My vehicle automatic tenisoner broke on the freeway, Bill gave me the estimate within reason. My vehicle came in around 8:00 and it was really by 10:00, very good for an unexpected repair. If I lived in Walnut Creek they would definitely have my business.

Went in there and stood for 10 mins in front of the reception desk while the owner (I assume) was having a casual conversation with another person. Not even an acknowledgement of me walking in or standing five feet from him for all that time. Eventually, I gave up and walked out. As I was leaving, even the other person asked him if he should stop a potential customer leaving and he remarked, "Nah, it's fine". I'd love to have a business where you're so successful you can pick and choose your customers!!

I have been taking my cars to WC Automotive for years now. Jeff and his team are gems in my opinion. I have never come across a more honest mechanic shop. I brought my BMW 128i to Jeff and his team. Jeff had the flu but still looked at my car. Jeff said my car is covered by BMW under the Sulev emissions law and it would be free of charge. I would have never known this. There was no charge from WC Automotive and BMW. The honesty and integrity of WC Auto is bar none. I will never go to another mechanic. Thanks you Jeff for being you!

The mechanics at this shop are nice, however they are NOT honest. My power locks worked perfectly before I took my car into this shop. I took my car in to fix the driver's side door that wasn't opening, and in the process, the mechanics broke a plastic piece in the door that was for my power locks. Stuff on vehicles break all the time, that's always a given, but the mechanics at Walnut Creek Automotive tried to convince me that I brought the car in with broken power locks, and did not admit that they broke it. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I brought my Tacoma in to repair a leak in my front transfer case. I explained that I had replaced both front axles and keep finding oil on the transfer case output shafts and body. They quickly diagnosed it as a damaged seal. I was headed to southern california in several days and had hoped to take the truck. They were able to get me into the shop in 2 days and make the repairs in less in half a day. The price was well below what expected. I appreciate their professionalism, friendly/helpful demeanor, and value. Although I do most of my own repairs, I will definitely use them again for work exceeding my capabilities.

This place and the people were amazing! They were able to get me in quickly to take a look at what could be causing a new, concerning noise from under my hood - which was an incredible relief being new to the state I was beginning to get concerned after I'd called 3 other places which were scheduling appointments several weeks out. They did a thorough overview of my car, then called me to let me know what they recommended to fix now, plus what I should keep an eye on in the future. They completed the recommended repair plus some additional maintenance very quickly and pricing was affordable/fair. I'm was definitely impressed and have decided this is where I'll be going moving forward. If in need of a car repair or maintenance - I definitely recommend this shop!

Went there on February 28, 2019 since my truck died in the traffic light. I was able to start it however there’s a noise so I can’t drive it back home so I searched and found several auto shop until I decided to leave my truck at Walnut Creek Automotive. Explained what happened and I’m confident that my truck is in good hands. Talked to Jeff yesterday (March 8, 2019) and he said that the truck is ready to go. So I drove the truck back home. Now my truck died and Check engine light is now on. I spent money thinking that they will fix my truck but it died in the traffic light and it scares me a lot. What if my truck died in the freeway. Can’t spend money if the truck won’t work. I’m so so disappointed and it’s affecting my job already. Today is Friday and they are close so I’m stuck again. I will not recommend a shop that will fix an issue just for a day. Also I’m not sure why this hose was installed like this - a professional won’t installed a hose like that I guess.

These guys took over for Mike's Automotive next door - and they are just as good. Went to the dealership for a recall who tried to sell me some additional services but I was suspicious so I brought the vehicle to Jeff. Sure enough, there was nothing requiring attention at this time. And no charge to inspect and test drive my vehicle. Wow! It's comforting to get my regular oil changes from them (which are very reasonably priced) and have them look over my vehicle because I know I can trust them when a repair is really needed.
