I can't say enough great things about Marty & Superior Auto Repair. I've been going to Marty for 10 years now, & I've never had a bad experience. He has been superior every time! He always calls to tell me the diagnosis before he fixes anything, he has never changed his final price from the original quote, he gives me options for how to fix the problem, he has never tried pressure sales or any tactics to try & make me fix more than is needed, & they have a quick turnaround time. Better place to get your repairs done on your vehicle. Then the overpriced Murdoch Chevrolet service Bay. Who? Tried to Gouge you for everything they do they look at your engine and say you need this. And that and that done they wanted over $3000 give me a break superior auto superior auto repair. Made an appointment and this was the only place that broke down a estimate before hand and within what the repair with labor is actually worth. 1-200$ less than other places i called. Dropped my car off for the day and got a call with the breakdown and to see if I wanted to proceed. Good experience over all, reasonable price, solid work. Best I've found in the area. Smaller shop so expect to wait- lobby is very small so i recommend having a buddy pick you up. Worth it though for the service

We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. We call and schedule an appointment, drop it off, and we know that they won’t do any work that isn’t needed. It isn’t common to find a business with the ethics that this place has. They were upfront, honest, and didn’t try to upsell on anything I didn’t bring it in for. It ended up being an issue with the control module and he didn’t have the equipment to reprogram it. What did he do? Didn’t charge me, even after I insisted because I know diagnostics take time and knowledge. He insisted on not having me pay, in exchange for letting him know what the dealership says so he can fix it in the future. Nothing but praise from me. 6/5 stars.

They took excellent care of me & most importantly, my car. I have an old car I'm converting the back part for to camping. They stopped work for me to come over and measure how much head room I had with the back seats & storage insert out. This car needed front & back struts, swing bar &pins all done. They were fast, efficient & kind. Very reasonable prices for the work done too lower than my other quote where I usually go for auto repairs. I highly recommend their work and will definitely use them in the future

I brought my 2011 Subaru to this shop to have the radiator replaced. After the job was done, the car began running poorly, shaking, and showing several warning lights. When I returned for help, the shop denied responsibility for the problem and wanted to charge me again. I had the car checked at AutoZone, where the diagnostic scan showed P0301 and P0303 misfire codes, which they confirmed were related to the radiator replacement. Despite this information, the mechanic refused to make it right and even tried to charge me $160 just to scan the car, a service that most auto parts stores provide for free. Because of this experience, we are reporting the shop to the Utah Division of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau, and we plan to file a small-claims case in court to recover the costs of proper repair. I paid for professional work and expected honesty. Instead, I was met with denial and unfair charges. I’m sharing this so others are aware before trusting their vehicle to this business

I live in Orem and will be bringing all of my cars to him. He just helped one of my neighbors also and I am sure he did a great job with them.
