I’m not usually one to go online and give out bad ratings but this service did nothing but cost me a bunch of money. They stripped the bolts on the skid plate of my truck and didn’t even secure everything down after the oil change so now I’m missing bolts. Then I get asked by the manager if someone else did the oil change to place the blame on someone else when I had a receipt from them less than 5k miles ago …. I highly don’t recommend this location I’d recommend doing it yourself it’ll be cheaper and cost you less then the damages they will do to your vehicle

These guys have always been ultra nice and professional. I did emissions and had a battery problem that messed with my vehicles codes. The did several free diagnostic checks and gave very useful and helpful info to correct the problem. 5/5 for customer service 😀

Don't ever go to this specific grease monkey. They have bad service. I got a brake fluid change that wasnt properly bled out and I called asking if I could get it changed at the west valley location and was told they can fix it there. The west valley location manager told me through their lackey worker when I arrived to drive all the way 30 minutes away to get it changed even though I live in west valley because they wouldn't get money out of it. They have no company unity and are poor at serving my needs for a fault that their company made as a result i will never go to the west valley grease monkey again. They suck.

Terrible service. Very slow. Only had one person ahead of me. Stood at the counter. Didn't even acknowledge me. Sat down and waited. Never be back. Took forever to get an emissions test. Don't come here. Unless you want to wait forever.

I asked for my tires to be rotated and that wasn't done, I needed air filters, but couldn't close the glove box after, I had to go back to get them to shut it. They were very sure I should buy new things ie battery, seems like I would like them to do what I ask

Such great customer service! The team was friendly and kind, with free water and hot chocolate. I was in and out in about 15–20 minutes! I took my car in for an air conditioning system check and they took two hours to tell me the compressor was broken. Their service was $211. I don't recommend this place to anyone; they just want to rip people off. No wonder there was no one there when I arrived, and I had to wait so long for just a diagnosis. Terrible place.

I used my lunch break at work to go get an oil change done because at my normal location they normally only take max 25 minutes. This location not only took almost an hour, they were trying to upsell me on EVERYTHING. Even after I said I think I’m good they still pushed me to replace my air filters, get more expensive oil, etc. The guys who work there were moving at a snails pace and I was the only car there for the first 15 minutes until another car came. The staff clearly barely know what they are doing, they were having personal conversations in front of us customers which didn’t help our wait time. Not to mention I normally pay $90 max at the grease monkey I normally go to and here it was closer to $200 after everything they “did”. I’ll never go back here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

Shoddy work. Dishonest. Rip Offs. Went in for oil change. Upsold me on EVERYTHING, straight up lied about my car needing things it absolutely did not. I confirmed this with my own multimeter, and a different professional mechanic. Had to go back TWICE when I noticed they hadn’t even touched parts of my car they OVERCHARGED me to service. Are you kidding me? Cherry on top was the Check Engine light I left with that wasn’t on this morning… They have a script to sell snake oil. “You have black sludge in your engine all of your fluids, and your car won’t start tomorrow.”

I went to get my emissions done and my car registered. They were quick I didnt have to wait long before they were done. They checked my fluids and oil to make sure it was good and then I paid for my cars registration fee and emissions all right there and got my new stickers to put on my plates and my car is registered for another year They were fast and made getting my car registered for another year quick and easy. Came in for a simple oil change, and my car definitely wasn't the prettiest. The guys here didn't judge. They went ahead and took care of me. Mark, Justin, and Grayson went above and beyond to take care of me. They do this 16 point inspection here at grease monkey, and Mark did a great job in letting me know what all I needed and told me my options. I asked Mark to be real with me and tell me what I really needed at this time and what all I could get by with until I get paid again, and he kept it so real with me. He told me the importance of each thing wrong with my car, and the timeline I had before it could potentially become dangerous. On top of that, my skid plate was hanging, and my key fob was low... The boys seen that and went ahead took care of those for me with no extra charge. Not really a big deal, but it's definitely not something everyone in this industry will do. I usually go to other places (grocery stores) for my oil changes because it's cheaper, but said grocery stores don't do this check, and having to find out that I had all these issues going on with my car and people who might have known about it just didn't check for me .. it's kinda sad, and I'm thankful that the guys here did this for me. I thought my car was running smoothly to be honest. Thankfully I decided to go with Marks recommendations, and albeit the price hit my wallet kinda hard, the car is truly feeling way better. And I looked up what the national averages were for these fixes, and they're fair pricing for real. So glad my skid plate was hanging and I decided to bring it here for them to help me today.

I started using grease monkey a few years ago and up until today it has been my "Go 2" for all the family cars. Today I stopped in to have an oil change done. Im told I needed an engine flush... my car has some miles on it. I ask if there are any specials (thinking maybe I can offset the price of the oil change) im told im welcome to look it up online. I agree to add the engine flush. Than im told that my air filters are dirty.... I chuckle and say that can't be i just replaced them sunday.... was I being hustled? Did sais engine flush take place? Sadly I will take my business elsewhere going forward.

It was aweful. I feel completely taken advantage of. It took them 1 hour to complete the service and there was only 1 car in front of me. 25 minutes was spend with 2 associates talking to a friend. When they took the inside air filter out they release the passenger seat back so hard it broke a box that a friend who passed away gave me and then they left the seat because if they brought to it's position they would have to tell me because it was obvious. I oil change. New filters and brake fluid exchange cost $343 OH YEAH AND THE GIFT OF A DESTROYED SENTIMENTAL ITEM THAT ISN'T FIXABLE and they didn't own up to destroying and 25 minutes of my time wasted. Do yourself a favor.... go somewhere else!

Mark and his team were awesome he found things that needed to be taken care of. The other places I took my car to never informed me about recommended maintenance so I’m thankful that Mark took care of everything. My car use to have issues when I tried to accelerate It would pause for a moment like it couldn’t register To start moving forward. Mark stated it my fuel injectors had never been taken care of so that could be the problem. And he was right because when I drove it home, I didn’t have that same issue anymore. All in all grease monkey was awesome and I’ll definitely be taking my car there from now on.

My experience was great, i was able to get in and out in 20 min. The manager on shift was very helpful as well. They found a small issue and fixed it saving me more time. All in all i will be coming back and highly recommend over other oil change companies.

First, I went in at 8:20am for an oil change and emissions test so I could renew my tags and leave with my sticker. I had a family brunch at 11am. There were no customers when I arrived, so I thought this would be quick. I clearly said I needed the oil change and emissions done. I was told no problem. Once my car was in the bay, the upselling began. Synthetic oil. New filters. The price quickly climbed to almost $400. I knew it was high, but they were already working on my vehicle and I had somewhere to be, so I agreed. After 90 minutes, I was told they were waiting for filters to be delivered. That was never mentioned before the work started. No one offered to reinstall the existing filters and let me come back. No one offered options. I was just expected to sit there and wait. At the 2-hour mark, the filters finally arrived. At 11:00am, after more than 2.5 hours, they brought me my paperwork and said my car was ready. I reviewed it and noticed the emissions test had not been done. I had to point it out. The employee looked at me and said, “Oh, they didn’t get that done.” I then waited another 30 minutes. In total, I was there 3.5 hours and paid almost $500. We missed our family brunch. Our Valentine’s Day plans were ruined. At no point was I offered a discount. At no point was I proactively updated. At no point did anyone take ownership of the mistake. I went in already concerned about being taken advantage of as a woman. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed exactly why so many women feel that way walking into auto shops. Do better.

Honestly, we’ve been coming here for years. Several vehicles. Today I went in for an oil change, and emissions. At first it was great, then the upselling started. Then you could hear Mark belittle his employees in the shop. As a manager you can’t be the reason theres a toxic work environment. I feel bad for those employees and I hope they find a better boss to work for. I will be using a different place moving forward.
