4 stars for a car dealership is as high as I go. They are a car dealership after all. I do my best to it hold that against them.

Basically nobody in the service department was wearing a mask. The service was done with minimal issue, but when I had a question that wasn't able to be answered I was told I would get a phone call to answer my question. No one ever called me.

I just want one dealership to be honest. When they say ok we worked out a deal were giving it to you for 10000 I want it to be 10000 not 15000. The people were very nice of course just not very helpful all the time.

Slow to attend to us even though we made an appointment a week earlier. Didn't look busy but were going to take 4 days to run diagnostics. Left and went somewhere else.

Worked with Scott and he really took care of us. Kept us in the loop for when the part came in. Sure the part was delayed but it had nothing to do with the repair facility so i would recommend going to Scott for he will take care of you!

I took my 2017 Chevy Cruze into the service department because it was having an electrical issue. They got me in super quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Really enjoyed my experience here.

Really clean restaurant. Food items were made from fresh, delicious ingredients. The staff was friendly and knowledgable of the products. They're "thing" is "specials of the day". Which I thought was cool. G.O.D =Guac of the day, M.O.D = margarita of the day, etc.. neat concept. Order to table times were spot on. We were never.left wondering when lunch was gonna get there. All-in-all it was a good experience

When I bought my 3500 silverado I told the salesman that I wanted an extended warranty on my truck and I told him that I want a 5 year/100,000 mile warranty but he set it up to run consecutively with the original truck warranty, so I paid for an extended warranty that was no good, and when I brought up the problem to the main manger he basically didn't cares I wouldn't recommend them to buy a truck ever

I just bought my second car from Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, and both have been the BEST car buying experiences. In 2019, I found a Chevrolet Traverse on a KSL classified listing for their dealership that was a good price, so I called and left a message. CJ called me back, with no pressure, and invited me out for a test drive. He showed me three different Traverses that were all within the same price range. I told him I was going to go home and think about it, and he didn't nag me, pressure me, or use some kind of deal to threaten me into buying a car that day. I came back three days later and bought the car. This year, I have been looking all over for a new Silverado. Because they are in limited supply, I haven't found any in any local dealerships I've been happy with. I called, talked to Nick and Tod, told them exactly what I wanted and asked them if they could call me when they found something in their system. They found me a 2021 Silverado that was still in the manufacturing process that matched all of my needs (six seater...). I put my name on it in their system, and three weeks later, I showed up, test drove it, purchased it, and drove it home within two hours. They had all of the paperwork ready for me to purchase it when I arrived, and it was such a smooth process. Bottom line- if you want a pressure-free, but knowledgeable car-buying experience, come to Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet. They really are the best.

Worst body shop ever!! They will paint your car the wrong color. And the a manger Guy is unprofessional and rude. Saw him arguing with a young lady while I was waiting to pick up my vehicle. Very disappointed in Chevy for letting a manager like this on site.

Where Do I Start! I was sold a lemon called 2016 Nissan Sentra after being thrown to the waste side like a dirty rag after a couple walked into the dealership to look at really expensive car with a 6 digit price tag! I felt like dirt and was completely left sitting in the chair alone. I literally started crying. I couldn't believe what was happening. They tried to fix what just happened and sold me a Nissan from a Chevy place and now it's broken after they said it wasn't! Gus Paulus did this to me!! Now I am stuck with a car that doesn't run. It has a broken transmission. They knew this when they sold me the car. My guess is it belonged to one of their mechanics! They told me when he sold it that I would have a year warranty if anything happened to it. I have been back to this place 2xs telling them about the transmission. They denied anything wrong with it. Yet it sits in my driveway not running. I have cancer and need my car for appointments. I've had to rent a car from Enterprise until I can get it fixed. I tried to take it back before the warranty was up. They told me it expired months ago. Not possible when I know the date I purchased the car and they know because they take a picture and make you a calendar! THANKS FOR NOTHING GUS PAULUS. YOU'RE STEALING MY MONEY.

We took our daughter's car in for service at our scheduled appointment time at 8:30am. We were told that they would call us later that day to let us know what needed to be repaired. When we hadn't heard from anyone by 3:30 we called to get an update on the status of the vehicle and were told they needed to talk to the technician and would call us back. When we still did not hear from them, we called back just before close and were put on hold until after closing and everyone had gone home. No one ever picked up the line, so after 25 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. We tried to call the sales office to get anyone's help and they wouldn't answer the phone either. The next morning when we called they said that it had not even been looked at the vehicle. Needless to say, we picked up the car and took it to another dealership that actually wanted our business.

I brought my truck in for a recall on increased brake pedal effort. The shop opened late according to their posted opening time. In addition to the recall the motor that stabilizes the passenger mirror that also allows the mirror to fold in had failed at 42,000 miles. Since my vehicle was 2015 I understand the warranty has since passed however it still seemed premature. The dealership wanted 600 dollars to replace the mirror. I was able to find the same mirror for 150 dollars on line and install it in about 30 minutes. It would appear as though this dealership doesn't have its best interest vested in its customers but rather have 200% profit margins on simple fixes. I would strongly recommend not using this dealership for any replacement parts or services, as its likely they will take advantage of you if you're willing to pay.

All of the people at Gus Body Shop were great! My Jeep Grand Cherokee was involved in an accident and we were going through insurance. Bobby Winder the manager is a super friendly guy who kept me in the loop every step of the way - Called to let me know that he had spoken with the insurance company initially, called to let me know that they were going to begin service after receiving the insurance payment, called to let me know the insurance had issued another check to do more work that wasn't part of the initial inspection (he had already gotten that handled and approved through the insurance without me having to do anything) as well as letting me know my vehicle would possibly be done that day but would phone if not, and finally he called me to let me know the vehicle wasn't done yet but would have it ready the next working day. It then goes without saying he called me the next morning to let me know it was ready to be picked up. I also didn't have a rental car in my policy at the time so he even let me borrow the shop car to get around until my Jeep was done. Phenomenal! I really can't say enough about the way that he runs the shop. Super super good guy!

Worse service I’ve had in my life!! After driving several hours to get my vehicle worked on since it had several warning lights on. I made an appointment for Monday morning, and they told me It would take 48 hours for them to look at the vehicle. Since I live a couple hours away I couldn’t wait so I asked for a rental and they refused to give me one, so after struggling to get a ride back and only after I got everything sorted out they called me to pick up my vehicle. Since they didn’t have parts in stock they couldn’t fix it, now I have to take it back when the parts arrive. I have to drive back home leaking coolant and then drive back when they get the parts to fix it. Service guy is extremely rude and disrespectful and now I have to deal with them since they won’t transfer my warranty. I can’t recommend Guss paulos for your next vehicle, all they want is to sell you a vehicle and then they don’t care what happens to you after that. Bad customer service!

Lied too: I dont appreciate that at all. They get two after months of issues they finally got it right. Complaint: 21616363 Better Business Bureau I am rejecting this response because: They kept my vehicle and out of service for approximately 4 weeks causing me too insure 1052.00 dollars in rental fees. All on the pretext they were waiting for parts from GM. I opened a case with GM and had issues with them, first stating not to worry they will reimburse for car rental while the dealership waits for the part they said they ordered. I have an email from GM customer service. Then they rejected and did not honor that statement. After approximately 4 weeks I got the car back and it was still leaking oil still and smoke was coming into the heating vents, burning oil. I took the car back and found out they didn't even use GM parts for the car that they stated they were waiting for to justify keeping my car for a month. Finally the service manager was able to replace the turbo line after a couple of months with a GM part , after I had to suffer with a defective part, inhaling burnt oil fumes. Initially when I told about the smoke entering the vents I was told that all the oil that was initially leaked onto the engine would eventually burn off, well after a couple of weeks it didnt, and it was still leaking oil on my garage pavement. I will give the service manager credit as he told me to bring it back in to take a look. That was when I found out the part initially installed was not compatible with my vehicle and not a GM part. There it is. So I waited a month without my vehicle as they where waiting for the part from GM. I drove the car off had a new issue after another month found out the part wasn't even GM. Seems deceptive and after 2200.00 and the time without my vehicle and leaving with a new issue then what I brought it in for. Two stars is generous. At this point I am glad the car is fixed, but a written apology for all this would help alot. But that didnt happen, admitting deception is not what a company does, We that are not mechanics have to trust who services our vehicles and when we get conflicting information. IE waiting on parts then using third party anyway and not noticing the continued issues when I drove it off the lot the first time is concerning. Very concerning. For myself if I catch a lie, I dont return for another one. Sincerely,

Called the service department Today and the gal that answer and I talked to was so rude and unhelpful. They are the closest dealership to me but will drive to get service at another place. First time brand new car owner and to get treated like that very unprofessional! You would think customer service is a priority.
