Stopped in to have some air put in my tires, my metal caps on my valve stems were corroded and hard to remove. The tech did get 3 of them off then pulled my car in to the shop to get the last one off in case the stem broke. He was able to get it done and I was on my way. Thank you for taking such good care of me and educating me on why this happened. I did not buy anything from them and they provided me this great service. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

*******UPDATE****** A few weeks ago I had a bad feeling in the front end of my Durango so I took it here because I trusted them. Well that all changed they told me my brakes and rotors was bad I had a second option and the top control arms and lowers control arms and Ball joints on both sides was extremely bad the brakes and rotors are good still. (Which I knew because my husband already replaced brakes and rotors)I am not happy that they didn’t take the time to look at the true problem and that something bad could have happened to me or my kids. I have told so many people what a great place this is but not anymore. ****PREVIOUS REVIEW *****+++ After a long week of going shop to shop to find the problem with my Durango. 2 hours after dropping it off here they called and was able to tell us what was wrong and how to fix it. We have always had great service here and trust them for honest and quality of work.

Brought my wife’s vehicle in for a coolant leak in a heater hose and was quoted $800+ dollars for a hose replacement. Was told I had 2 leaks when I actually diagnosed one leak and told them the hose that was leaking. Was told that the hoses were $180 and $100 for the second hose they claimed was leaking. They also wanted to flush my coolant system. Went directly to Gm dealership to replace the one hose I knew was leaking it was $100 directly from the dealer. The second hose they claimed was leaking was $70 from the dealership but I only purchased the 1 that I could visibly see was leaking. Purchased a $12 bottle of coolant and the $100 hose and did it myself. Took me less than an hour to replace the hose. Crazy over priced services, and unnecessary parts quoted. Not very happy with this place. Incompetent technicians trying to gouge customers is not acceptable at all. Dishonesty will kill a business!.

These guys are awesome! I urgently needed to get my tires swapped out and I rushed over there as fast as I could after work, even though I finally got there about 30 minutes after they closed, they made sure to wait for me to help me out. I usually get my tires serviced/purchased at another Point S location, however due to my job location, and the first incident I had, I ended up finding this one. And I will keep returning as often as possible – here’s why. I was very far from my house, leaving work, when I discovered a flat. I googled tire shops, they had all closed. This location had a few mins left, although I wasn’t exactly close. I called them and told them the issue, I spoke to Jeremy, and he said it was okay for me to come in. He held his crew waiting for me and met me soon as I drove in, considering my emergency. I was in/out very fast, but he also gave me a report of some items on my car that needed addressing, that the shop I go to (dealership) missed! I raised these concerns and they (dealership) addressed them – he saved my tail twice in one visit! And the crew was amazing in their work – very pleased! The next visit was on my way to work when I hit large debris in the road, immediately popped my back tire. A very kind trooper swapped it out, and I called Jeremy again. I got into the shop and was again treated with excellent customer service, like I had been the first time. He was honest about the need for 4 tires vs 1, how it could destroy my AWD (if only 1, which I confirmed), I appreciated that to avoid another issue. He educated me on the brands so I chose the correct type. Last time at another Point S location, they siped my tires and idek why… I felt safe driving away with my new set though, this time. I will absolutely continue to use this location, not only just for Jeremy and the crew but because I know they are reliable and I can count on them in emergencies, also being a woman, I appreciate not being swindled, I appreciate the transparency, and having time taken to help me understand things. I 10000000% recommend this Point S location and will continue to visit location whenever possible.
