We had the best experience on 10.07.2024 . We took our friend in to get the check engine light scanned. Tina found the problem. But when we went to turn the car on the battery was old and dead. Tina did such an amazing job on helping us find the correct battery and even lend us some tools. To get the old battery and put the new one in. Thanks Tina keep up the good work.

Not attentive or helpful. I was waiting for an employee to help me check out & there was only one guy helping someone & the other workers were who knows where. At advanced auto parts the workers even come to me to see what I need help with & i didn’t get help here

TINA B. What an awesome lady! She helped me with a new battery for my dad’s car. Had to test the old battery and didn’t know the cranking amps of the battery. She researched online to find the numbers and then tested the battery. Tina went above and beyond with customer service and I can’t say enough how helpful that was to me. Lastly, she helped me find an affordable replacement. Thank you TINA B you made my day a lot better.

Went in to get my oil for my car and notice that I was charged twice for a transaction for a wire brush that was supposed to be refunded. Went in to ask for the refund and told them about the situation and they had to get 3 people because they didn’t know what to do I showed them my receipts. Can’t show or give a part that I don’t have that was returned to them. They told me to show them bank statements of the transaction I was like are you guys kidding me right now so I didn’t get my refund and now getting a hold of customer service for this issue.

I was struggling with a sensor issue, and Jameson initially tried to help me. He was professional and kind, but at a certain point, it became clear that we needed Tina’s expertise. The lights on my dashboard all lit up. I went in there and Tina, the manager, helped me. She showed me how to check my oil and clean my battery. She was so kind and patient!! I was nervous about going in general but she made it a pleasant experience and put my mind at ease telling me what the next steps were. Really appreciate her!

Seems to be some poor management going on unfortunately. Been here many times over the passed 3-4 years. I will say the employees are nice and provide good customer service but their is some improvement to be made. A lot of sales have been lost from me for things that could have been avoided. A lot of the things that I've tried to purchase at this AutoZone they have been out of stock of. Sometimes it even says they have it in stock on the website but I go there and they don't have it. Seems to be an inventory issue. I'm forced to either rush to O'Reilly's if it's late at night or go to another AutoZone. Sometimes the wait to checkout is unnecessarily long. I've always stuck it out but I've seen other people put their stuff back and walk out. They do have the self checkout however that can only be used if you don't need something from the stock behind the counter or need other assistance. Another customer has even called out to two of the employees talking in the back to come help. Their is one employee that is quite slow. What I've noticed though is he's always the one at the counter ready to help people and is super nice. If the others could pick up the slack from him and have his customer service I feel the store would run real well. Sunday's seem to be typically short staffed as well. Last thing and the reason I'm writing this review right now. I showed up tonight and the door was locked at 8:50 when they close at 9. I understand why but at the same time they are losing out on sales. Ended up going to the other AutoZone to get what I needed. Would have gone to O'Reilly's but they were closed already as they should be since their hours show it. This isn't the first time that it has happened either. Really hope you guys can pick it up because you are the closest to me. Otherwise I'll have the other AutoZone be my go to for now and I don't want to do that.

Came into store 6295 at 4100s 5600w the commercial manager pulled an employee in a red short outside infront of the store, where the store manager holly was putting up with dow signs. This is where Vincent Gonzalez started to complain and degrade the red shirt employee and commenced to complain about said employee. This was an issue that should have been handled in the back office not infront of the store where the customers and others driving by could see and hear. This is not the only time Vincent has been disrespectful and exist to other female employees in front t of the customers. This behavior is not professional and should never happen

The lady there very rood , zero customer service .. went there to get some touch up paint and a couple other things . Left me waiting in line 20 min ot longer then refused to break a 100.00 wow it's the point very ignorant she was . She should lose her job go work at taco bell.....

Just had the worst experience in this store! My husband and I purchased motor oil ($60 jug) and when we got home as he was getting ready to use it we noticed it had been opened and used!!! I came back to the store and every single employee was extremely rude and insinuating that we were being dishonest. I asked them if they could check the cameras or try to do something about it and instead they kicked me out of the store, the lady there yelled at me to leave the store immediately! Please be aware when shopping here!!

Got the wrong gascap, went in to swap it out and instead of telling me they didnt have my part, some lady passing by behind the counter who'd just gotten done calling someone back for giving them the wrong battery, decided to input that the 2 options I was looking aren't the same part because one has a teather cord and one doesnt, so that means the gascaps are different. I will not be going back to this store because an employee that sounds like she smokes puddles on puddles cant look at 2 gas caps and see they're the same

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in for a battery warranty and explained that I wasn’t sure whether the battery was under my number or my mother-in-law’s. Instead of helping, the zoner assisting me (I believe her name was Carmelita) became rude, raised her voice, and told me to have my sick disabled mother-in-law come in herself if the warranty was under her number. The situation escalated, and I was asked to leave. As I was walking out, the employee called me names. While I was on the phone with customer support in the parking lot, the same employee came outside and made mocking gestures at me, including sticking her tongue out and shaking her head. I can’t believe autozone tolerates this behavior from an employee. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect much better customer service and respect from employees I also had to drive to a different location to get my mother in-law battery exchanged.

Ok worst customer service received by Matthew F. We have had two interactions with him and both times all he is doing is talking down to females, telling us he is ready then he is not making me walk back and forth to just say he is ready giving me a blank stare when he was always ready just being a complete jerk no one was around he was standing by the computer as he saw me wasn't looking anything up this whole time I was polite with him. He is not pleasant to deal with especially if you are a female. It’s unfortunate they have people like him and with that attitude, I’ve had interactions with other employees who have been very pleasant to deal with at this location he is just not the right fit for anyplace with customer service.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Some woman employee with purple hair just kept walking by me. I tried to get her attention but she looked at me and walked by. She wasn't even doing anything. Just walking around. She wasn't looking at the shelves or anything. The other lady, Alluora I think, was trying to take care of a line of people. It was a really long wait but at least she was trying. Complete waste of time. This location has been going down hill for a while but this is BAD.
