturday by 5 pm but didn't make the deadline. I notified them and returned it first thing Monday morning. They didn't charge me for Sunday because I didn't use it. The staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. I had a great experience with Advanced RV, and would recommend them to anyone.

We dropped a motorcycle off to get tires mounted. They promised 3 day turn around. It was ready the next day. Very good service, affordable pricing. Definitely will go back to them in the future.

These guys will sell an RV right out from under you while waiting for a less than one day approval with your credit union. They aren't trustworthy. Their word means nothing!! If I could rate no stars, I would. ****Update**** June 4, 2020 We went back in recently to pay and have an inspection done on a motorhome that we were looking into purchasing from a private seller, these guys got us in immediately and did the inspection within a few days. After deciding that we did not want to purchase the motorhome we saw a beautiful fifth wheel for sell in the show room. First we worked with Jeff who is always so nice and helpful every time we come into the shop. When we decided that we wanted to make an offer, Dave (owner) came in to help us with our purchase. The entire time we worked with these guys was such a good experience, answering all the many questions we had about the fifth wheel and helping us get it for the price we were willing to pay. And after we purchased it and needed them to keep the trailer for a little time longer before we could pick it up Dave did not charge us for storage. I would highly recommend these guys for service or sales.

I went in with my Sprinter Van. Coach battery was dead. Was told best option was to install 2 Lithium Ion Batteries under coach( there are 3 total). Went ahead and did that, very expensive. I had same experience 4 times over next month. Decided to do a full Lithium Ion conversion. The owner of company said the Lithium Ion batteries should not have been placed under van and should not have been mixed with regular battery. The good news is I was able to use the ones I bought in the conversion. Was also told they over charged me for batteries- $1000 each, instead of $700!!!! Was pleased to reuse batteries and that they took me right in, not pleased with selling me wrong product!

I needed a hitch adjustment due to the purchase of a new truck. I had forgotten about it until a few days before my trip. Not having the heavy tools to make the adjustment, I called these guys. They snuck me in on Friday morning, did a perfect job, and sent me on my way. Thanks so much for the help. The trailer and new truck are doing great!!

Used Advance RV as a consignment to sell my camper. Ryan and Nick were awesome. Answered every question and made sure I knew all the steps. They were very quick selling my camper. Had great communication from these two. Great company to work with.

I brought a “new to me” RV for service and I was very happy. Jeff the counter man was very helpful in explaining the bill and all that needed to be fixed, before starting the work. It was completed quickly. When I picked it up, Justin, the service technician explained all the RV systems as I was unfamiliar with RVs. We turned on generator, he explained all the systems and how to use them with the generator and water system and electrical system, etc. He must have spent at least 30-40 minutes explaining, and never seemed to be in a hurry to finish up. Another time I needed a part and arrived just past closing time. They unlocked door for me and helped me with part. It required a little research and Jeff was helpful and didn’t mind-even though it was now past closing time. This is my go to place for any and all RV needs I’ll ever have!

We've been doing business with Advanced RV for about a year now. Angie is the best. Always a cheerful attitude and quick wit. Their product prices are competitive, storage prices tend to be less expensive, and they're always helpful. They're not the biggest but they certainly strive to be the best.

I had a GREAT experience at Advanced RV. I procrastinated the installation of a street legal kit on my Arctic Cat Wildcat X Limited and called the day before my trip to see if they could squeeze me in. Trisha said she could squeeze me in. Israel started on the machine as soon as I dropped it off. I was so impressed with their stock of Arctic cat machines and accessories that I added thousands of dollars of parts because they HAD THEM IN STOCK! The owner Dave came out to see if the work was done correctly and as promised. (great to see a hands on owner) I will be back and recommend you do business with them. I have to say that reading the bad reviews, and being in the rental business, some people can't be pleased and feel like trashing a business makes them important. I say, understand the rules and charges for any deal and honor it. As fars as this company, i was treated fairly and will do business with them again.

I can not say enough good things about Advance RV. Air Bags supports broke after two trips on new ones and called then in afternoon they said bring it in at 9am they were ready for me and at 5pm called me to tell me new american made airbags were installed and ready to go. They figured out problem and resolved it and have done over 4000 miles with no problem. DJ said he was going to send me the picture of all of it but have yet to see them which I need to send the bill the the co who put the wrong Bags on. I had requested to use Firestone only and they put some overseas ones on that did not have the support need to work. Thank You to all the guys at Advance Rv for their work and getting me back on the road Fast.

The people at Advanced RV do wonderful work. We discovered a small crack in the exterior wall of our new Keystone Cougar. The wall was damaged from the inside though it was hard to determine how. The local Keystone dealers could not or would not work on our trailer because we didn't buy it locally. One suggested we take it to Advanced RV and they were happy to take a look at our trailer. The pros at Advanced worked with Keystone folks and determined the damage was covered by the manufacturer warranty. Advanced removed and replaced the damaged wall, cleaned up things behind it, and matched up the decals and paint beautifully. No one would ever be able to see where the wall was damaged. It looks brand new and we are pleased with the results. Also, DJ, Angie, and Dave are great people to work with.

Nick was great to work with on the consignment sale of my truck. He kept me informed as the sale of my vehicle progressed. I've had many dealings also over the years with DJ, Justin and Dave, great people are hard to find. I would definitely use Advanced RV again!

Total scammers! I was told that a Bullet Liner job was going to be 14K which is expensive. I was told they would have it done in two weeks. 3 months later they called to say the job was done and they needed 19K. We spoke with them multiple times about the delay and even visited the shop multiple times to try and move the process along. They never mentioned that they were going to raise the price until the day of the delivery. We were told by David Jones If we did not pay it then they would lean the van. I did some digging and found out they do this all the time. They are unscrupulous. Do not do business with them. I also filed a complaint with the AG's office in Utah. Before you use them check the BBB or Yelp!!!

I am lucky I went to Advanced RV. Initially I stopped by Advanced RV with my trailer so they could take a quick look at my trailer brakes which were not functioning. Lucky for me, Justin did more than just look at the brakes because he found several cracks in my trailer frame. I was one trailer trip away from a major accident. I was able to file a claim with my insurance for the damage and best of all DJ at Advanced RV took care of working out all of the details with State Farm. When I got my trailer back the frame was rebuilt better than the day I bought it. It took us a couple of times eliminating other issues with the brakes to identify several issues and in my opinion I should have paid for those additional services but Advanced RV refused take my money stating that "They stand behind their work". I would highly recommend Advanced RV, they are fair in their pricing, stand behind there work and are professionals. Thanks to DJ, Justin and the team for getting us safely back on the road. Richard

I had an accident where I hit a stranger’s trailer. The owner took the trailer into Advanced RV, who provided a quote to fix the trailer for almost $ 6 k. This seems extremely high, but I am no expert. The damage was in my opinion somewhat minimal ( ~ 6 “ scratch, plus ~ 3” scratch and a bend of a diamond plate trim at the bottom of the trailer). I did not want to require the gentleman whose trailer I hit to have to run to several repair shops for competing quotes, so I agreed to pay the bill. When I called to pay the bill, I wanted to use a Credit Card and spoke to DJ. After some negotiation, he reluctantly agreed to take the card without charging a fee, but he did mention that in “today’s environment, everyone pays the rates they decide.” In looking at their quote they charged $ 169 /per hour of labor, and their hour estimate seems exuberantly high, but again, I am not an adjuster. Based on his comment, it appears they may be taking advantage of the COVID shortage, which will come around to bite them when we return to normal. In reading some of the reviews below, it also appears others have complained about prices. Based on this, I would recommend anyone who is considering using this company to get a few estimates prior to committing your work to this firm. I can’t comment on quality, as I have not gotten work done by them.

They replaced my boat motor and replaced my son’s motor in his mustang. The mustang made it a month and the boat made it six trips to the lake. Of course no warranty. These guys are garbage. Do not have them fix anything. Terrible humans.

Worked with Nick in sales to do a consignment on our trailer. We priced aggressively and sold it in less than a week. It was so easy and they took care of everything I didn't have to do anything but sign paperwork. Thank you for helping us unload our trailer and understanding our needs.

Be aware of their billing and time. I’m from NM. Driving through Colorado and Utah. Realized that I had an issue with my brakes (which in fact was with one Axle Seal. Advance RV was nice enough to take me in right away for a higher hourly fee which I totally agree upon. They took in my rig very fast (9:30am) as decided. Technician took the brake rotor and axle hub and seal very fast. In less then 5.30 I was out. They also changed the fuel filter which apparently was a cause of engine check light. BUT. BUT. BUT. BUT. The issue is that they told me $250.00 per hour but when it was time to charge me they charges me for the job. Not for the actual time. I was there less then 5.30 hours in total (they waited 90 minutes for the Axle Seal part to arrived) Unfortunately they charged me for the time waiting for the part. I got charged over $300.00 for that time while the technician was working on someone else RV. They explained to me that now i have to be charged by the job code book of what it should cost. Not by the time. Technician spent maybe 2 hours on the Axle work. They charged for 4 hours or $500.00 over. Be awarded. Happy with the job. NOT HAPPY with the change of almost $2,000.00 for one Axle Seal replacement and one fuel filter replacement. This is bad Karma for business. They cannot be trusted.
