At one point or another your car is going to have issues and need to be serviced. It’s inevitable. How the service department handles that service really determines how likely you are to continue buying cars from them. These guys are pros. They handled it fast and communicated well. It would be nice to have them return the the car washed but that’s really the only way they could have done more.

The best buying experience I've had! Luke was very knowledgeable in the truck I was interested in. I felt zero pressure to buy, which I appreciate. I was able to communicate my needs and expectations and was met with understanding. I did not purchase a vehicle on my first visit, but was able to return a week later. The sales manager was easy to work with, and the financial consultant was fantastic too. I felt like I got a good deal, which is important to me as well. Overall, I believe this dealership will take good care of it's customers!

Was disappointed,I had made an appointment and was told that it would take about an hour and it took more than two hours . Also I told the service department that I was having issues with low tire pressure sensor and they did not take care of the issue( I had reported this issue to two separate Chevrolet dealerships service departments). Also I was told over the phone that I could bring my vehicle I on the weekend to get some updates/ recalls taken care of and when I took my truck in for service they said that they don't do those services on the weekends.

Quick. I didn't know I had something in my tire but knew I had a small leak. Turns out there was not only something in it, but the techs discovered something wrong in my valve stem and was able to get that fixed and even added a bead sealant for me to help with the never ending issue I seem to have. I'll never not bring my car here.

Professional, friendly, overall great service. This is the second time I've brought my car in for service and will definitely be bringing my car back for any service need. Shout out to the service manager who was so helpful, thank you so much.

Been here for a quick diagnostic check up, and it didn't take too long though, The best part is they can offer you a complementary Lyft ride back home, rather than taking a bus. For oil changes, tire rotations, reasonable repairs, no problem. For serious repairs such as engines and transmissions, better be VERY prepared, just saying.

If you are not going to wait for your vehicle, don't bring it here for an oil change. They will have it all day!! I get they take care of the people who are waiting first, but come on. I shouldn't have to wait all day to get my car serviced either. I may not be waiting at the dealership for my car, but I still need my car back in a decent amount of time!

I had a great experience with Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet I bought my 2017 Silverado there new, and it’s never had a problem. The sales and service team and Issac are excellent. After taking my truck to other small independent shops in Wyoming for various maintenance work and not being thoroughly satisfied- I brought the truck back to SLVC to have a couple little things done like sensors and brake diagnostics and FINALLY got my brand-new truck back and felt like it was respectably taken care of! Thanks a million

Went in for transmission issues. They got the diagnosis within the 24-hour time frame and fixed it quickly. The repair was a reasonable price as well. Now my car runs like it did off the lot again. Thank you, guys!

I took my Suburban in for an oil change. When I picked it up, I was told it was parked in the back. I didn't know they meant the very back where it was very hard to get out. They had not taken the plastic off the seat or the paper off the floor. They also had not put a new sticker on the windshield and the car had not been washed. I felt they were very unprofessional.

I would highly recommend Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet. Scott and Brandon were amazing to work with, answering questions and helping us to find the perfect vehicle for our family. There was no high pressure or pushy sales tactics and they were very fair with our trade in. Completing financing was super quick and easy as well. Overall a fantastic experience and definitely a place I would recommend for your car buying and selling needs.

I brought my vehicle in on Friday morning (9-5-25) due to a check engine light. The diagnostic code indicated a transmission issue. I was informed that there would be no transmission technician available until Monday, leaving me without a car for the weekend. When Monday arrived, I discovered that the person assisting me was off for the week, and there was no backup to address my concerns. I had to call the shop for an update, only to be told that they would need an additional day to determine the problem. When I followed up on Tuesday, the staff still had no clarity regarding the situation. Finally, on Tuesday afternoon, I was informed that the check engine light was triggered by a faulty battery, which had not generated any legitimate error codes. They then quoted me $380 for a battery replacement, stating that since the issue was not related to the transmission, there would be no charge for the diagnostic work performed. I declined their offer, indicating that I could handle the battery replacement myself. I was assured that my car would be ready for pickup within the hour. However, when I arrived approximately three hours later, the staff was unaware of my vehicle's status, and it took them 30 minutes to locate it. To my surprise, I was then informed that I owed a $125 diagnostic fee, although they suggested I should be pleased since the standard fee is $250, and they were only charging me half. I explained that a representative had previously assured me that I would not owe anything. Unfortunately, that employee had left for the day, and the manager I spoke with was indifferent to my situation, insisting that the information I received was incorrect. In summary, my car was held for five days, only to reveal that the issue was a battery problem, and I was charged for minimal service that primarily involved connecting an OBD monitor to read the code. I am left questioning why it took five days to arrive at such a straightforward conclusion and why I am being charged when I have documented evidence that says otherwise. I will not buy or bring back any of my 3 Chevrolet back to this dealership ever again.

The staff at this location helped me tremendously, I had a couple of people who helped me out and they were all fantastic even the front office lady who was impressing me on the way she was handling the flow of calls smoothly hard not to notice while I was waiting for the truck to be repaired. ( long story short) I had hit my dads truck and broke the side view mirror the whole thing and well I told them I needed to have it done before my dad got home and they not only did that but finished it a whole hour before the deadline. This process was extremely stressful on me and they made it possible for me to come home with it fixed. And I appreciated that they didn’t immediately tell me no because I didn’t have an appointment rather they checked with there technician and they were able to squeeze me in and get it done within an hour. I am forever grateful to there staff. My dad will know one day just not right this moment and it will be one of those crazy memories that I will be telling at those family gathering’s.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my most recent visit. I arrived before the dealership opened, hoping to be attended promptly. However, when the advisor arrived, he appeared upset and did not greet me. He only asked what service was going to be done to my truck, and that was the end of our interaction. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and somewhat discriminated against. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had a similar experience with the same advisor. Each time I have come in for service, I have been treated in the same manner. After dropping off my truck, I was told I would receive a call when it was ready. However, after waiting six to seven hours with no updates, I had to call myself around 4:30 p.m. The receptionist said they would check, and later I was told that they couldn’t find my truck keys. When they finally located them, they realized my truck had been sent to the wrong lot. This entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I value Chevrolet as a brand and hope you can address this issue with your team to ensure better customer service in the future.

I want to thank to service manager for taking the time to call me and check on my issues today. He was very professional and went out of his way to make it right. Taking the time to make everything right is what everyone is looking for on any service. Thanks again Brakes sensor wouldn’t go away even though brakes didn’t need any work done. Couldn’t do it from the screen so had to bring it in. Dealership charged me $115 for their tech to reset it. Seems crazy with the car being a 2024 traverse with 24k miles and not have this cover by warranty

My sons check engine light came on and we called for help with the code and parts. Scottie was so amazing and helpful in identifying the code and parts needed to fix my sons car. He was quick and parts were in stock. Scottie was extremely kind and very efficient. Thank you for your help!

I called in the morning about bringing my bolt over for a routine maintenance check. I was told there was an opening and it would take a half an hour. After waiting for three hours, I went to see what was going on. Then realized That no one knew that the car needed to be checked out and the car literally sat there for three hours Then I saw the mechanic drive it in put it on the Lyft dump in some windshield washer fluid And told me everything looked good I guess I'll be taking the car somewhere else to get a inspection I can trust.
